I was coming home in the freeway when i got a flat tire. I called pinole towing since it was the closest and they have amazing service! They changed my tire super quick and were very nice! I definitely recommend if you need quick and good service for emergencies on the road!
Quoted my $135 for a jump start less than a mile from their address. No thanks just seems greedy to me.
A few years ago many tow companies would sell vehicles that were never picked up or crush them or sell them for parts. I JUST called Pinole Towing to ask if they sold vehicles. The man that answered was EXTREMELY CURT & RUDE! "NO MAM." he said. This is NOT a car dealership. IT IS A TOW COMPANY." I began to respond with, " I realize that Sir, I was...." Before I could finish he Hung up with a Loud Bang! I don't care how good of a reputation Pinole Towing has, it is not appropriate to act like that simply because one asks a wrong question.
