Cash for cars was my second call. The first was to another company that said I would have to drive to Riverside ( 450 miles from here ), and my vehicle is old and probably wouldn’t make the drive. Easy process start to finish. I had title issues and had to request a duplicate from DMV and Quin was patient and understanding and checked in with me regularly while I waited but not so much that it was annoying. Once I finally received it, my car was picked up the same day!
Dishonest. I sent in photos of car. Marybeth Lorenza gave me a guaranteed quote after review. Then I told her about the upgrades on the car and asked if the quote could be increased. She transferred me to Gvan Who offered a guaranteed quote of $600 more. When I called to accept the offer, Mary Beth told me it was for $400 less than her original. Was transferred to gvan Who pretended he did not remember. And then, when was confronted by the actual date made excuses.

I called Cash 4 Cars bcuz i wanted to have my 2001 truck towed and i hoped to get paid something. They were so helpful and professional. They towed my truck the next day and i got $200. Thats pretty good considering the age and condition. Im very pleased with the great service and i highly recommend this company!

Full disclosure, I didn't search other options, but my transmission failed, and then someone tried to break into my car, but because the transmission was out, my car remained, so I found cash for cars. I made a phone call, spoke to 3 separate people (which was not super-efficient), and within 20 minutes made a deal for my car. They told me 24-48 hours, but it took less than 3 hours to receive a check, and my car was taken away. Impressed

Came and picked up the car and towed it away the same day I sent them a picture of my title. Wish more people knew about these guys - they give you a whole lot more than their competitors.

They called within 1hr of me filing out my info online. Super prompt & great customer service. The guy who picked up my car had my check ready for me. The only suggestion would be for the company to give a time window for the car pickup. That’s great that the car was picked up in the same day, but it was hard to manage picking up my kids from school, taking them to their activities, & the driver only giving me 30 mins to meet up with him - all at the same time.
