Third time using this shop - twice for body work and this latest time I had them install new lighting on my son's truck. As usual they did an impeccable job for a fair price and completed the work right in the timeframe promised. Luis deserves a special shout out - I've rarely encountered a more helpful and thoughtful person. Everyone at this business is so nice and highly competent. They clearly put their customers first. Will never use another body shop. Thanks again for a great experience!

The second time I've (unfortunately) had to have a car repaired, but the guys at Haws do amazing work! Their schedule is very reasonable, I was able to get my car evaluated midweek, and drop it off for repairs the following Monday. Turnaround time was reasonable too. Most importantly, the work is excellent, there is absolutely no evidence of the repair, the car looks immaculate! Also, I appreciate how detailed they are, people expect their car to look like new, and Haws really ensures the customer is completely satisfied with the outcome, and are understanding for any minor imperfections. Often times when dealing with any customer-service oriented business, I get the impression it's a hassle if you ask for everything to be made 100% right, but Carlos, my advisor, and the team at Haws genuinely seem to want to please the customer and make sure all their customers are 100% happy with the work. Highly recommended body shop for high quality workmanship, and customer service!

I just had my Tesla repaired at Haws Auto Body after an Amazon truck hit me. I couldn't have been happier with the quality of repair, solid communication and how they dealt with the insurance company for me. Luis was especially helpful. I found them to be more reasonably priced than other shops- it wasn't on my dime but I refused to force another insurance company to pay exorbitant repair fees. I'll go back for any other body work needs.

Tried scheduling an appointment 3 times on the website. No response all 3 times. Don't know what else to say. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

They have great costumer service and the service is great and adjuster are knowledgeable even with different insurance they let you know rights away if it's workable or not

Fantastic customer service and quality workmanship. The car was inspected thoroughly to find all damage from the collision. The car was returned clean and the damage repaired to a high standard. All throughout, I was kept up to date on the status. An Uber ride was provided after drop off. Insurance paperwork was all handled by the shop.

This review is long overdue. In May last year I had the pleasure of working with Mike at Haws to repair my vehicle. This is a family business and it shows. I don't know how they manage to hire such wonderful staff, but they have the best and I'm sure they work hard to retain them. The car looked brand new when I picked it up. Just a couple of weeks ago, I stopped by for an estimate for some minor damage to my front bumper and Nate laid down on street pavement right then and there and reattached the loose part and also rubbed out a scuff mark. I couldn't believe how helpful he was and I truly appreciated it.

Thanks Guys! Excellent work. Had a little damage on the rear bumper wrap on my Tesla. The color match was amazing and the turnaround time fast. These day's it seems everyone has an excuse for giving you less than expected, but Steve and the guys did it 100% for me. Thanks!!

Brought the car in due to a mouse infestation which turned out to be even worse than we thought. Mike and his team gave us good advice from the start and handled everything professionally with the insurance. They essentially took the car apart, cleaned it, ordered spare parts and rebuilt it. At pickup time Mike took time to walk us through what had been done, even after normal closing hours. Could not ask for more. Highly recommended!

My car is in for bodywork repair, after being rear ended. My estimate was handled very well, by Mike, with lots of information, and follow up message, and phone call. Haws were recccomend to me by Dirito Brothers in Walnut Creek, a Volkswagen dealership I have been with for 25 years.

Lisa and the crew were great. We received our truck an it had a pulsating when you hit the breaks we took it back and they fixed it right away we had to take it back a third time because a bolt was loose on our bed but again. They were quick to fix it. Overall they did a beautiful job we were very pleased I would definitely use them again!!!

I'm pretty picky and the quality of the repairs were amazing and the detail of the delivery was awesome as well. I recommend this body shop to anyone in need of body work or detailing services. I also have to say this is the first time my Raptor has come back to me cleaner then when I left at any shop before.

Haws Auto Body repaired by 2019 VW Atlas that as involved in a hit and run. Haws is a VW Certified Collision Repair Facility, they restored my Atlas to like new condition and worked with my insurance company. Their work is backed by a lifetime warranty. Mike was cordial and professional, thank you Haws for doing a great job.

Took in my old beat-up pickup truck for some work. WOW. It is a totally different truck. Great Job! Thanks 5.29.2020 Took my 2006 Sequoia in to have the bumper fixed. They repainted it and detailed my car. Replaced the headlight cases. People tell me my car looks partically brand new. See photo. Great job Haws.

I've worked with a lot of different auto body shops and Mike, at Haws, is by far as the best most reliable and honest guy that I've ever met. How to unlink doesn't handle all the work deal with insurance companies and treat you with great customer service funny as one of the best warranties in terms of paint out there. I hope that for as long as I live in California and Mike is still around as I will take my car no where else. Hopefully you never get into an accident but in the case that you do I would highly recommend Haws Auto Body!

Have utilized Haws Auto body several times over the years. Very trustworthy & reliable services. Besides body work, they do complete detail work as well... & not the light detailing you get at the carwash.
