they are trustworthy, helpful, and good people to work with! My only issue there is that It's not clear what time they close bc on google it say 3pm, they tell you in person 330 pm but then I've also been told they close at 320. I was told by staff that Saturday at 1230 is closing but went at noon and was already closed. Just need consistency communicating hours open and need to work with doors open until closing time. Parking and unloading can be a bit of a struggle on busy times too. Call ahead to check if u want to avoid that.
Fair prices. Just about any type metal they will buy.
Edit: No longer talking soda cans. Will have to go down the road and expect less with longer wait times.
The worst customer service I have ever had. The lady, who claims to be a manager there, who did not have the courage to even say her name is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
I was asking her a simple question over the phone on the various types of scrap metal I have and their price estimate. I was briefing her what I have. The lady kept saying that it looks like you do not have much. Just bring it in. I was trying to tell her that we are moving out of a 10,000 sq ft warehouse and have over 1 ton of scrap metal. I need the price estimate. She would not listen.
She turned the conversation into an ugly argument. Man, I was trying you give you business and that is now how you treat your customers
You can imagine the level of unprofessionalism of the place being managed by such unprofessional manager.
Our family has been going here for years. The service is great, the employees are friendly and the rates are decent. We did have one experience where there was a mistake and we were shorted, but once it was realized they fixed it immediately.
Terrible parking outside gate. Inside they are so helpful. The yard guy is so efficient and very friendly. The office lady is very helpful and friendly. Very pleasant experience.
Staff was very friendly, helpful and fast quiet impressed with the service considering how busy they were was scared I'd be there for hours took longer to unload my recycling then it did for them to handle the long line ,was also impressed with their price well worth going there, highly satisfied
They have horrible exchange rate on metals or bottles or anything i had a whole garbage bin full of plastic bottles and a bag full of glass and a few cans i only got $5 for all of it and then i had 2 entire bins full of copper they only gave me $30 for it only go here if u wanna get ripped off
Great Establishment!! The people are Very Helpful and go out of their way to help you. Their prices are the best around and I have been going to them for more than 10+ years now and will continue too.
I usually have a really decent experience here, except that online places all list it as being 4pm close, but they actually close at 3:50pm.. I wasted a lot of gas and my car being filled with recycling.
I saved up plastic bottles (water bottle and milk container) for 3 months with 3 big garbage bags full for them to only give me $5.72!! That can't even cover the gas I spent to get over here. They like to rip people off and cheat them out their money, and this will be the last I ever do business with them again!!
Terrible Terrible, I wanted to go sell metal but noboby was there so I waited for about 1 hour until I honk my for the seventh time and I was preety upset.

I like this place, most of the workers are nice and they treat you with respect unlike other recycling centers that I've occurred encounters with, Just they need too fix their parking problems lol but I rate you guys a 10 (:
