Legit towing company. My kid drove my truck onto a drive thru divider wall. What an idiot right? Jonathan Looney showed up within 20 minutes and got us out of this pickle in the rain. Super friendly and a magician with the tow truck. Rock on Mr Looney.
Called at 7:30 am for air in a flat tire. They said a driver is on his way. No driver. Call back at 8:20 she said 25 minutes. No driver. Call again at 9:00 am, put me on hold, then She said 6 minute. Finally at 9:40 they show up. I Told them I ONLY need to air up my tire, THATS ALL. So they do that and leave and then they text me my receipt, 145$ for AIR!? Their business is 2 miles away from where I was, absolutely ridiculous to pay 145$ for air.

Needed a tow locally in Richmond quoted me 150 dollars to row about 3 miles and when the driver came he suggested I go somewhere closer for the same price and assured they can do the job to fix my tires they weren’t able to get the job done I asked for a tow to the original place I asked to tow to an they charged me 150 dollars again and said they can’t pick it up that day so my car was stuck in the tire shop and they couldn’t pick it up till 2 days later! Terrible company, bad customer service and don’t care for their customers at all. This place is straight robbery wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
Wish there were -0 stars. Called them for a tow from Novato to Richmond. They said $300 Flat fee for a Flat bed. We were very specific about needing a FLAT BED. Spent 10 minutes on the phone with a non knowledgeable person about tows trying to explain why we needed a flat bed. Tow truck gets to the towing place and arrives in a NON FLAT BED. After we were specific about needed a FALT BED! Driver gets there and says he needs to charge $380 bc he needs special equipment, we call them back to get a discount bc it wasn’t our fault at all for their mistake and they tell us we either take the tow or wait two hours for a flat bed. Which was never specified or explained to us in the first place they told us a flat bed was ready in 30-60 mins. The person who we tried to speak about didn’t even let us talk and said “if you are trying to get a discount it ain’t gunna happen so you either take the tow or cancelation fee will be applied” rude and not professional in so many ways. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR YOUR TOWING SERVICES. IMAGINE BEING IN A CAR ACCIDENT STUCK WITH HOSPITAL BILLS AND THESE PEOPLE LYING AND CHARGING YOU EXTRA FEES WITH OUT BEING ABLE TO PAY RIGHT NOW. They sucked. So dissatisfied and disappointed.

3 hr wait, constant excuses, and a cheap third party tow company that Toro contracted through (not from Toro) showed up to do the tow. He tried to hustle me by trying to raise my bill by $400 and wanted ME to pay for gas back. He acted like bizarre during the trip and kept complaining he was hungry and the tow interrupted his food run. I tried to settle this through the company to no avail. So, of you need a tow... Just be aware.

Took extra special car not to scrape the bottom of my 2018 lowered m3 was not easy but found a way to make it happen with no incidents. I would recommend his services to anyone with a lowered high end sports car .
This tow company towed my suv to Oakland Acura dealerships due to can’t start it’s 14.3 miles tow ! The lady in the phone quoted 3 to 4 hundred dollars ok when this tow driver slide my suv up the truck after one hour trying since he don’t have the wheels dolly n suv started sliding towards garage door frame I shouted out avoided the damage , he gives me a bill of 975$ n said he charges 250$ an hour, I was shocked n said the lady never told me anything like that! And he said I should negotiate with office ! When I called they r just making all kinds of excuses n said my insurance company will pay me back, what the heck’s! I felt totally bulled n insulted when I called again they just changed my phone! This is modern day robbing I will also contact consumer affairs California on Monday as well!
Delfino (based in Richmond) did an excellent job towing my car so late in the day from the Bart station to the dealership. He reassured me that in my absence, the car was in good hands and called to make sure he delivered it in a safe spot with surveillance camera coverage. No one looks forward to towing their car, but if you need a tow, i would recommend them any time, any day!

Thank You Tow Driver Mehenna for your patience when given a wrong address in a busy Oakland Chinatown. Its great that we did not have to wait long like what we had endured a few days ago waiting for 3 hours from another tow company, it was bad experience. Mehenna was so nice keeping us entertained during a bad traffic towards Pleasanton. I highly recommend his service/company. But I hope the office next time will quote us the correct charges. Luckily we were able to pay for it.
Customer service was excellent. Juan was very helpful and efficient in getting my car loaded up. He was willing to do the extra legwork to find a solution because of the unique positioning of my car at the time of his arrival.
