Another car hit us and drove off, but we weren’t so lucky. Our front axle got damaged and we had to get towed out- which sucks. But our rep was super cool and made the situation better. The price also really wasn’t bad for the distance we needed to go. If we ever needed emergency towing, they would be my first choice
My car died on a very busy weekend and I literally had to use the last 20% of my battery to find a towing company & get a hold of them asap. Everyone I called said they were busy and the wait time was insane (2hours +)
Thankfully Pine Towing called me back and said they had just finished a job and could head my way. 40 minutes later someone showed up. I was so happy to get back on the road & get home safely.
The driver even let me use his personal portable phone charger bank to charge my phone while he worked on my car.
Already off to a bad start with this company! I called yesterday morning to arrange for a flatbed today between 8:30am-9:00 and I have already been with my car since 8:00 this morning only to be told the flatbed will be here first at 9:30 then it turns to after 10:00, wow. Not to mention, the driver was supposed to call me and never did! Great service..
So 3 hours later the driver calls after I specifically said that I was cancelling the flatbed, the dispatcher refused the cancellation request like I was obligated to stick with it. Very poor service and communication skills

We were leaving the baseball field when our car wouldn’t start. It was getting late and we didn’t have any jumper cables. We called the nearest towing company and they offered roadside assistance and jumped our battery, which worked! They could have just charged us for the tow but they truly took care of our issue.
I’ve used this towing company a couple of times now, and they’ve been consistently great. Their pricing is transparent, and they communicate clearly throughout the process. Definitely a service you can count on when you’re in a bind.
What an absolute joke of a company!!
They provided us a window and did not even bother to call once they were late. We kept calling multiple times just to keep being told “ they are a few minutes away”. They arrived HOURS later and had the nerve to try to upcharge another $100 due to a “ tool “ needed to unlock the steering wheel. The unprofessionalism with this company is unreal. I advise nobody to use this place! You should be ashamed of yourselves
It was a delight working with everyone here; after going through everything I needed to do on the phone the employees here made it quick and simple. I did not have to wait long and I was able to get my car fixed shortly after getting towed.
Locked myself out of my Tacoma today. Called and requested assistance. Waited around 30 minutes before help arrived which is pretty quick in my opinion. It took 3 minutes for my truck to be unlocked. Amazing! Highly recommend Pine Towing!
FYI, you must place a credit card on hold. There is a cancellation fee if you are a no show.
The transmission on my bike started acting up, so I had to call for a tow. They showed up fast and got my bike home without any issues, price was fair, can’t complain.

Pine towing , decided to charge me for equipment that they did not have to use for my vehicle and proceeded not to refund me my additional 85.00 that was charged. I had a person in attendance as my vehicle was towed and was also told that if a person was not there I would pay the 85.00 anyway in which I’m glad I did have someone there…the supervisor told me he did not even know what kind of tow truck was sent out initially… then proceeds after I told him I would be disputing this charge with my bank to call me back and deliberately yelled at me and tell me he was un interested in hearing what I was saying as they where in the right and I have had my vehicle towed over 10 times and not one time has anyone ever had to use additional anything to put my vehicle on a flat bed…. I will never be using there service again as the internal SUPERVISOR I SPOKE WITH IS TRASH… also proceeding to say that they have pictures and videos of my vehicle which is absolutely fine because my bank will also see in comparison of my previous tow truck experience the big difference
Also seeing I was told all calls are monitored and recorded as a customer service escalation supervisor I know exactly how most softwares work when screening calls which indeed is a plus side for me in this situation
If in anyway I am harassed after this review I will be seeking legal action against ALL EMPLOYEES
Quite frankly, I think I was lucky or something but there’s a few people here who seem to have had a bad experience, for me I had my driver show up to pull my car out of a ditch after I hydroplaned. Unfortunately my car had some damage due to me smacking straight into the guard rail but luckily I had a pro tower named Juan who maneuvered my challenger right out of there. literally a 2.5 ton car and to be honest the job looked like it needed a second tow truck and somehow he pulled it off with his 1 and finished in less than 10 minutes plus extra points since he was easy to talk to. 10/10 best tow and the dispatch time was only 25 mins. definitely recommending to my parents and the rest of my friends
Juan was respectful and professional. He held a conversation while safely towing my vehicle. Having to tow your vehicle can be stressful situation but it gets much easier when your driver handles the situation so seamlessly. If the rest of the drivers in this company are half as good as Juan then you have nothing to worry about.
Scheduled a towing truck for pick up and drop off from 10-11am. Called at 10 was then put on hold for 30 mins then called again. I was put on a 10min hold. Finally, got an eta for 15mins (10:55) waited till 11:10 to call again and was put on hold for another 20mins. At 11:30 I got an eta of 7mins it’s now 11:45 so I’ve canceled. Do not lie to your clients and make them wait. This was a scheduled pick-up
I recently had a wonderful experience with Pine Towing. When my car battery died in a parking lot, I called them for help and they came to my rescue in no time. Their fast service was exceptional and they were able to get my car back on the road.
My experience was not the best. My car fell in a ditch on a Saturday morning. They asked me for my credit card in order to secure service. They asked for photos. They told me I would have to sign a waiver prior to service. After all of that was done, they quoted me $185 for getting my truck out of a ditch, as a starting fee. They told me they would charge me a $45 cancellation fee if I cancelled. It was 8:30 AM, so I said yes to all of this because I was blocking the parking entrance to a senior building. Then I waited and waited and waited for the call from the tow truck driver or the truck. Neither materialized. Then I felt I should cancel and I was willing to pay the $45 cancellation fee, that's how desperate I was. I called a different nearby service first, and to my surprise, the same operator responded. They told me "we use the same dispatch so stop calling other towing services." No one said, "we're very busy and it looks like it will take us longer to get there." I called back and they put me on hold several times, until I was finally able to talk to someone and cancel, 90 mins after my first call. I called a towing service that was located much farther away and their tow truck arrived in less than 30 minutes. Their very professional operator got me out of the ditch and charged me HALF of the fee I was quoted by Pine. The good: Pine is upfront about the costs, fees and waiver. The bad: be prepared to wait without updates. The ugly: they want your money.
Very responsive, however we called to cancel with in 15 minutes on a 1.5 hr. time period to perform and wanted to charge $50.00

Called them to help replace my battery. They took a little longer to get here than I expected but once our tech, Guy, got here, he finished the work quickly and gave recommendations on how to preserve my battery health. Super easy to work with, definitely recommend.
These folks were awesome! Polite and courteous! Called, got a quote, scheduled a time for the next day. The gentleman showed up on time, loaded the car and off we went. Great price and not a glitch! Who could ask for more!!
Juan was awesome someone hit my car and ran in west Oakland and he made a stressful situation better and the process was smooth fast and seamless I will definitely call again if I need too.
