My goal is not to ruin this business, but rather to make sure customers get second opinions. I was making a trip to WI and stopped here to get my tires checked and buy chains. A full inspection was offered and I accepted, only to be told that I needed new front struts, lower control arms and, as a preventative measure, new tires. What? The gentleman at the front desk was hesitant to give me any details except to say that these were “safety issues” and should be taken care of “as soon as possible.” I asked him to write these down for me (photo attached). Not completely believing these repairs were necessary since the car was driving perfectly, I took my car to the Dublin VW dealership where they told me the struts and control arms were in perfect condition and my tires measured at 7s and 6s. If a DEALERSHIP says all is good, I felt pretty confident Big Brand tires was trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. Fast forward to our safe arrival to WI (2300 miles) and today’s maintenance check at a VW dealership: struts and control arms are good and tires have “at least another 20,000 miles of life.” So, again, get second opinions before believing the people at Big Brand.

I would like to thank Matthew and Victor who were at the front of the house for their kindness and for all the valuable information. I’d been having such a problem with my tires, ( serviced somewhere else) the balance was so horrible, this other place assured me they had balanced them, the ride was so rough my truck was all over the place. Then Alex I know there’s two gentlemen with that name there, so want him to get his due, Alex with the beautiful green eyes Thankyou!!!!! You have made me so happy! Pulled in with a flat tire on Christmas Eve and they repaired it on the spot for free. I had purchased tires from here last year under the old company and they honored that warranty. Saved the day.
I recently took my car in for an oil change at this shop. Since I couldn’t pick it up during business hours, I requested that they leave the keys inside the car after closing. I signed a waiver acknowledging that I would take full responsibility. Later that evening, around 10 PM, when I went to pick up my car, I found that all the windows were left open. Additionally, there was no sticker or note indicating that the oil change was completed, and I never received any call to confirm it was ready.
When I contacted them the next day, they didn’t provide any real assistance. They just kept saying, “There’s nothing we can do,” and kept brushing me off. I’m really dissatisfied with how they handled the situation.
The best experience with an Auto Shop ever!! Had brakes replaced on my wife's Range Rover Sport last week! I don't do too many reviews but this place is really legit and worth the drive if you are no close to Danville for an honest and experienced staff. Oscar is the best in the business along with the rest of the staff. They will fix your flat here for free.
I am so grateful that my kids referred me to this shop! Not only were they so kind and accepted me without any appointment on a busy Friday, they got the work done expediently, and explained everything to me in a way that was helpful! We have gone here now for 6 years. They fixed the squeaky brakes on our Honda CRV when no one else seemed able to do it. Our regular maintenace is always done here. Prices are great, work is top notch, and it’s always done quickly. Fantastic place where you can bank on honest diagosis, fair pricing, quality work.

Highly Recommend. Customer service was amazing. My tired popped on the freeway on my way to pickup my daughter summer camp in danville. I had 10 minute to pick her up. I dropped car off with them and walked over 2 miles to pick my daughter up and upon my return to the tire shop. He didn’t have a tire but they put temporary tire to get to save place with daughter. It not a lot of kind people like this. I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel that honesty and kindness that they provide it today needs to be shown. They turn a day that I thought would be stressful into a blessed day.
Today, one of my tires was losing pressure driving from Dublin to Danville. Oscar immediately helped me and found that an Allen wrench was lodged in the right rear tire. He fixed it for free patched the tire in less than 15 minutes and I was on my way. I will be back here to put new tires on my car in short order. This company knows how to treat its customers.

Driving with on 680 I picked up a mail and I'm SO fortunate for M&N Tire and Auto In Danville for getting the fix done quickly despite having a full schedule at the end of Friday.

These guys have earned my business moving forward. They fit me in for screw removal tire repair on my Toyhauler right away so I could get out of town for camping. Then, I brought my boat tire to them today for a valve stem replacement. Got me right in and didn’t even charge me for it! Very impressed….
Made the appointment through Yelp. Got a quote and an email with times and dates. Everything was seamless with zero issues. No attempt to up sell me. My service came with a 6 month warranty. I will be coming back for any service this shop can do.
I had a very poor experience here with a newer car. Took forever, kept adding parts and services that were "needed" and didn't end up fixing it. Took it to dealership who performed their alignment, fixed it with no additional parts.
Highly recommend! I called late on a Friday about a screw in one of my tires, and they gave me an appointment slot first thing Monday (they even offered to have me come that day, but the tire wasn't losing air, so I decided to wait). When I arrived on Monday I was helped quickly, and as soon as they determined it could be fixed, instead of needing replacement, they started work immediately, and completed it promptly. The service tech even went above and beyond to fill the pressure of the other three tires. Less than 30 minutes from start to finish. Great local business and incredible staff!
Always courteous, always quick, happy to explain what they are doing, and not expensive c compared with others. They seem to be good both with more modern cars (my Infiniti G37), and older ones (my son's 23 year old Chevy truck) on which they did a great job of fixing up so he could sell it. Funny story - I think the one time they goofed was when the mechanic who had been working on my car accidentally drove home with my car keys. This only became apparent when I turned up to collect the car. They were mortified and shot off down the road to get them back, which they did in about 10 minutes. :)
My experience was nothing shy of awesome. Their prices are reasonable, and their staff was kind and professional. I left there with a smile on my desk.
I can't begging to express my gratitude to this shop from Mark and Ernesto in the front working hard to get customers in and out and taken care of. They will take the time to find the better deal or in my case they will take the time to find the rare run-flat tires I needed at a good price. Then we have Julian and Fred the tire / alingment guys great work all the time. Last but notleast there is one of the most knowledgeable master mechanics Ricky can work on anything from my M5 to my wife's Range Rover Sport at half the cost from the dealer thanks again guys.
They are very generous individuals. Truck broke down engine seized up a few hundred miles from home. Let me park my truck in his lot until I could get it sold for scrap. Made a unpleasant experience bearable.
I am in a very transitional phase in my life and drove my truck cross-country to stay with my dad for awhile, and I'm quite broke. My truck started leaking coolant and I reluctantly took it to the shop after reading all the 5 star reviews this place had -- and I was not disappointed.
When my financial situation became apparent, Mark the owner cut deeply into his own profit to save me from going deeper into my situation.
He finished the work quickly and efficiently, sent me on my way happy and offered to check on it the following week for free just to be sure there were no more problems.
I am truly grateful to have run into him and his shop and I recommend him highly.
Very impressed with the service provided by Mark. Quickly located somewhat difficult to find tires. Mark had them delivered to the shop and installed the same day. Everywhere else I called was going to take much longer. Came back five months later for an alignment and to have a tire patched from a nail. Professional, friendly, and fast service from Mark once again.
