Brittany made this process smooth as silk from start to finish. She promptly called me back when I left my first question and followed through until I had my check in hand. The text feature where they can stay in contact with you helped ease the process so much. Dude was like 4 hours early and had all the paperwork I needed to transfer titles etc ready and waiting for me to sign. I handed him the keys and he gave me a check for our old 2000 Town & Country that gave us many adventures and memories, but turned into an eyesore out front our house for years and in the background of so many of our pictures...Poof! What an incredible experience.. customer service is second to none. They made a hard situation so easy to handle. We had to get a truck towed and they came very quickly to tow away the vehicle. They were so diligent and communicated so much. I will be telling my friends about my positive experience. They even emailed me all of the paperwork to make it easy to send to the DMV. I gave them a call, they asked a few questions, gave me an estimate then came and picked up my car while giving me exactly what they offered over the phone! It was pretty nice.
These people are awesome they made the process of getting rid of my unwanted car so EASY talked to them at 12pm by 4 pm car was picked and I was paid they called towing and I paid nothing I highly recommend them

I have had the worst experience with this place! They don’t answer the phone, they scheduled a time for pick up and never showed up. I called and finally after 20 or so calls reached someone, she let us know it would be by 8:00 pm. The driver texted and said it would be the following day at 10 pm! If anyone uses this place they are going to get the run around. All the reviews are fake on this site except this one! I can’t believe a so called business treats customers in this fashion! I feel sorry for anyone who tries to use them! This is a horrible excuse for a business!!!!!!! If I could no stars I would!!!!!!

Believe you me if you have a car or a truck that you want to get rid of call these people they offer reasonable prices. Much better than other places that I called. Also they were right on time picking up my vehicle, payment on the day of pick up.
