What clients say about A & A Self Serve in Brentwood (CA)

Okay, this is how it works. You go to the office check-in. No entry fee is great. You have to state the part you look for. You must grab complete parts, for example, the center console. You must buy the entire center console. You can't pull the hinge, lid, or cup holder, which is understandable. You must pay before removing parts. They have late model trucks 14-18 Silverado 99-10 super duty 07-14 gm 1500s. The price for out side mirror is $45, which is more expensive than the pick n pull of $39. This yard should be your last resort. But what gives it the 3 star is rude customer service.

Do not shop here! They will give you a price then wait until you get the part off of the car and then increase the price. They wanted $250.00 for a bumper they told me was going to be $80-100. Bad business practice that will probably put you out of business soon.

DON'T WASTEYOUR TIME. I just called to see if they would buy my 2013 Infiniti g37. He offered me 50 bucks. In response to a question from the owner. He emailed me and said "There are some factors we consider when buying wrecked cars. Did you ask why you received the offer" I did ask and was told " that's the most I can offer" I sold the car for 3k. So again, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. search around and get the most you can. I sold it to carvana.com out of a day of researching the internet and making calls, they offered the best price. Dont forget to haggle.
