Absolutely do NOT RECCOMMEND!!!!!! Needed a tow for my vehicle that broke down on the SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY!!! Dude was hella rude and then proceeded to ignore my 2 following calls and sending my straight to voicemail. Never use them
Called for a tow to the tire shop. On the phone I was given a reasonable price and a very good response time IMO (45 min) for a flat bed tow. They arrived a few minutes earlier than they said they would and took good care of my car (and driveway). Courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again… but hoping I never have to. :)
Mad that they scrapped my car as I got the money to. Save to pull it out. I just needed my belongings before they did it. .. but I never got a call or notification
$300+ to be towed less than 2 miles not to mention $100 per day storage? While I obviously appreciate the assistance it a tough cash pill to swallow... added insult to injury as the car is totaled.
Fernando was a huge help! Our car broke down on an off ramp, we were at home ( 10 minutes away) when we called. First of all, no other towing company would answer the phone. Second, they are flat rate. And third he beat us back to our car. He was friendly and easy to work with. GREAT JOB!
It could have been the timing but the service was fast and done professionally. The tow technician was polite and had a smile on his face. I got a business card and will keep this business in mind if I need them again.
John was very professional and courteous. He helped our family out, on such short notice, with towing a vehicle and hauling a large tool box.

Tried to get there help to move a heavy item onto my Trailer with there flatbed tow Truck they were charging me double for a job that takes 10 minutes...They were very unreasonable and didn't care to try and help us...we are long time Discovery Bay residents I'm very dissatisfied with how they treat there customers.
I was broke down on highway 4 in early morning commute traffic waiting for another tow company when Craig stopped to help he pushed me off the freeway to the shoulder .thanks for your help .
Quoted me $450 for a 5 mile motorcycle tow in their normal working area. Said there is a flat surcharge for motorcycles. This is such BS considering a pickup truck would do the job. It literally would have been cheaper for me to Uber to Cycle Gear, buy a brand new battery, Uber back and ride the bike home. I’ll never use or recommend this place.
Called for a tow truck, 3.5 hours later and the driver calls saying they took another job in Antioch and the wait will be even longer. Good thing I wasn't trying to work a half day today! Never will use this company again!! Very poor customer service!
Tonight I called Pizzagoni's Towing for a tow 0.9miles away from my home they said it would be 195 for a flatbed tow I said OK the man can back to the phone and said I don't have a driver available. I find that to be impossible they advertised 24 hour towing I am very disappointed with this company they have a tow contract with AAA so how is it that they don't have a flatbed truck availabe I even asked the man will there be a truck available later he said NO AND HUNG UP I called the next company listed which was S&S Towing they came quickly very nice people and the charge 1/2 the cost Pizzagoni's Towing wanted to charge me.

I was told it'd be a 45 minute wait, the driver Fernando was there in less than 20. He was super nice, polite and professional. I was really concerned that a shop wouldn't be able to get the lugs off my rim to change the flat because I didn't have the key. I called several places and they were all unsure. Fernando recommended Les Schwab and sure enough he was right. Very satisfied customer, couldn't have been better unless I got it for free!
If i could give no stars i would. The worst service ever. The guy at reception was ZERO help and had a very flippant attitude. I asked to talk to a manager and he acted as if he was and would not honor my request to speak to an official manager. I hope this place and that somewhat off receptionist loses something and has to jump through hoops and play guessing games to get the information needed as to provide some perspective as to how poor and arrogant their service is.
It's great to meet a true professional in any industry and John Pizzagoni is just that. I had to have my 2015 Tacoma towed to Concord Toyota for service. He showed up 30 minutes before I expected him to be. His truck inside and out was immaculate. I just want to say that I'd recommended this company to anyone needing their service. I can see why they've been in business since 1965. Thank you John for a great experience.
Wayyyyy over price for a 7 mile tow...$130 really glad I cancelled with my insurance to have them tow...went with the same tow company that towed my car the day b4, didn't pay a dime, I was with in my insurance budget...
I needed a tow very quickly because Winter Honda Service department was about to close within an hour, I called and explained my situation to Ken at the dispatch and he re-routed a truck to me within 30mins. I was saved by the bell and able to get my car fixed before Monday. I will recommend them to friends and family.
