Super responsive! I am disabled and AAA left me roadside for 2.5h before telling me they have no tow drivers for at least 2-3h. It was 100 degrees out and I couldn't wait. Excellent service! Called after AAA denied my request to move an old truck inoperable that didn’t have current registration even though I have towing insurance with AAA for years and used maybe twice in all those years. Highway Rescue came out within an hour and moved truck and a motorcycle about two blocks away. Pricing was good and the driver was super friendly and accommodating. After calling AAA & Mercedes Roadside Service at 4AM we had no luck in getting help; we were rescued in less than 30 minutes with highway rescue towing. I was stranded with a flat tire. I was not familiar with the town. I called highway rescue. He let me know at most 20-30 minutes. He came just about 20 minutes. So nice, respectful, and honest! He took my car to the tire shop. The customer service was awesome! Very personable! If I ever get stuck again I will 100% call them!
Dissatisfying service!
My car needed to jumpstart, and I read the manual to see where to hook up the jumper cables. The employee who came out, refused to hear me on where to hook up the cables. “Oh, you should be able to do it like this, and it works.” Doing it his way a few times my car did not get the jump service it needed. Even asked if their charger was full charged. They claimed it was. Thankfully it was only $75 but I still remained stuck where I was at.
I was only able to get my car started when somebody else noticed the struggles we were having, and brought out their own jumper cables. I explained to the bystander where to put the cable cords, and this person listened. When doing it the way as instructed by the manual, my car started.
I will never recommend this place nor call them again.

Arrived hella quick within 15 minutes everyone else was an hour or more out ,and double the price.this was a late night tow driver was professional and handled his business . I'll never use anyone else. I'll recommend them to all my friends. Id give him 10 stars .

My stepbrother previously called another tow truck service that hadn't arrived within at least 1.5 hours. I decided to call another towing company, and Highway Rescue Towing was listed as nearby. My call was answered immediately. The towtruck driver informed me he would be to the house in 10 minutes. I believe he was there in 5 minutes! Very friendly, professional, safe, swift and I can only go on with positive feedback of our towtruck driver and his service. The price to tow was even cheaper than the service that was supposed to come in the first place.
