Wow, Mark was amazing. He didn’t hesitate to help us out with our dead car battery, I literally called 5 other places after I found out last minute my AAA was expired and no one could come out. Thankfully Mark answered immediately and he came within 15 mins, (IN THE RAIN!!!!), then got us back on the road in no time. We were stranded in the freeway and I call a 24/7 tow service and they never came. I paid in advance. We finally gave up and call this tow truck company and the driver was there within 20 minutes, thank God for that after waiting for nearly 3 plus hour for those people that never came! Thank so much, great service, driver very courteous and understanding. I'll recommend him to everyone one!

Got my car stuck in the middle of the freeway due to a coolant car issue (first time so super scary!!) but managed to found Cuddy via Google and he was super fast. He got to me within 15 minutes and recommended me to an awesome mechanic (Al!!) I was already panicking since majority of the places were closed around 6PM, so I’m super grateful that he was able to roll my car to a place to potentially get it fixed. Super grateful and I highly recommend his service!
Super responsive! I am disabled and AAA left me roadside for 2.5h before telling me they have no tow drivers for at least 2-3h. It was 100 degrees out and I couldn't wait. Got picked up within 20 minutes and immediately put in the truck with A/C. We even stopped so I could use the bathroom on our way to the repair shop. I don't live in the area but I would definitely recommend this company - no doubt!

Cuddy is a Businessman. I called about 5 different towing company's and they either didn't pickup or said the wouldn't be able to pick up my truck the next day. Cuddy picked up the phone and let me know he would help me in 20 minutes. He not only showed up in 20 minutes but gave me a ride back to where my truck was going. Excellent service! Called after AAA denied my request to move an old truck inoperable that didn’t have current registration even though I have towing insurance with AAA for years and used maybe twice in all those years. Highway Rescue came out within an hour and moved truck and a motorcycle about two blocks away. Pricing was good and the driver was super friendly and accommodating. Awesome service. My car broke down on Hwy 4. I called 3 tow companies without success. Highway Rescue was my 4th call and responded in 25 minutes. Got me out of traffic within minutes. After calling AAA & Mercedes Roadside Service at 4AM we had no luck in getting help; we were rescued in less than 30 minutes with highway rescue towing. His company name lives up to his career and professionalism. Phone call was immediate and smooth, tow was fast with a complimentary ride home. AAA & Mercedes couldn't give us this service or experience. If anything happens to you on the road, give Highway rescue towing a call YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! even at 4am! Thank you so muchhhhh!

I was stranded with a flat tire. I was not familiar with the town. I called highway rescue. He let me know at most 20-30 minutes. He came just about 20 minutes. So nice, respectful, and honest! He took my car to the tire shop. The customer service was awesome! Very personable! If I ever get stuck again I will 100% call them!

I needed to tow my car to a repair shop on a Sunday and after reaching out and leaving messages to 12 towing companies in the area and none of them returned my call which lead to some frustration. I saw Highway Rescue on Google and saw the great reviews and decided to give them a call. To my surprise I actually got a person and not a machine. Mark was awesome and helped me out when I couldn’t get anyone else to. He was polite, professional and prompt by arriving when he said he would arrive. He has years of experience and it showed by how quickly he performed both the pick up and drop off. He has a great personality and was fun to chat with during the process.
