We drove to this Autozone store on 10/30/25 since they had the combustion leak detection fluid in stock which wasn't in the stores closer to our home. AZ Colusa only had one box left on the shelf. It was opened and the box had damage. The bottle inside had probably 30% left in it. We needed the stuff and had already driven so far for it so we had to buy it. The manager would NOT discount the item even though he could clearly see there was 70% missing. Guess he knew we really needed it and he wouldn't be able to sell it otherwise. Yeah, yeah, I can hear you saying "you didn't have to buy it". But should a store knowingly sell something like this at full price?

If I could I would only give a half a star it’s crazy how there site says there open at 8am but there not even open, & the other employee is just waiting outside like it’s the thing to do. I don’t know why the employee that’s waiting out side doesn’t have their own set of keys to get In the store, it is so un-professional! He shouldn’t have to wait out side for a manger that couldn’t be responsible or on time to open the store. That’s just so unprofessional behavior when the manger should be setting example on being on time for Their employee. Over 20 min late so far & it’s a Sunday morning July,6,2025 and still no manger here to open the door. How are you supposed to have any business if you hire unreliable people for your business this is a big loss to the company when they could be making sales. Not happy customers at all AutoZone, you can Do so much better.

I needed a part for my 99 Suburban this evening to fix my AC because its been ugly hot here. I needed this done so I can go to work. The website says the Colusa, Ca. store closes at 10pm. So, i jumped on my unregistered MC and hammered to Colusa only to find that they closed at 9pm. This bit of irresponsible misinformation caused me a LOT of grief and wasted time. So, one star for Autozone today.

Workers need to start checking their returns. I was sold a used/ damaged aire filter. Cashier knew there was damage to box and didn't think to check it for me as he should've. People are returning used filters apparently. Be careful and check your boxes !

More of a children's store or pick up spot between all the kids and teenage girls handing around good luck getting the right parts in a timely manner minus 5 stars

Colusa autozone is one of friendliest auto-zones I've ever experienced, always willing to help me get the right products, i don't know much about cars so they always explain the parts and how they work, one of the best costumer service ! 100% would recommend.

I’m a loyal member of autozone at the Yuba city location and I had an issue with your employee Oscar Ramos (with the stained front teeth) on 10/25/23 who you sent over to the Yuba city location for coverage help Oscar Who was very rude and escalated a situation out of hand instead of walking way and letting someone els handle the issue. Your employee was very rude and arrogant and refused to listen to the issue with my purchased product. I asked your employee to remove himself from the argument and he declined multiple times. After I told him he had horrible customer service he stated I had a horrible attitude, (my attitude was based on his demeanor and the situation he had created) he got into a very arrogant attitude.Even after he was asked again by another employee to remove himself and I had another employee step in to help me with my issue your employee Oscar did not want to remove him self from the situation and became very rude and and kept making comments and kept making the situation worst. He also told me he would be covering for 2 months at the YUBA CITY store so I'm welcome to stay away if I don't wanna see him since he's helping with coverage. This is the type of employee you have helping with coverage from your Colusa store at your YUBA CITY LOCATION. Thank you for the girl that was there who originally did my order because she solved the problem the same way they had before by swapping the incorrect item in the box. All your arrogance wasn't needed Oscar because she did exactly everything I had asked you to do and you refused to do. SHE HAS THE SERVICE STANDARDS SHE SOLVED THE ISSUE THE SAME WAY YOU COULD HAVE BUT DIDN'T GREAT JOB.

Staff are knowledgeable. Plenty of parts and tools you could need to work on your car. Staff are funny and have rousing conversations which brings a great small town atmosphere which I greatly appreciate. They're not just employees they enjoy working together.

They had two young people working, one was outside with a customer, the other was inside on the phone with a customer that didn't know that all batteries are different, I got tired of waiting, I left and won't be going back to that location, even with the gift card I got for that store.

The man at the counter was amazing and so helpful. He gets the one star. No public bathroom took the rest. California I am done with this kind of business practice. I pay money to go into a store and there needs to be a bathroom. I barley made it home in time. Not helpful. Insurance should not be so high that bathroom are knocked off the boldly function list.

This is one place that for me, can not be beat , it out shines Napa far better than O'Riley also the item is 98% in stock and if not, they can have it delivered from yuba or surrounding area in a day , less than that, if they are able to catch the delivery person, before leaving from their sister store the staff are super helpful, knowledgeable about the product or item , the colusa Auto Zone store, I believe is the best I've been in since I left Texas , when you enter the store it's right away no matter how many people are in the store . you're always greeted warmly never are you not , noticed and feel like your welcomed, I for one have never seen an employee leaning on the counter or just doing nothing these people are always moving around either helping a customer cleaning, stocking and still make you feel welcome. it's always "what can I help you with " , great staff that for me outshine any auto parts store I've been in so thanks Auto Zone staff , colusa California in the sav-more shopping center y'all are fantastic!! 5 plus stars

Had the worst experience this weekend with the autozone employees. No one other than one person spoke Spanish and the rest of the employees made no effort to understand the customers’ needs. They raised their voices at the customers and rudely told them that they didn’t understand them. I personally had to step in to translate.

Today's experience with customer service shows who is a lazy dog more than others. One person stands out 10 x more than his coworkers. 5 stars goes to the one who did what he was hired for, simple question, answer was at their fingertips, ladies you sadly failed to help.

I'm not a big fan of Auto Zone and this is just one reason why. I was in a pinch and A/Z happened to be the only place open, 1 star for that, and 1 star for the friendly staff and 1 star for having what I needed at a reasonable price which was freon. Now I perched 2 one pound cans which they changed me $10. Per can for a core charge in which you get back when you return the empty cans, but you only have 90 days to return them or you lose the $20 dollar's for the core charge ? Well what a crock of s#!+ or a bunch of corporate thieves, the can has there name on it and they also have your name and date of purchase on the recipe. So if you only use just part of the second can and keep it you lose $10. So minus 2 stars for basically stealing your money with there 90 day policy.

The wonderful employees of this AutoZone were able to find my receipt that I ended up losing and returning my items that I needed returned. They took the time to do that and it was the most wonderful thing in the world. I am very grateful that the people that work at the Colusa AutoZone are knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous of their customers.

Recently did a radiator flush the employees are very knowledgeable and helped me. Next i got smog coming up and will need everything's for smog its the best place to get what you need.

As a mechanic-tech I strongly recommended this place I'm a customer since they opened and what I like the most is earning money well points, for every 20 DLS+ you earned 1 point at 5 points you will get 20 DLS for your next purchase awesome right? Don't forget if you work on cars or trucks they have what we need if they don't have it they will find it and people behind the counter very kind and friendly... The only bad thing is I'm not getting paid for doing this 😉

Always love going in, everyone is always doing their very best there. Sarai is one of the best employees she's the bilingual worker there. Even if this store doesn't have the part they try their hardest to get it for you either that day or the next.
