Called on my way, took 30 min. arrive. No one answered the phone, walked in 2 employees at the front counter, wasn't busy, and was way overpriced!
Would have saved me time and gas if they had picked up the phone!
Often times we only leave reviews when we've had a bad experience, I must say, my transaction started off a little rocky due to misinformation provided by customer service, however, shout out to Blaine on the e-commerce team. After several email communication's between he and I over how I would be reimbursed for my CORE chg. on a transmission I purchased, I thought I was not going to be able to get my money back due to I don't live in any area where B & R is located. Blaine went over and beyond to find options to make it possible for me to get my CORE chg. back, although it's only $60 every penny count's with me as I'm a single parent. What I appreciate the most is that he was willing to go out of his way to satisfy the customer, he added a human touch to the email conversation's which is so important these days. I'm hoping that my transmission is as good as the service I have received so far. I will definitely use B & R in the future and will recommend to family & friends. Also, thank you very much to Travis Tomblin for communicating and keeping me informed on my shipment. Customer service was A+,.. by a number of their employees. My parts condition were as described B+. Sales person "Timothy F"..A+.. (Oregon)... E Comerce Guy "Spence", A+ (Oregon),.. Plus the Lady Shipping Customer Service Rep. In Oroville. A+ She confirmed my parts order was in the Will Call spot... I drove a distance to get to Oroville for Pick -Up

The guy who served me at the counter humiliated me in front of another person. I had never felt this way.
I paid and left, then came back to buy another piece and when I was paying him he told me that I may was stealing! I was so offended by this and I told him, of course not, I'm paying you, but he refused to listen and said why had I come back and I told him again because I wanted another piece, and I told him that if there was a problem I wouldn't buy it from him. And he kept offending me. It was the most bitter experience that happened to me in a store.
I SHOULD NOT HAVE DRIVE 2 HOURS FOR THIS RUDENESS. I hope justice.
This place is a waste of time. The new owner “buddy” is not pleasant to do business with. I have been a local to this town for 30 years and knew the previous owner well. Just take the drive to Chico pick n pull.
Worst place ever...order a part and it's was damaged and when it came back to getting my refund the sales person kameron is still holding on to it and keeps giving me the run around...gonna sue
I never do this but after reading the last review & somebody had the same experience as me I felt the need to leave a review as well to warn others. I called looking for a part for my Chevrolet Cruz they said they had it in the yard I was given a price estimate over the phone. I went into the yard to get the part then went to the lobby & A heavier Set male had attitude with a louder tone had gave me attitude from the start .I let him know that they gave me a price estimate over the phone for the part i needed and NOW it was almost double then what I was told on the phone. When I told him he started calling me a lier saying I never called and I “should know better”? Mind you he is saying all this in front of another customer. I have never felt so Humiliated before in a store. I felt that things could have been better communicated when I arrived. so as in embarrassed as I was I didn’t think I did anything wrong nor was i lying. I was crying almost the whole drive home. If I could I would leave ZERO STARS. This is NO WAY to treat your customers.
I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment as they employ deceptive tactics to lure customers in with the promise of exceptionally low prices. upon getting ready to pay for the items you took the time to find they charge significantly more than the actual value of the parts, sometimes even double. Then get mad when you don’t want to pay their overpriced items. Furthermore, the Heavyset staff member, displays a remarkable lack of respect towards customers from the minute you step inside.This individual is known to engage in arguments, accuse customers of dishonesty, and exhibit disrespectful behavior. It appears that their primary objective is to attract customers by advertising and guaranteeing unbeatable prices, only to subsequently overcharge and mistreat them once they have invested time in selecting the desired parts. It would be Best to avoid this establishment until they cease their deceptive practices towards customers and address the issue of the unprofessional staff member. Unless you would like to be Mistreated so bad your left dumbfounded.
If i could leave ZERO stars I would, I have had had my customers car apart for a week now due to no one in their company knowing where my part is. I have been given the run around on delivery eta three different times by 3 different people each time having something different to say. One representative assured me that I was lied to by the previous employee. On top of that the first part I received was CLEARLY broken and removed VERY un professionally. 0/10
I just went to get some weather stripping from my car I just took a guess and went in there and I want to thank the man that help me there and for letting me his tools thank you very much but you should bring your own tools but I was passing by so I could get see if they had my car there and some stuff that I needed thank you
I would have given 5 stars the staff and people around there are very helpful. The reason for my 3 star is due to me tryin to get my money back from them for a core charge on a transmission I bought. I paid cash 75$ for the core and I brought the core back over a month ago was told they don’t give cash back and they would send a check. That I’m itself is inconvenient but it’s worse when the check never comes and can’t get anyone to give you a straight answer about anything that has to do with money coming back your way.
Good, extremely helpful staff, and very fair prices. Very well-organized and laid out scrap yard. Very clean walkways -all in all a good layout for a junkyard with a large amount of junk vehicles.. they seem to always have my friends vehicles
Only complaint I have and I would personally considered a deal-breaker from traveling to the Capital area to find parts.
I was unable to take in my tools in my backpack (my tool bag for work) they did provide wheel barrels that I had to dump it into the defeating my organization of my expensive bag .. the wheelbarrow is not ideally suited for a junkyard, I'm not going to throw my tools on the ground so I could lose them in the dirt.. minor complaint but a significant one to consider.. that's another half hour or more to put the tools back into my tool bag not to mention have them scattered around the back end of my vehicle..

The people are great but the online order was hard to get right ended up waiting for almost two weeks before i received the part I ordered I would definitely go back though
I called to sell my bmw and was told they would take it for 225. I waited a few days went down there before they closed and hell I sold it for 400 . Hell ty. Friendly as hell people. Made me feel comfortable not uneasy one bit
Rich+ and Mark Are Amazingly So Helpful and have such Keen insight into finding just about any part you need !!! My Sister and I started to come to there Store when our Father passed away and our Father Always recommended them and because our father can not help us find parts anymore for things like our RV or our Camper or our Trucks and hauling trailers my sister has A Chevy now but she used to have a Ford or my BMW or even my Volvo no matter what Rich and Mark Just Get it !!! Like even when I use words like that thing that attaches to that thingie and show them a picture on my phone or explained what is happening and they just know the right questions to ask to get the right answer from me to help me find a part even taking time to Search in-out online one of the best things I really like about them is if they don't have it in there yard they order it and it's not like amazon waiting days or weeks because of shipping shortages or shipping delays they get all there parts from USA and I have never had to wait over 3 days to have them text me or email me or phone me to let me know my part is in and they will even save you shipping if you have it shipped to the store and pick it up !!! It's the nicest most helpful place around hands down and there prices are Grate they have the best Custumer Service Ever ! I truly Appreciate them I know my father really Appreciates what they're doing for us because he can't do it but I know he's looking down from heaven and he sees what they're doing for us and I bet you anything that he's up there smiling down from Heaven
Both gentlemen up front were helpful in trying to help me obtain the correct part I needed, once located they informed me the part I had was defective and would not work for what I needed. I was grateful they didn't let me leave with a faulty/defective part!
I was very pleased with my visit. The employee's are always very helpful and courteous. Prices are reasonable. Thanks guy's for being friendly (even in this heat!), being knowledgeable and helpful.
Me and my dad love visiting her for any parts we need and want. Prices are low parts are good and very respectful. Love how they only charge I think only 1 dollar to 2 dollars per person. There is usually no line but it can get a bit busy on some days when it’s random but mostly on the weekends.
Called the phone number, they told me they had the exact car I was looking for in the oroville yard and to head down to grab what I needed. Long story short.. I drove 25 mins just for the guys to tell me sorry the yards closed(it was 5:10) and that the car was there but not available. I literally just needed to visually see a part. Complete waste of time, poor customer service. Best of luck.
Very friendly and we're busy. They are having a used tire sale right now. The price is good but make sure you really check out the tires first. Also, don't forget your $2.00 fee to enter. It's per person
Definitely a good place to get your used parts. I've seen some parts shipped that looked brand new due to the employees attention to detail. Mark the parts counter guys extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but the same goes for all of the employees there.
I was able to get some badges and a shift knob for free. Their staff is welcoming and kind, and they have good inventory. Would greatly recommend if you’re looking for some parts!
Been going there for years love it. If there a part you need they got it and if they don't have it on site they can get it from another one of there many locations. Buddy the manager does a very efficient job and is personable. I recommended B&R to any do it your selfer on budget.
This place is great. All the current cars and trucks parts are inventoried and they know pretty much if they have the year and make of the part or parts you are looking for. Always willing to work with you on pricing. I would recommend coming here first for your hard to get parts.
The boy at the front was rude and they don't ever seem to have what I need. I've been left on hold for several times for more than 5 minutes. I'm hearing how ppl are generally going elsewhere now. The prices are not great but at least they ship stuff in fast when they can.
Called to check on inventory before driving one hour to get to their location. Rep said they don't have inventory and I would just have to come out and check. I understand if they can't tell me what parts, but not even what cars? So I could drive 2 hours for a "maybe"? No thanks.
