Once again I needed a tow on my F350. I will never use anybody else but Skyway towing because they are so nice and they go the extra mile. AAA tried to tell me that I could only have Chuck Patterson towing and I refused and told them I wanted Skyway. They treat my truck with kit gloves
I honestly can’t say enough good things about Skyway Towing. What started out as a scary day turned into a smooth experience thanks to them.
Not only did they show up quickly and treat me and my car with care, but they went above and beyond — they brought me gas and even helped me out with new tires when I was completely stuck. I’ve never had a tow company do more than the bare minimum, so this really stood out.
The team was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping, not just getting the job done. It’s rare to find service like this these days. I’m really grateful and wouldn’t think twice about calling Skyway again if I ever need help on the road.

I called to ask if they were hiring guy sounded young had a rude attitude and said first off I’m not hiring second don’t call asking if somewhere is hiring and hung up on me guy was rude definitely not doing any Business with them if I ever need a tow also called BBB and talked to them about it
I broke down in chico and they charged me 190$ to ger back to paradise(about 8 miles) ,the next week I broke down in paradise and they charged me 180$ to go move the car 1.3 miles idk who decided prices but this is a scam.
When another company couldn't provide service through AAA for 4 plus hours. Skyway towing went above and beyond to work with AAA to allow them to help me. I greatly appreciate there hard work!

I needed a 200 mile tow and he worked with my schedule. His driver Don was excellent! He picked up my truck and dropped it off—it was a long distance trip and on a Sunday!! Thank you so much for your services.
Update: Still the best towing company around. Quick, polite and professional. Never ever talk down to me or make me feel like I am a problem. They are the best!
The owner of the company called to verify the details of an app submitted tow via AAA. She proceeded to curse out of her appare t frustration with AAA. She then told me that I needed to call them directly instead of using the app because everyone using that app is "stupid" implying that consumers are too stupid to fill out a drop down menu, and leave a note.
If I could use any other towing company, I absolutely would. The owner is rude and crude. No owner should tell their customers they're stupid, and no owner should hold the customer responsible for their vendors App, or the lack of the owners knowledge of that system.
These people towed our car because it was totalled, fortunately my wife is ok. CHP called them, but please avoid this place like the plague if you can. They are rude, condescending, and start pointing fingers at you immediately. When I walked in to do paperwork to get the car off their lot--no greeting, just let me stand there 5 minutes. Then dispatcher gave me a long lecture. I'm thinking, gee, all I did was ask a question? These people are the definition of unprofessional, uncaring, rude. If CHP ever calls them because your car is totalled (heaven forbid) just tow your car home! Never agree to keep a car in their yard. Do not deal with these idiots.
Joy said she would work with me. Said she liked helping people after surviving the camp fire, she said ‘don’t worry’ But instead she totally screwed me and lied. Charging me 3k for a totaled car that they can sell or part out and won’t respond to emails. She didn’t work with me AT ALL. LIER LIER
Let's start by saying that the guy they sent me was great it's pouring rain ,truck stuck in the mud this guy did a hell of a job got it out no problems very cool, highly recommended.
Ran into a really horrible situation with Geico insurance and was able to work with Skyway Towing to get towed and the vehicle stored. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and caring. Great customer service. Thanks Skyway towing and Ben specifically at the front desk!
Had a great experience with them. Had to move a classic car from one location to another on my property. It was done professionally without any problems.
I had a good experience with only one person there. The lady and one of her co workers are always snappy , impatient and rude, then they (in spurts) act somewhat polite. They make it known they hate there life and there job. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Now if you wanted something from them and they say no, give a few and try again. They are (what seem as) a little bipolar
He refuses to work with customers, taking advantage of laws of protection so he can keep your belongings, car, truck, wallet, stereo, etc... To the extreme! Has horrible, customer service, practices! Since you have no way of going around him he can ruin your day, week, year, etc... Seems to have no empathy for the individual's that are paying his bills. Acts like he is hollier then thow. You must be trash if you had your car towed.
Driving behind a truck on the freeway that was towing a car on a flatbed when I heard things bouncing off my car. I look to see that the truck had a pile of dirt with small rocks on the edge of the flatbed. I call when got off the freeway. They said they would look into it and call me back after several excuses.. basically saying no way. Days later and no call back.
This business charged me nearly $1000 for a service during a pandemic, and wasted six hours of my time. I am now struggling to feed my children and owe it to all the men who run this business.
Avoid this business like the plague!!!
If I could give this business less than zero Stars I would! They are scam artists and I suspect are also Russian owned. I was in there helping a friend retrieve his car that have been towed. They accused me of lying just out of the blue when I had nothing to do with the situation when I had never talked to them, and when I asked the women in charge who the owner was and tried to take a picture, they summoned five huge men to escort me off the property.
Because they have a contract with the city, why I do not know, they overcharge and they're incredibly rude and that goes for both the lady who seems like the owner or manager as well as the receptionist
If I could give 0/100 stars I would. The lady who answered the phone was overly rude. I went in person to try to get an explanation of why I was being charged double the price when my car was towed and the older lady hiding at the back desk was an absolute horror. She was bitter and anything but human. Nothing but a giant SCAM! Skyway Towing is a joke of a company.
Actually this is showing as my hubby account. But it was my daughter and I that had the pleasure of Dave being our tow truck driver. He arrived before ETA, he was friendly, kind, professional, helpful! Thank you so much for rescuing us. Oh and he was polite to the rude drivers, that had trouble waiting. Thank you again Dave for your help in Magalia!
