Our trailer broke down just outside of Butte Meadows. Called Brown’s and they picked up our trailer right away for a very reasonable price. Customer service was very friendly and helpful.
Tipped over my backhoe today. One towing company told me they couldn't do it. Too busy. The lady at Brown's said one of their guys could come out in an hour or so. Juan texted me for pictures and to verify the address. Then sent me a map of his location and ETA. He was professional and had it flipped back over in no time. More impressive was he asked me twice, once on the phone and once when he got here, if I was ok. It was a fair price too. Any towing needs I have from now on I will be calling Brown's. Nice job.
Useless. Only reason I call is because rental has a contract with them so it’s free for us to use but even then they ain’t worth that. Took over an hour and a half to even get some type of response. Random Car was blocking out driveway and owner of said car finally showed up and moved. Definitely calling someone else next time.
Although the driver had a semi friendly facade, he still chose to tow a working man's car parked outside of his own apartment at 4:30 on a Sunday. Had to pay a $75 "drop-fee" for the boy to drop my car back in it's place. Just because someone doesn't take the time to learn valuable skills or trades, it does not mean that person should turn to exploiting local citizens to make a quick buck. From my experience, it seems that poor business practices are common at Brown's Towing. It's truly sad to see what some Americans will do to other Americans. I would strongly advise against this company.
Only waited 15 minutes to get a tow. Steven was great! He got the car connected quickly and was able to get it into my small covered parking spot in an apartment complex.
Looking for my Daughter's car that got into a terrible accident and the Lady on the phone had the worst and most Disrespectful Attitude Harrasing my wife on the Phone Calling back Repeatedly Cussing glad we weren't there in person Terrible Customer Service Not professional Browns towing Should Hire Better people I would give a Negative Star if I Could Her Attitude was just Trash.
Kudos and many thanks to Juan for making a 360 mile round trip to pick me up and deliver my car safely to Chico… on a Sunday, on one of the hottest days of the year… and when the dealership was closed and gates locked at 11pm, pick me up from my hotel the next morning to get me to the dealership for repairs. Truly above and beyond service! Thank you again!
The driver got there straight away. Even though the car had to be dollied, it was no problem. Very fair price. This is the company to call for your tow. Prompt,, efficient, professional, fair and friendly.
Driver went above and beyond! Showed up quickly, towed neatly right into my parking space then attempted to successfully assist with issue (a huge piece of asphalt had ripped off my undercarriage)...will definitely call again if needed! Could not ask for a more polite helpful and reasonable tow! He could have charged so much more on a Sunday afternoon but price was beyond reasonable for even a typical day let alone after hours!!! Moose Lodge uses this company and they have been wonderful, until we had to use them. They charged us more than what they told me in person. Disappointing. I had several others that were just as professional and don't charge, $200 to move an RV in same RV community appropriately 500 feet. Sad
I wish I would have gotten the name of the driver that helped me last night! He got to us super fast. Got my car out of the mud and jumped my daughters car. We were on 99, and it was a little scary. He was very nice.

They keep your vehicles safe, and get their job done properly, they prescribe very safe moving abilities whole keeping your vehicle safe while in their care rather if they just type the vehicle or store it for you, but keep in mind if that $60 /day storage fee, I have a blue GMC Sierra 1500 V8 VORTEX and that thing is still sitting safely right in their care!! I came back around 11:30 PM to see a car using my parking spot (that I have to pay $40 for) at my apartment complex. I waited outside for an hour and a half but no one came. A guest parking opened up for me, but I checked my spot in the morning and it's still there.
The man on the phone thought a coworker came around 2 AM but they didn't. I called again around 7:20 AM and the towing truck came very fast which I appreciate.
I could understand if there's a lapse in communication or if they're understaffed but I don't want to wait late at night for no one to come.

Very quick! It took less than half an hour to get someone off my spot this time and I was surprised to say the least. The driver was very friendly and explained how my previous experience may have been delayed for reasons. Thank you, Brown's Towing!
Extremely impressed with the response time, professionalism, and fee charged for towing my car. The tow truck arrived no more than 10 minutes after I placed my call. The driver was very kind and professional, even trying a few things to start the car before towing. I highly recommend using Brown's Towing!
My parents had a rough few days of travel with my kids in a small RV. They broke down north of chico on their way to us in Chico.
After waiting for an auto club to dispatch for over two hours, we called our own tow company. We ended up with Browns Towing & they were so great. The owner answered quickly and had someone on their way as soon as possible.
Our driver Jose was so kind and great at his job. We would highly recommend Browns Towing!
I had just purchased a used travel trailer on July 3rd and was taking it home when the tire blew out. I did not have a tire iron or jack. Juan was able to help me in my time of need! Excellent service, friendly, professional! I'd give him all the stars if I could, but sadly Google limits it to only 5 stars. He even followed up the next day to make sure that I got home safely.
Browns towing is the only business that went way out of their to help me get my truck moved. If it wasn't for their AWESOME Drivers, I know that I wouldn't have my truck. I had a great experience with this company! Usually when you have to call a towing company, things are not going well. I was stranded on the highway during rush hour. To make matters worse, I was hosting a party and all the food was in my car and the guests were arriving at my empty house. So I was a bit stressed. The two gentlemen who came to my rescue were so quick, capable & courteous. Soon I was safe at home and the service fee was extremely reasonable. Thank you Browns Towing!
