the gentleman’s name was Michael and he was amazing helped me and gave so much advice my lug-nuts were tightened to tight by Walmart and he worked so hard and got them off when we all thought I was gonna have to go back he even came back free of charge to tighten them on my spare. Traveling out of state in a rental car and got a flat tire. The rental car didn’t have a spare so we needed a tow. We were told it would be a 2 hour wait. After waiting over two hours we called to check on the ETA and we were told that they could not find our initial request but the lady on the phone remembered speaking with us. When we called our insurance company they told us that the tow company had just canceled the request because they were over booked and couldn’t get to it. They should not have accepted our request in the first place. Thanks for leaving us waiting for over two hours and then leaving us to find another tow company all together.
You will not be disappointed. I was involved in a car wreck and All Star Towing was extremely helpful with my understanding of the process. Things were handled not only quickly, but with precision, and care. Like seriously, they actually care about your situation - this is extremely rare these days.

I would recommend All Star Towing to anyone. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman that drove the tow truck. He was kind, respectful, friendly and professional. My car was brand new and unfortunately my rack & pinion broke. He didn't know it at the time, but was very concerned. He handled my car with the greatest care.
Dave arrived exactly when estimated and got my car running again. Friendly and professional.

The guys at All Star towing are the best my car was in a ditch and those guys did what they had to do to recover my vehicle and it's not the only one I have a dump truck I been needing to get but the brake line has been back ordered and they were the best at working with me on that one so I can recover that one from them if your ever in a pinch the get there as soon as they can and do the best towing around I highly recommend All Star for all my towing needs they can be trusted every step of the way very pleased with them.
Got two flats and all star towing was ready to pick me up within a half hour. Cooker was our driver and he’s the sweetest fella. Super easy to talk to and got the job done quickly!
Got stuck on Cohasset Ridge on dirt road in slick mud in rain. Walked ~4 miles to get cell-phone service. Called EVERY OTHER towing service in Chico... none willing/able to go there and work on muddy road. Called All-Star. The driver was there in under an hour, friendly, positive, and able... pulled us right out. Excellent service, fair price... All-Star gets 5 Stars from me.
We were in a bind and no where else I called had a driver available to unlock my car. Called these guys, travelled 45 mins plus to my location, gave me a good fair price. Bert the driver was very professional, knowledgeable and honestly it took him longer to get the tools out than it did to unlock the car. We are very happy with our experience, recommend every time.
April and Mike bailed me out when Los Gatos scum bags lied and scammed their way into the job of towing my car from Chico dealer to Stevens Creek Cadillac in Santa Clara. They were transparent and completed the job as they said they would in contrast to AAA Wrecker Service scum bags in Los Gatos. They kept in touch during the tow and Mike followed up with a call when they were finished. I recommend them highly and will refer and use for all future towing needs.

I drive a Box truck for work, I guess the control arm ended up falling off on it? I was in some real trouble, but the guys from All Star Towing came to my rescue. I don't think I even waited 30 minutes for him. I can't remember the guys name, but he was very fast, very kind, and very professional. What a great company!
I called because my wheel decided to fly off my explorer on highway 32 halfway between chico and Chester. They were very helpful and expedient. Very nice on the phone and made my day a ton less stressful. I was expecting to pay a lot more but they really saved the day, thank you guys.
I was stranded in Willows and they gave me a tow to Sacramento. These folks are responsive and Bert is super nice. They care a lot about helping you when you're in trouble, and based on what the driver was telling me, other tow companies in the area seem to be more likely to refuse to take your case if it's too inconvenient but these guys won't. You're almost better off calling them directly than getting the runaround with different tow companies through your insurance roadside assistance service. I wonder if you can request a company specifically?

Driver was rude and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend using them to tow anything. He even had the nerve to have an attitude with me when I explained how him being late caused me to send my babysitter home so I had to hold my child while dealing with the paperwork. Do not give this company a cent of your money
They work 24 hours, their names are Burt and Ernie, and they're part of the most reliable towing company out there. 3 separate times I've needed them and they have came through each time.
All Star Towing saved me!! I would recommend these guys every day if allowed. Bert was my assistant and he was a blessing!! He not only helped me get my truck to start up, but when the truck locked up, he came back and towed me home. I had my dog with me and he said no worries, lets get you and your dog home, so we rode in the cab of truck with Bert to my home!! What a wonderful man and what a wonderful company. I had a wonderful experience at All Star Towing. The man who helped me was personable and polite and very willing to work with me to get my car out of the lot. Literally. When my car could not be jumped he helped to push it out of the lot--and this is after he inflated my flat front tire! All of this for no extra fee. He was incredibly helpful and he allowed a very stressful situation (my car getting towed) to be resolved smoothly. Would definitely recommend this company, thank you very much All Star Towing!
