All I can say is this tow service is great they came right out took my Jeep down to Auto stop they are professional they are courteous they are personable and they know what they're doing and their prices were very very good!
Excellent staff. I had a few questions regarding a vehicle I previously owned there. They answered all my questions and even helped with extras I didn't even expect. Very nice and understanding staff. Definitely would recommend them as my first choice!
Quick service and if I need a tow or in our case a jump start again I will call Jim's Towing. Their equipment is clean and modern, and I wouldn't be worried at all having them hook up to my wife's BMW or my Harley good company decent price I'm a satisfied customer.

The staff was all really friendly, the prices are great and the service time was as well. The tow truck driver even let my 8 year old autistic son help him take our car off the tow truck. He gave him a pair of gloves just like his to wear and everything. My son was ecstatic. Defintely would recommend to others and will be a return customer if I need a tow

My friend locked my only key in my trunk while helping me change my tire. The police called a tow company to come unlock it for me but they never even showed up. After a hr i called jims and he was there in 10 min! He got into my bmw without messing up my door also. The only place to call for anything!

My truck broke down today in the middle of an intersection and the tow truck got there in great timing. The driver even figured out what was wrong with it. He was really helpful and made the experience easy for me. I got to drive my truck home after he helped me. I didn't get his name but I a very greatful. Thank you so much
They were excellent, I called them yesterday for a flat bed to tow me to walmart to get tires and within 1/2 hr. they were at my house. My driver was excellent and very careful with my old van. I will definitely use them again when I need a tow which I hope its no time soon. Oh and by the way the rates were great.
