Had my car towed to a local service center with a flat tire. Sadly, upon drop, the damage the underside of it. I quickly reached out to North Valley with pictures and video and they took the matter very seriously. They looked at the car and paid for the repair. No fuss, no attitude, just amazing customer service. I understand that things happen from time to time and i loved the entire experience! Would recommend them for your needs.
Had a motorcycle impounded by chp at this business. Chp said they don't charge for impounding. NVT charges $300hr if Chp calls. At first they charged me for the wrong invoice, not even close to the same vehicle. It was an impound that was there for 7days ($450 invoice). Then when I get my invoice it's still $450 bucks. They charged me for two days of storage even though it wasn't there for 12hrs even. But regardless how is a 7day invoice the same price as one that wasn't even there for 24hrs? Not to mention it was towed from a shorter distance than the other persons vehicle...
Took there driver damn near 2.5 hours to show up to tow my vehicle. Then he show’s up with an already loaded tow truck, and was confused as to what I needed. He was told that I needed a jumpstart, I told him I needed a tow. The driver then proceeded to tell me that he will return to his shop to dispatch another driver out to me, says about another hour until they can help me. Then he asks if he can take my keys with him back to his shop so that he may just drop the car off when they were ready to proceed with the tow. I was baffled by that question, and it made me slightly uncomfortable, is that a normal question in the tow industry? When I said No I’ll hold on to my keys and wait here, the driver’s body language changed, he became physically upset, drove off, then canceled my tow. I will admit I was a bit rude when the driver asked to hold on to my keys and I do apologize for that but the driver was short with me and seemed to cancel my tow for no reason, causing me to wait for another tow company for another 3.5 hours.
Today my car broke down and Robert from North Valley Towing came out to help. He arrived quickly and was extremely nice and helpful. He made me feel very comfortable and made a crappy situation easier. He waited until our ride was there since i was waiting with my 2 daughters on side of the road. Besides being professional and extremely careful with my car, his customer service and personable attitude made me want to use this company again. Thanks Robert!! I appreciate you!
Became stuck in the mud on Red Bank Rd, Red Bluff, CA. on Saturday (1/20/24) early morning. Robert Came out after not too long of a wait and had me on the road in less than 10 minutes... A+!

Robert is one of the best roadside technicians I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I Highly recommend these guys. Rates are reasonable and service is excellent. Had a flat with no spare and the tow was cheaper than replacing the tire. Lady answering the phone was also very nice. Will definitely use them in the future if needed. I'm a AAA member and Chuck Patterson didn't want to tow us. Good luck Chuck, hope that AAA contract is paying the bills.

Our car got stuck in the snow storm and we had to get it towed. Mike was honestly one of the nicest people we have ever met, he kept updating us, making sure the car was okay, and even stayed behind when another company ended up towing our car. This was at 1:30am in the morning. Even the next morning he kept updating us as to where to pick up the car as well as helping us with documents we needed to not get overcharged for our towing. He was with us every step of the way and made sure that we got our car safely. This was the very best experience we’ve had with a towing company ever.
Tried to run some errands and of course car didn't want to start, Will came by I explained the situation and he suggested jumping the battery and sure enough worked like a charm. Had my car towed other times and they've always been awesome.
Had an emergency with my car and needed it towed. Insurance company got North Valley out there to get the car and the driver, Andrew, was super courteous and super professional. You could tell he knew his job and knew how to treat customer's vehicles. I'd recommend him for any tow in the future.

Good service friendly and always willing to do what it takes to get job done if your looking to get a new ride.its the place to. Go. And if u have to deal with the girls in the office. For any other reason. They are great. Willing to help I only use them had to have them help me out of some pretty. Rough stuff but they will make your day. Any time you'd day is not being all that great.
Every time I’ve needed these guys’ help they’ve been there quicker than I expected and taken care of my problem with total professionalism. On one occasion, my two boys and I were stranded on the highway (Skyway) going from Paradise to Chico, and the brother towed our car and gave us all a ride to the closest tire shop in Chico.
Then today I locked myself out of my car and Brent got here quickly, despite living out in Magalia, and took care of it in less than a minute.
Brent was great, very professional, helpful, and got me home safely. The app showed that the truck would pick me up in over an hour, but Brent got there much earlier. Made it home no problem, thank you Brent!
North Valley Towing saved my day!! As I attempted to drive my son to school I identified my Toyota Hybrid Highlander car battery had gone completely dead. I reached out to North Valley Towing for assistance.
Very promptly Brent from North Valley Towing arrived and immediately made going above and beyond look easy. Brent quickly identified the problem, was thorough, and informative when confirming a new battery would be required and why. Brent was very professional taking the time to make multiple phone calls in attempt to locate the appropriate battery and a plan to get my vehicle on the road again.
Challenges were ahead though. Apparently the battery required for my hybrid is on back order for 1-2 weeks at most locations to include the Toyota dealership I purchased the Highlander from here in Chico. But that did not stop Brent from making the extra effort to find a more reasonable resolution. Thanks to Brent's extra efforts I can happily report a battery was located in Sacramento and was sent on its way to Chico the same day. Thanks to North Valley Towing my new battery had me back on the road the next day a driving my son to school.

North Valley Towing has helped me twice this year and today was no exception. Buster managed to find me even though my insurance sent a bogus address. While here, he discussed with me the potential problem my car was having. He didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions and took the time to answer,the best he could. I spoke with North Valley Towing this morning and let them know I'd be in at 3pm to pick up my car. I arrived at 2:45pm, the door was locked and no one answered when I knocked. I called the number on the door and left a message. 15 minutes later I get a call back that they're on their lunch break. They send a guy over and I get in my car to find that they had stolen cash from my center console. The employee Greg told me that they saw someone snooping through their yard on the cameras but didn't catch them. So somehow this snooper got into my locked car without the keys, stole my cash then locked it up for me before leaving. I didn't know thiefs were so courtious these days. The whole time Greg was there he was in a stubborn attitude, sorry you had to do your job :( at least you were dim enough that you under charged me approximately the amount that was stolen from my vehicle...

Left me high and dry when I just needed a gallon of gas. Wanted me to pay $60 since I only had expired insurance cards for 2015, 2016, and up until April of 2017. Nevermind I had a State Farm receipt from 6 days ago for $240 or that I gave them my agents name and phone number. Unfortunately, my agents office was closed for lunch and rather than simply overcharge me $10 for a gallon of gas that I would have gladly paid, he left me with the statement "give us a call again when you get a hold of your agent", with no gas. So he left without getting any money and in turn gets this review. Not very smart when it comes to business and I would highly suggest you find another tow company to trust with your vehicle. My agent was very sympathetic and even asked "what is wrong with people these days?" She was also going to look into filing a complaint within State Farm.
Fortunately, some folks witnessed him leaving without helping and walked over and asked what happened. When I told them that he would only give me gas if I paid $60, they asked to know what company it was so they would never make the mistake of calling and at the same time offered to take me to get gas and all...
Avoid this company if at all possible. I will.
when they tried to put my car on the flat bed first, they flexed my front bumper way to much. If i didn't yell at them and tell them to stop they would have destroyed my exhaust. Then when they towed my car they had it up to high and scraped my exhaust pretty bad. Didn't seem to care and didn't say anything about it. Had me sign the paper then left. Not professional and bad attitude. My cars been towed before without any trouble.
