If you are needing access to the yard (ie-impounded vehicle or accident vehicle), please call ahead of time and let us know. Please note; normal hours are Mon-Fri, 8 am-4:30 pm. There is a "gate fee" to request access at any other time.
If you are picking up personal property, you may be limited to 20 minutes in the yard, you must be the registered owner, with valid I.D. to pick up personal property!

Long story short. Car totaled in accident. Dale took it to his yard. Insurance company picked it up from yard. Dale removed valuable tools from trunk before insurance company took it. Held them for me for over a month. AWESOME GUY! GREAT SERVICE!
Don’t recommend very bad experience on phone . Refused service because “they don’t tow low cars” um hello it’s an emergency ?!! Does it look like I care if my car gets scratched ?? All I care about is my car getting towed home .. don’t use this “towing” company if you have a low car .
Car broke down on me on Hwy 99, it was late and dark. I started running down the list of tow companies, starting with the the ones stating "24 hrs" and every one of them either couldn't come or didn't answer the phone. Then Chico Economy Tow answered and said he would be there in 20 mins... and he was and was also friendly. Thank you

I had a flat tire in town, on a busy street, they arrived 30 minutes later, changed the spare I was on my way in 30 minutes.... I even made my appointment!!! they even directly billed my insurance company for the call..... That is really cool
We had the nice surprise of radiator fluid leaking from my husbands dodge challenger. Definitely not drivable so we called Chico economy towing. The owner of the business came out and did an amazing job lifting my husbands car, which was a challenge with how low it is. He took his time and extra steps to load the car without scratching the bottom. Did the same with the unloading process at Chuck Patterson’s. Another thing we’d like to mention is that the owner of the company cleaned up the radiator fluid that had leaked on the road. He didn’t want to risk having any dogs licking or drinking the fluid- stand up human being right there! Price was decent service was excellent! Definitely would recommend.

I’ve never had a tow truck respond and show up so fast! I called him at 8am and he was there 10 minutes later helping me get my key out of my car. VERY fairly priced, professional, friendly and fast. I will definitely be using this company in the future.
Our car was stolen and dumped with no tires. We reached out to Chico Economy Towing too see if they could tow us. While they could not tow us, John came out to help us put new tires on the car where it was dumped and followed us back to the tire shop to make sure nothing happened on the way there. John was super nice and gave us a lot of information on how to avoid our car being stolen again. I would recommend Chico Economy Towing to everyone!
Great service and staff from chico economy towing getting my vehicle moved to the yard was quick and easy arrived in less than 10 minutes. The staff at the yard was very helpful and respectful the staff found 40 dollars in the vehicle I wasn't aware of and returned it to me I would reccomend using the services from this business

I wasn't the person that has to pay all those fees so I didn't do business with them.
But I was there when they showed kindness to a person whom needed some and that speaks volumes to me. And that's why I give them 5 stars they deserve it.
I recently had these guy dispatched from my roadside service. The driver John showed up and was fast and efficient. He went out of his way to help get my car filled with gas. Towing my to a gas station and helping me on my way. I can't say how much his help made a hard morning good. So appreciated, thanks John and Chico Economy Towing.
Dale really helped me out today with a lockout out by Scotty's. Called North Valley towing first and not only was going to be an hour wait, they wanted $90 to travel that far I said let me make some other phone calls.....
Called Chico Economy and and they quoted me $65 and a half hour wait time. SOLD! The best part it he was actually on his way to dinner at Scotty's (what luck!) and ended up turning around to help me and showed up within 3 minutes of me placing the call. Not only that...because he was so close already he charged me less than what I was quoted! What an amazing company and people! Dale, I cannot thank you enough for the mind blowing fast friendly service today! Will recommend everytime anyone asks and tell my amazing service story. I am still in shock at how fast and amazing this all was! Would honestly give 10 stars if I could!
I had Dale as my driver and I was impressed by his jovial personality and kindness. I had an unknown issue with my car and Dale was nice enough to talk me through it, even went under the car to try and help me start it! Definitely shows care for the customer over immediate profit. In the end, my car was still towed but I feel genuinely helped! Thanks for trying and the tow Dale!

Awful! I went there with my daughter because her car was impounded. When we got there she could not find the keys they did not fill out any inventory sheet and my daughters belongings were gone.
In response to a review found on Chico Economy Towing I called them for a tow in Yankee Hill. One individual claimed glowing service and fast response time. Im here in rebuttal to that, apparently they pick and choose who to help and who they leave stranded.
They refused service and they wouldn'nt even give me a fair quote to compare to the one company that was willing to help...STARS AND STRIPES TOWING OUT OF OROVILLE. Now that's a company out to help instead of hinder.
1:30am I was stuck at the bridge going to Hamilton. City, the dispatch came back on the line telling me, the guy DOESN'T want to get up.& he doesn't have a flatbed available. This tow company has 2 flatbeds.
The WORST service from anyone EVER!!!
We placed a call at 11:00 AM to our insurance for a tow for our stranded car. We were told it would be 90 minutes. After several hours the guy says he's at the car (we were not); he was supposed to call us when he was on his way. Just when he finally gets our car on the truck, he receives an emergency call. He then lowers my car back off the truck and says he has to leave but will be back later. WHAT?!? Just as the previous review said, he left me for a better paying job! Hours later he says he's on his way back to our car. He never shows up after waiting 40 minutes!!! He said he had to get another car. Our car was finally delivered to our house at 11:00 PM!!! TWELVE HOURS LATER. He just kept saying it was a very busy day. Pathetic.
