Michael was great - stuck without the ability to shift the car into neutral (Prius). Great attitude about a situation no one likes to be in and was very hospitable. When back at home, he was able to use the tow bed like a surgical scalpel and coax the vehicle into the position it would need to be in with the skates. If you need a local tow, these are the guys I would call!
When I called they quickly dispatched Michael to give me a tow, he showed up in about 10 minutes. What a huge help! Got my vehicle and I where we needed to go promptly, whole thing couldn't have taken longer than 40 minutes. Excellent customer service, simple stress free process.
Had an appointment set for a saturday around noon but they took on another tow and pushed me back 3 hrs.the tow guy was very nice and professional so all in all everything worked out fine.
Great and friendly service. Lewis took good care of our car and we had a nice chat on the hour drive from Sutter Creek to El Dorado Hills. I hope I don't have another flat, but if I do I'll be calling Up Country Towing again.
