Unethical business practices, lousy customer service, junk parts. My company buys thousands of dollars in parts every month. Keystone is a last resort. They deliver a higher percentage of defective parts than other suppliers, make returns and credits difficult and charge 20% restocking fees on defective goods. We've gotten unexplained charges on our monthly statements for years. Keystone says they are late charges and they want them paid even when we provide proof of on-time payment or Keystone has neglected to process a credit.
My neighbor showed my husband this place. The prices are excellent and they do outstanding work. My husband Michael says that's his go to place now. Thank you
This place is horrible!!!!!!!!!! poor customer service and the parts are a poor fit. They never pick up the parts that need to be returned and the drivers have some of the worst attitude i have ever seen a business allow. You call the mangers and they could care less.
I drove here 2 times to pick up a fender and both of the times they gave me the wrong fender and when I asked to pick up a seetbelt they said it should be ready for pick up after going there they said they sent it back. This company doesent seem to care at all about their customers all they gave me in return was a sorry and a lot of wasted time on phones and driving not to mention the frustration. I will never go here again or do buisness with this unprofessional company.
Got an engine for a mazda 3 and paid $1750.00 for it. Engine had a rod noise it. now going in circles to get hold of the salesman and everyone is being rude and puts me on hold, been on hold for 15 minutes now. on the 5 phone call today. worst experience ever. Never will deal this this company ever again. 2 MONTHS LATER. I am still dealing with these guys they won't do a refund on the second bad engine. Have being calling
them for last 3 weeks now. Every time is a different person.

Bad customer service, purchased a used transmission for install for customer and paid for the core and tax because they need the old one back and my resale permit. Done that , but waited for months, with dozen of called for pick up the core, promise to pickup and refund but never!!!!! Told have to bring core back by myself, I owned a business also but this company not worth to do business with, liar liar all the time.
Horrible Customer Service, Rude and No one seems to know much around LKQ. Just a Horrible place to purchase anything, Period!! First and Last purchase and do not recommend this place at all.
Worst customer service, if you want to wait 2 weeks for your part go ahead and order from them. buy from your local auto wreckers not from this corporate giant
Man, I hate even giving this company one star. If I could give it negative stars, I would. Worst experience ever with this company!! They are extremely unprofessional. Rude customer service if you ever need to return something and they take forever. It takes about 20 different people to talk to and months to try to get a refund and you never get it. If you have friends and you like them tell them, recommend them to go elsewhere! If you want to screw your enemies, tell them to go to LKQ!!!
their used engines were not checked for compression test or leak down test before they sell them to you. i got 2 used v6 jetta with bad leak down test (more than50% leakage with one and 90% leakage with other)( imagine if i did not test and put it in and pull it out??) By the way, do not buy their LABOR WARRANTY because that is the scam. They will only warranty up to the cost of the part you bought if your labor cost more than the part . In other word, you will loose your few hundred dollar of purchase labor warranty just to get back the cost of the part you purchased.( they won't even tell you before you buy it until you got a problem). Not all, Don J wanted to charge me for restocking fee with the bad items i purchased. Talking about service, they are so rude and unprofessional
