nice people working there, but all of them looks Depressed! Their faces frozen ❄ even in summer time.

Although they did have at at a reasonable cost, my windows on car are not tinted and the replacement window i purchased was. I wasn't expecting tve road to have so many holes and broke an axle on my car pulling in and didn't realize until I was back onto Davis Street. There road need some dirt to fill in those pockets. But the guys were knowledgeable of their inventory and efficient. Both acknowledged my arrival even while assisting other customers and raking phone calls.

My transmission on my Ford truck was going out so I went to get a used one to replace it but to my luck only the reverse was working and how was I going to do an exchange if I had no working car

For second time a junk person named chris here waste my time without any apologize . On phone they said they have burgundy sonata but has alittle scratchy , come ! When I drove there 40 min I saw it’s silver with big damaged and they said we don’t have it here! Trump is right that this persons are making the nation decline

Needed some parts for my Toyota stopped by talked to Chris very helpful and very professional told him what I needed got the parts I needed and at a very good price need parts give Chris a call

I've known about Phelps for a long time. My dad, R.I.P., always went there. He took me there to find my first car to learn to drive in! Over 30 years ago!! WOW time flies!!! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they're kind of small, so you may not find the part you want or the car, but I suggest you give them a try first if you're in the neighborhood; it's quick, easy, and the staff are nice and knowledgable!!!

Best junkyard in the bay area, and most likely in California. The people working there are very knowledgeable and are always willing to go the extra mile for you. Even if they don't have the part you are looking for, they will help you find it. They have a wide variety of makes and models and you can find almost any parts from any cars from any years. I have seen parts from cars as old as 1960!! I can't recommend it enough, go there for your parts need, you will not be disapointed.

Always good. A little pricey, but they know what they're doing, and always try to steer u right. They helped me disassemble an alternator they sold me to show me how to replace a damaged clip.

This review is based on costumer service. The first time I came here I bought a set of wheels for my 1992 honda Accord which I couldn't find in any of my other local junk yard or shops. The part puller that helped me was very helpful and even went as far to driving me to their second lot to look for the wheels that I wasn't able to find in their main lot. I had a great experience. The second time that I came was for a seat belt for my 1997 Honda cr-v. Once again Rafael (the parts puller) was very helpful. However the short guy with glasses at the front desk (I believe he's the supervisor or manager) was very rude. I wanted to ask him some questions regarding their 3 month warranty. He was on the phone trying to make a sell on an engine. When he got off the phone I had questions regarding their warranty, I wanted to know if my part didn't fit if I would be able to exchange it and if they had other vehicles available to get the part from. However the guy wasn't really trying to help me. He seemed annoyed and pretty much just told me " hey, either you want the part or not " I ended up purchasing the seat belt and when I went to install it the seat belt did not retract. I ended up going back to exchange it for another one. Once again the parts puller was very helpful but the short guy with glasses at the front desk wasn't really trying to hear anything from me. When I went to install the seat belt it wasn't the exact fit which I believe could've been my fault for not paying attention to the part that I took. When I went back to see if they can exchange it the same short dude with glasses was there and gave me horrible costumer service and an attitude for going back to try and exchange my seat belt. I mean come on that's why they give you a warranty right???? Anyways they didn't have any more 97 honda crv's in their yard so they ended up giving me a refund. All in all I like this place. The workers that pull parts and even the other guys at the front desk are cool. Except for that short guy with the glasses, very disrespectful. I don't know how this person is the main guy at Phelps Auto Wreckers.

Good service ver friendly and have what you need thubs up

It's definitely a good place to buy used car parts. But getting there, you're going to have to be cautious & be able to maneuver your vehicle on that uneven rocky road.

Poorly ran, and doesn't let anyone in the lot where the junked cars are. Got a lot of mansplaining, where the men behind the counter looked & talked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about when I was asking for wheels.

These guys are the best near me have so much quality stuff and parts and it may look like a mess but man and they got the stuff you need
