Contacted Dave at this place looking for a very hard to find wheel for an ancient utility trailer. We were short on time to get it as we were only in town for a couple of days. He went out of his way to help us. He finally located one in SF, ordered it, and got to us before we had to leave town. Not many businesses left like this anymore, where someone actually cares about the customer.
Definitely recommend this establishment.
I was able to speak with Mr. mo on facebook messenger and he was able to give me a great price on a 2004-2009 catalytic converter. He was able to provide the specific part i needed for my vehicle. He quickly serve me and direct me right into the parts. He gave me options and i was pleased with my decision. I am happy that he gave such great service and i would highly recommend this place for people who are needing parts for their vehicle. High quality used parts
5 times I called them to know what’s radiator support price! Always they told will call you in hour! Took 4 days then they gave me higher price than new online price for their used one!
Most of these comments are FAKE. This place sold me a car for 1500$ and said it would last 2 YEARS. It only lasted 2 months before the engine failed on me. They turned off the check engine lights and fooled me into thinking it was a good car. And once I toed it back to them they looked at it for a week before the owner said (verbatim) “It’s not my fault you bought a bad car” so after the total 1650 I’ve spent with the car and new tags all for nothing. These people are liars. And I wouldn’t be surprised if they were ripping the insides apart while waiting for pick and pull to come get it. They guy tried saying he could pay me back for whatever pick and pull would pay to him. Which doesn’t make sense. And he said he was about to have it send to pick and pull without my consent. Luckily I stopped him before he sent it. Why would you do that!? Without asking ? SCAMMERS. I HOPE THIS BUSINESS ROTS. They know I was just in an accident too. And now I have to deal with this. HOW RUDE CAN YOU BE. I bet they steal catalytic converters too. ONCE AGAIN thanks for the worst business. I hope people see you for the scam artists you people are.
The workers are polite and knowledgeable auto professionals who are very prompt on whatever they're dealing with, whether in the yard or in the office.
This place does not want business I usually never take the time to leave anyone a bad review but this guy was just something else no matter how polite you try to be he becomes very confrontational and condescending there are many other yards you can call and i highly suggest you do so I hope this review helps him improve his manners and thinks twice before disrespecting his customers
I was pleasantly surprised that a small automotive recycling was located in Pleasanton. Dave took it upon himself to find me a liftgate from a PT Cruiser and found me one. Thanks Dave
I hit up Rock & Roll for pretty much anything one can think of. While they may not always have what I'm looking for they're always willing to help me try and track it down.
Prices and service are always on point and best of all they're located right here in the Tri-Valley.
Man i love these guys anytime i need something they have it and if they don't have it they find it usually next day. Bought a couple of doors for a 14 camry and they were perfect not a single ding or a scratch that we couldn't buff out highly recommended and their warranty is outstanding they stick with you until the job is done thanks again guys.

Everything I needed. I was in desperate need for a fuel pump for my 1999 Lexus so I did some local Googling and found Rock and Roll. I called they had it, customer service was fine, I came and picked it up, it was in good shape, saved me money, installed it and is working great :) Definitely checking with Rock and Roll any other time I'm in need for some parts.
