I called George for a lock out in Dublin, and The level of customer service he provided was the best I have received. My son was locked out of his car in Dublin and he promised to be there in 5 minutes. He got there in less than 4 minutes. He was very courteous, friendly and reassuring that my son will not wait too long. I recommend EZ towing to anyone in the Pleasanton/Dublin area. 5-stars isn’t enough to rate this business. I would like to share my experience with John this week when I was stranded at the bart station in the middle of the night One call to him and he was there in no time taking care of my car!! Great guy with a great attitude!! Ensured I was able to get home .. beyond grateful for his service!!
I would give them negative stars if I could! They came to change a tire and the guy they sent didn't even know how to access my spare tire. I got the tools out and showed him where he needed to loosen the bolt to lower the tire and he still couldn't do it. He said he didn't know how and he had never seen a tire stored like that. Both of our cars have the spare tires stored that way and they are made by different companies! This was a town and Country, so it wasn't a rare vehicle!
John, was there with his tow truck, on time and with his great service. We really appreciate his service. He towed us from Pleasanton to Santa Clara. Low cost and really friendly person.
