I had previously contacted another company, but they couldn’t tow the car because the breakdown location wasn’t quite standard. I would give them negative stars if I could! They came to change a tire and the guy they sent didn't even know how to access my spare tire. I got the tools out and showed him where he needed to loosen the bolt to lower the tire and he still couldn't do it. He said he didn't know how and he had never seen a tire stored like that. Both of our cars have the spare tires stored that way and they are made by different companies! This was a town and Country, so it wasn't a rare vehicle!
John, was there with his tow truck, on time and with his great service. We really appreciate his service. He towed us from Pleasanton to Santa Clara. Low cost and really friendly person.
