At first they didn't want the truck. Them they emailed me and said they would give me $255. Them once they realized it didn't have wheels and tires and it didn't run they didn't want it. But finally they text me and said nvm we will still pay you $255. You're truck was 2 hours behind schedule. But it all worked out.
I have a 2009 Infiniti FX35 with over 200,000 miles. Doesn’t hold any value and I’m purchasing a new car today. Just wanted to junk it. Nothing is wrong with the car I just need something I can commute with and an almost 20 year car with over 200,000 is not ideal. Just need to junk it. Explained it to the guy on the phone 3 times. The guy on the other end said you don’t have to yell why are you wanting to junk a car with nothing wrong with i said well you act like you don’t understand and he hung up in my face. Gave my car to Carmax for $2000 and called it a day.
I was nervous at first to sell my car to a company I never heard of and fount on the internet. I put in my car information and right away I started getting phone calls and text messages. I finally called back and talked to a very nice agent who explained to me how it works . Asked me questions about my car put me on hold for few minutes and came back with a quote and asked me when was a good time for them to pick my car up. We set the date and time, they texted and called to give me instructions on where to sign on my bill of sells and what to do when the tow truck got here and that they will be the ones handing me the check. I would recommend them to anybody.

I had a great experience selling my car. The phone call to the cashed check was two days. What I received for my car was fair. Could I have received more? Probably, but do I want to list it and go through all the headache of a private party sale...no thanks! Did I want to go to Carmax and sit in a lobby for an hour and Uber home? Nope.

This company was very good , they had a few requirements they needed , such as the title , I had to get rid of my car because I needed a new one , I had called other places prior before and they all offered little to low cash , but this company had given me an offer more than the other companys , and the gave me a time frame when they could come and get it and it was done, smooth transition 😂
They were very friendly and answered all my questions, and kept me posted on when they would be coming to pick up my car and any updates on what was going to be happening, I would definitely give them a call if I have any more cars I want to get rid of and I'll pass the word on to all my friends. Don’t do business with this organization, they will randomly cut your offer in half and try to make you sell your car for way less than it is worth, find a new buyer.
This Company is incredibly unorganized, they gave me an offer on my car which i accepted and scheduled a pickup for. Due to some title issues I had a to wait a couple weeks to be able to officially sell it. Once I got everything worked out, we scheduled a new pickup, but when confirming it they dropped my offer to half of what it was originally. They wouldn’t go back to what they originally promised me and tried to scam me into taking a pitiful offer. Very dishonest and unorganized.

Sold my 2001 Toyota Tacoma with just under 400k miles. After talking to other companies, they offered me the best price in the range I was looking for. Their driver showed up as scheduled. There was a problem with the driver not having certain documents for my signature but after a call it was resloved. The payment was by company check but it was hastily hand written (probably by the driver). Although there were no issues at my bank. Overall a good experience.
I contact their number to sell my old car. I got a response pretty quickly and from that point onward everything went fast and smoothly like clockwork. In a matter of a day or 2 my car was sold and removed by a nice guy. It was all simple, easy professional and reliable. Highly recommended.
