Needed a tow to a shop, so contacted geico. They connected me to this shop, with an eta of 10:05 (I requested around 8:30). Not ideal, but decided its fine. Said I would be contacted 10 minutes before arrival. No call came. Contacted geico for help, they tried contacting them with no answer, and then finally got one. Said it would take another 45 minutes. Im frustrated because no one from the company contacted me. So I wait. 45 minutes pass and no one calls and there's no tow. I call the shop, and I tell them who I am and they tell me its another 30 minutes. Im frustrated because NO ONE IS CONTACTING ME. I understand if things are busy and stuff happens, but have the decency to contact the people so they arent just waiting around! Super unprofessional. Had to contact geico for a different provider.
Called a tow through Geico, car wouldnt start. Asked the tow driver to try to jump it, he refused…didn't even try, said his equipment wouldn’t start my car. Then he took it to my apts and refused to put my car in my assigned parking space saying he would damage my car. Told me I needed to request a dolly with wheel lifts…wouldn't the tow company have known that by seeing the address? They came completely unprepared and told my insurance they dropped it where I requested…he dropped my car in the emergency lane at my apts and now my disabled car will be towed by the apts. dont ever hire this company, straight trash.
My insurance company contacted this company to come and give me a toe. My insurance company is explain to them. What was going on with my car meaning? I have two flats, one in the front and one in the back. The arrival time for this company was ten 10:44 am i had to contact this company. At 11 am to see where they were the lady on the phone told me, oh, we're running 20 minutes behind at 11:11am she calls me and tells me oh, your car needs a flatbed. My response was did my insurance company put that in the notes? Her response was yes, but we overlooked it. My response was, I already been waiting for you guys for 2 hours. Her response was, oh, I'm sorry. It's gonna be a whole additional hour because he's in Hayward, right now. How do you look over? And don't see that the car need a flatbed. as a towing company, isn't this? What you guys do read and see what type of towing. Vehicle a car would need she replied with. I'm just sorry. Do you want us to continue holding your spot for your toe? Or do you want us to cancel it? I told her to cancel it. I don't want to deal with your company.
I already been waiting for you for 2 hours. You want me to wait an additional hour on top of that? She didn't even cancel it. Because the driver called me and I would have been waiting hours for that tow. If I would have waited for this company, this is crazy. Horrible customer service
I give 4 stars because of your rude dispatch. She was horrible. Called to tell her my car is in bad location she said that's not her problem call 911. However Rob the guy towed my car I would give him 10 stars. He was wonderful. Very helpful extremely knowledgeable.
The United Towing driver (Noel) came right away and was incredibly friendly and helpful getting our vehicle home safely, and gave us extra assistance getting it dropped off in a tight spot where we needed it. Thanks so much!
Andre from United Towing was amazing! After all 4 of my wheels were stolen off my car and another towing company (Atlas towing, do not use them!!) wasn’t able to tow my car, Andre came out, towed my car, and was so kind/transparent. He took my stress away. 10/10 would recommend United Towing. United Towing- give this man a promotion!
While I didn't use their towing services, I had a positive experience dealing with them. The quality of customer service can provide a reliable indicator of the value of a business. And they were 5-stars in my book. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They also provided clear information about their services and made sure I was comfortable with the process.
Danny drove us 50 miles to our house in Petaluma from Oakland near his time of closing around 9PM. He was personable, professional, and knowledgable. We couldn’t thank him enough for helping us out! United Towing is the only tow truck company we’d recommend.
Cisco knows his stuff. Picked me and my car up and instead of dropping me off, single handedly solved my entire problem by guiding me through the pieces i needed to fix my oil. Unbelievable service

I had to call for roadside assistance, I was stuck in a very small extremely busy 7-11 parking lot due to my car not starting.
Trevon Birks was the driver that responded.
He knows how to work that flat bed.
He maneuvered that truck in that small parking lot like it was nothing, had me out of there in a matter of minutes.
His friendliness and smile helped ease the stress I was going through and I highly recommend him!

I want to thank Devin from United Towing for going above and beyond for me today. I have a steep hill and needed my SUV to be parked in my driveway. With creative thinking and extra hard work, Devin made sure to get it done. I was so relieved to have my car safely in the driveway so we can work on it. I must say this was a great experience for not the best circumstances (never great needing to tow your car). He arrived promptly and was communicative through the whole experience. Thank you again for all your help today.
I was very frustrated because I previously had an incompetent service tech from another company telling me he couldn't change my tired on my 2000 expedition because I didn't have the tool to lower my spared tired. It wasn't until he left that I had the idea to Google it and came to find out where it was stored. As soon the new tech came in he new where it was and what to do. He was helpful and knowledgeable.
United Towing was assigned by my insured and they were great! The guys that towed my car were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their dispatch department was also very communicative about their ETAs and quick to respond.
I called my car insurance for a tow service, the insurance ordered a company, which I waited for more than 1 hour and found out that the tow truck broke down. Called the insurance again and was told they have ordered another one. It was united Towing, I called them to ask if they can make it sooner, the person who answer the phone, sorry, can not remember his name, was very understanding, and told me he will ensure that a tow truck will pick up my car in 15 minutes. Sure enough, Hector arrived in 15 j

The most well dressed and polite tow truck driver just saved my butt! I was stranded with a broken ankle and he showed up on time will the most encouraging attitude and made the worst day of my life bearable. Then this well dressed gentleman with the cleanest shoes ever took great care of my car and my family. Thank you United Towing you guys are the best!!!
