I give 4 stars because of your rude dispatch. She was horrible. Called to tell her my car is in bad location she said that's not her problem call 911. However Rob the guy towed my car I would give him 10 stars. He was wonderful. Very helpful extremely knowledgeable.

Andre from United Towing was amazing! After all 4 of my wheels were stolen off my car and another towing company (Atlas towing, do not use them!!) wasn’t able to tow my car, Andre came out, towed my car, and was so kind/transparent. The most well dressed and polite tow truck driver just saved my butt! I was stranded with a broken ankle and he showed up on time will the most encouraging attitude and made the worst day of my life bearable.
