On time and great service. Aldo (I hope that was the driver's name) was able to put my car on the flatbed in just over 5 minutes, and in a packed parking lot to boot (I was especially worried it would take a while since my car is an EV)! And seeing as it was being delivered to my home, I even got a lift (First time in a tow truck! Weeee!).

I waited 4 hours for AAA to come and I'm a premier member with current membership. They never showed up at all. I called Mario's Towing, they came within 15 minutes with great customer service towed both of my cars and returned me back home in less than 1 hour. I was a great day. I will use their services and tell all my friends. Thank you so very much
