This Towing business is a scam I called multiple times for them to send a driver to tow my car and no one shows up after I asked multiple times about the ETA. Then they keep putting me on hold and keep me waiting for way too long then hang the phone up on me with no updates cant even get a straight answer to my questions never.
10-4 Tow Of Oakland was an absolutely amazing tow service to contact when my tire was busted and sitting on the rim. Natalia picked up the phone and was super nice and friendly. I asked about their pricing and she gave me an option. However, even when I could not meet the pricing for their towing service, she went out of her way to find a service adjusted to my budget, which is very accommodating.
The driver, even in the slightly tedious condition of towing on a slope, perfectly lifted my vehicle safely onto the truck. My car battery died shortly before this, and even then he came prepared and was courteous to jump my car on top of that!

I had an amazing experience with Jonathan at 10-4 Towing of Oakland. I originally called for a tow and was quoted a price that was unfortunately out of my budget. But the representative was super understanding and asked me what I could afford. Within seconds, they found a technician willing to work within my budget!
They let me know the wait time might be 60–90 minutes, which I was totally fine with but to my surprise, Jonathan called less than 10 minutes later and said he was already on the way and would be there in 15 minutes. He arrived quickly, was incredibly professional, and even went above and beyond by diagnosing what was wrong with my car on the spot.
Not only that he helped me park my car in a tight, narrow driveway like a pro.

Well I had and experience with my towing company AAA my car was stolen and was stuck between a tree and a lady's gate.. and my towing service said they couldn't do it leveling me to call 10-4 towing Jim was my tow truck driver he was nice and went over how he would pull my car out. once he pulled my car out everything was smooth. the cost was kinda high $375 but it was well worth it. Thanks again 10-4
James helped when he was off the clock which was very appreciative because it was midnight and he was off clock and helped me fix my car on a rainy day
When my recently stolen car was recovered by the police, Jackson towed my car back home even though it was stuck in park. Courteous, friendly, and professional.
It's been 3 times I had run out of my gas while I was on the road. The driver Jonathan was there after 30 min which was unexpected buy he was super fast efficient and professional in his job. It's great know in east bay there are someone who is just one call away from you.

I have a Mini Cooper S and he knew the details of the car and how to tow it properly to avoid any damage. Brought straight to the repair place, and I was out in no time. The service was very fast and efficient. From the time that I called, to pick up and deliver to my home from the repair shop, I wanna say within the hour. He was at my house before I could finish walking my dog.

10-4 Tow made an always-tough situation better, towing my car from the Berkeley hills to a shop in uptown Oakland. Guy, the tow truck driver, was communicative and went out of his way to be helpful with logistics. Confirmation photo text when my car made it to the shop was also nice. They were also more affordable than the (admittedly only one) other shop I reached out to this morning. 10-4, 10/10, would tow again.
