  Thanks to Family Towing for picking us up on Christmas Eve we had a flat and needed to get to the airport Phil from family Towing responded hooked up our car and stored it for 2 day we pick up our car and he had the tire fixed when we go to his office we called several companies who did not answer these guys saved us from missing our flight thanks Family Towing for the awesome service and professionalism.

  This place illegally towed my car and then had the nerve to tell me he came inside the business and asked who car it was construction told them I was at the place of business the parking lot belong to they told me I still had to pay due to the fact they took it to the yard these guys are scammer and get payed of of tows that are illegal

  This guy towed me from a private parking lot behind business we were at. The signs are not clear but I was told by the business it was ok. I got there in about 10 to 20 min later, before he pulled out of the spot and he told me to wait for him to pull completely out of the spot in order to charge a $260 drop fee. We pleaded for it to be lowered and he wouldn’t budge telling us he could have just kept it on and charged the whole $380 tow fee on his yard. I looked his business up and this is just business as usual with this guy. He marked on the receipt that this was impound in transit when it wasn’t. When I called to tell him what he did was a trick and illegal he said, “take me to small claims court”.

  My F150 broke down right by the 105th exit on 580 at 9pm. They were able to tow me at 945pm and take a look at it at their shop. They quoted me a good price for a new alternator and had it fixed the next day/same price. They really got me out of a bad situation, would recommend.

  They towed my car when i loaned it out. Then sold it without notification that it had been towed. I got a parking ticket where they parked across the street from their business

  Erroneously parked in a private lot, as it was NOT marked/no signage & have parked there multiple times in the past months. I come back to my truck gone, no answer at the telephone number listed, I Google & find address to which I quickly get a ride to.... only to come to a CLOSED business, locked doors (*despite sign that says "open 9a to 5p"). I'm walking/looking & my car isn't even here! Still no answer! So I call OPD and that's when I get a text saying "380 cash to get my car before 5p OR 460 after 5p" --- I respond, I'm HERE!!! Needless to say, my truck showed up 25 mins AFTER me, minimal conversation, no explanation. Suggest they hire someone to cover phones at the very least.

  This place towed my vehicle and illegally sold it to another person without following the law. Now this person is driving around without changing the license plate. Mr Hunt did nothing resolve the issue after I received $2,000 in fines for whom Mr. Hunt sold the vehicle too. Do not trust this company. Any company who does this is outright wrong.
