EB Towing, for me showed up when it mattered most. The driver was real Smooth got me in and out. You could tell they take pride and really care for their customers. This company for me has been reassuring presence in a very otherwise stressful situation. 5 stars!

I got stranded on the freeway late at night, and route right Towing was the only company out of 4 that I called that answered quickly and actually showed up on time. The driver was courteous, professional, and even gave some good advice about what might’ve gone wrong with my car. Reliable and reasonably priced, I’m definitely keeping their number saved.

The process came with quick and ease. In the past I had engine trouble and a lot of heartache finally the car gave out one day and EB Towing was there to save me. Luckily I work multiple jobs to afford car repairs and a tow.
I was having transmission issues and needed to get my car towed, the price was better than I had expected and they also got there quicker than I had expected, it was a great experience for having to tow my car.
I couldn't get my keys to turn in my ignition and was going to have EB Towing take it to the repair shop but when they got here they took at my car and determined the ignition needed to be replaced, they replaced it for me and everything is working perfectly!! Thank you guys so much!
Requested tow at 11. Said 90minutes for driver to get there. 12:47. Call no answer. Call again at 1pm. Said wait 20minutes. At 1:50pm got call back from driver said he's 10minutes out. Excellent service provide. ETA dont know. Phone serivce: dont pick up.
I had a blowout after running over something unseen, my AAA had expired unexpectedly. I wanted my car back to Porsche for new tires. Better than AAA they will tow my car with no key, or being present. I had Uber home. What a relief. My agent who answered this call knew exactly everything before I asked. The paperwork was easy. The car was delivered and a photo sent. A bargin! If you need a tow, and you don't use them, don't blame me
I drove a U-Haul from Portland to Oakland to drop my son off college. I have no experience ever driving a vehicle behind my truck. When i reached the hotel, the entry was sized for a car and the ladies in front desk said I have to come through that little one. I forgot to turn wide and stopped just before knocking off their ticket vending system. I was scared and exhausted after a 14 hr drive. Called 3 companies, and only EB called me right back in 5 mins. They send mosses to the rescue. He was a godsend. He didn't understand why we called him, since he saw nothing wrong LOL. I told him i need this parked inside the parking lot, and also help remove my vehicle from the vehicle carrier. He was very experienced and completed literally no more than 30-45m. Then he parked the truck and trailer along the side and gave the keys back. So i don't have to backup and struggle the next morning. I could not thank EB and mosses for the timely help. I joke saying he came and split the ocean and let the truck and car through!!! I would recommend EB to anyone without a blink.
I highly recommend this towing company, despite the fact that there was a scheduling mixup for my tow. After everything got straightened out, the technician was timely, courteous, professional, and very efficient. My appointment was at 10:00 a.m., he arrived at 10:07, and he had my Jeep loaded and on the road at 10:35. Customer service personnel were very pleasant and helpful. Excellent experience!
Fast, friendly service. My roadside assistance failed me, but this place came thru. No hidden fees, and friendly service. Thank you again. I hope I never need to call you again,but if I do get put in a position for help, this is the first and only place I'm calling.
Triple A would not tow my truck because of a blanket clause Being my truck being lifted 6". So I called an outside company EB Towing. My truck was towed from a shop to my house Great service Very polite showed up on time when I was stressed out I recommend this company
Tow was timely and reasonably priced. No issues with the service.
However they have berated me with text messages ever since using them, asking to post a review and receive a $10 Amazon gift card. There is no way to opt out of the messages and the number they text from doesn't receive calls back. This is very annoying and I would like them to stop, hence this review.
This is by far the worst company. I locked my keys out of my car along with my wallet inside. I called this company to see if they can unlock my car. I’m not sure who I got on the phone with but it was a woman. She said the service was going to be $140 dollars which was fine with me. She said it would take around 40mins for someone to come out. She said to call back if I needed to cancel and it would be a $50 cancellation fee. I called back to let her know that we no longer needed the help. She had an attitude and hung up in my face. When I tried to call back I was immediately put on hold. 30 minutes later the tow company shows up and says that they were never notified about me calling to cancel.
Service provider was professional, speedy, and made the overall experience painless. $155 did seem a little pricy but then again I have no base idea of what the cost should be for a car towed a few miles, that being said I would still rate the company a 4.5 out 5 stars overall for their professionalism and sincere care of their customers experience.
Car died on the side of the road and had to find a tow. The tow truck came at the expected time of around ~45 mins. The driver professionally picked up and dropped off my car, even helped me out it into a parking spot. My tow was relatively short so I didn’t mind the price, but can be pricy for longer tows. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and will use again.
Called for lock out service in a very time sensitive moment. Waited 2 hours for the very kind driver to show up with ticket for a tow truck and no lock out tools. He left and said he would be back in 15 minutes. Waited another 20, called and checked in- was told there would be another 40 minute wait. The technician was very sweet and also unfortunately not wearing a mask. I cancelled my service and called another business to help me.
Guy was a Nice driving he came to pick me up in Richmond Ca. For my sons birthday when my tire was flat. He also gave me a ride to the tire shop even tho COVID-19 is at its highest in Ca. I am thankful for his good service. But timing could have been better waited a little over 1 hr.
James came out today. He was the fourth tow truck driver in 3 days to try to move my classic car. He was the only one who brought the proper truck and tools. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend him.
Outstanding Service. These guys are serious professionals. First of all my service rep Guy was EXCELLENT. Prompt. Knowledgable, a Critical Thinker and Thorough. This service far surpasses any tow truck experience I have ever had. Including those premium pay services. I wont be using anything else should the need arise in the future. Truly Exceptional Service.
Used their service because of their ‘good’ ratings. But definitely had poor experience. Was told the price range would be $100-$134. Max. $134. Driver came 40 mins after the call which was good. But after a 20 min drive and the driver dropped off my car was asked to make payment. Gave him the card and payment went through. He didn’t tell me that the charges would be different than agreed. After payment went through I asked how much? He said $250 as I immediately got the mobile receipt and realized I got charged $250. Totally dishonest. The guy who picked up the phone was nice. Not sure if it was just the driver who was dishonest. I would NOT recommend.
Nicole was so great her customer service was awesome she was professional the whole time and very helpful to me and my family that was stuck in Walnut Creek. We needed a tow back to El Cerrito the tow man was great as well full of energy it honestly uplifted my spirits because who wants to be stuck dealing with that scenario and then deal with a rude bisness. This place made my mood change drastically and made me fell so much better in my predicament I recommend anyone to them and on top of it they are fast and willing to help there customers.. great people.
Guy from EB Towing was nothing short of amazing! He had to get my car out of a garage in a really tight spot, and he did it effortlessly. Unfortunately my insurance people didn't tell him the car was in a garage or that I couldn't get it out of park, however, he had the car up on this truck and out of my garage quickly. Amazing and would definitely recommend these guys. I'm keeping them on my list to call again if I ever need them. Hopefully I won't though! Thanks, GUY!!!
