Had to get rid of my broken down Audi and these guys were super helpful! All their staff from scheduling to the dispatcher and the driver who picked up the car, were so courteous and kind. I had an emergency come up so I had to reschedule the pick up and they were very quick to reschedule it for me. When the driver Larry arrived he was helpful, explained the whole process, and was generally just such a nice person! He went above and beyond for me and I will never for get him for it! This company made me believe that there are still places out there than respect and treat their customers well! I recommend them for your future needs; I will certainly use them again in the future!

0/5. Would strongly recommend against using this business. I thought the reviews here were overly critical, but my experience was the same as the poor reviews on here (and some aspects were even worse): 1) The driver arrived to pick up my car 4 hrs later than the quoted time. I'm not sure if this is an issue with Planet Auto Wholesale giving incorrect estimates or what the case may be. Maybe they did not give the driver enough time/he was overloaded with pickups. 2) They requested an essentially *blank* vehicle title, with only my signature in the sellers box (i.e. no information on the buyer). When I asked for their Dealer License # to give to the DMV (so CA DMV would know that I no longer own the car), the support person on the phone said the driver would have it, and when the driver arrived he actually had no knowledge of the DL# or anything like that. *** This means that they could purchase my car, transfer the title to someone (whose information I would not have) and if that person were to get tickets, get the car impounded, etc. the CA DMV may or may not have been notified that I no longer owned the car. This means I would have to (in good faith) hand over a blank title, trusting that they would not resale the car without notifying the CA DMV on my behalf. ******* BOTTOM LINE: when someone asks you to sign a title and then hand it to them with the rest of the info blank -- do not do that unless you have the full contact info of the buyer or the Dealership's "Dealer License." Otherwise, YOUR NAME will be on the hook for whatever happens to the car.
