Mike - the owner - was incredibly helpful and patient in helping me find the exact part I needed for my car. He cross-referenced model numbers, sent pictures, and went above and beyond to ensure I saved both time and money. When I arrived at the shop, my part was ready for pickup, and the entire staff was respectful, efficient, and friendly.
Bonus: There was even a super cute shop dog who greeted me at the counter! Thanks to Mike and the team, I was in and out quickly and ready to pass CA emissions with no hassle.
Highly recommend—these guys are awesome!

Junkey, fake seller. He told me on phone the fender is perfect condition , 3 times I asked him to send picture, he said our computer has issue , will send , but never sent the fender pictures, he proof come as soon as possible , it’s holiday and we close soon , I drove from Sacramento. He gave me a fender with big scratches!!! And when I blame him, he said we can return your money! Even no one didnot teach them to say excuse . Other customer there was blaming for other part.
Thought I had made a great buy on 4 Tesla Rims/Tires from Micheal P. They were packaged and shipped nicely ($200), but 3 of the 4 rims were bent and 2 of the four tires had side wall bubbles. New tires are each $398 and rim repairs $200 each. Not a happy customer
Very good customer care. He tried so hard to help me to find the part that I was looking for that and he founded. He saved more than $500 for me. I had good experience before. He also, gave me his personal cell phone number to send him photo of part to make sure that’s a right part. I will come back for sure to buy more parts .
Had a great experience here! I live in Southern California and was going to be in the bay area so my sister sent me with a core, that apparently was 9 months old. Most places wouldn't honor this. They were cool about it considering I drove an hour to get there and the reason it hadn't been returned before was because we live 7 hours away! Very cool staff cool shop cool fish thanks for the help gentlemen.
I just spoke with Rich at Cypress looking for a bumper. His customer service goes above and beyond! He didn’t have what I was looking for in stock. But asked me more about my cars needs. He helped find places that had what I needed, spending his time to refer me to 3 other places locally to get the job done. A kind person wanting to do right by his customers. And I wasn’t even able to be a customer in the end. But based off of the way he treated me I would trust going to him in the future, so I wanted to write a great review in lieu of my business. terrible and bad customer service, the phone is answered by a really rude person, with no education, if he doesn't like to bring information of his service, products or his business he can close it or they can hire another person who wants to help the customers. Check how many bad reviews that business has for that person, he es extremely rude, if for example you ask to repeat something, he starts to say"ohhh my God". There are many good places around the area where you can buy your parts, but please don't buy here.
Great place for car & truck parts. If they don't have it, they will find it for you. Nick and Family are wonderful people to do business with. Keep up the great service.
This is the worst place. They accepted the order and agreed on the time, but after I spent two hours on the road, the order wasn’t ready—terrible service. Don’t waste your time.
I bought a rear axle assembly from cypress auto about one month ago. I was told over the phone by Mike Percey himself (owner) that he would take the cover off of the axle to inspect the internals for potential damage. Long story short this was not done like we agreed upon and I only noticed the damage after installing it in my jeep Cherokee. It had extremely severe bearing damage resulting in it being totally unsafe to drive. I personally opened the axle to inspect the internals and found the gear oil was full of shards of metal from the damaged bearings.
I got in touch with Mike and told him the frustrating situation I was in and about the agreement we had about inspecting before selling. I requested compensation for the damage. He blamed it on his supplier and later said that it was also my fault that I didn’t check the axle before buying it. He has been dodging my calls since then.

These guys are SO incredibly helpful and nice. I am one of the many people who Covid had me lose my place and I am moving into a van. The van I bought needed a new hood and door and a few other things. I have never had to deal with anything like any of this before, and I greatly appreciate how helpful they are, and they treated me with kindness and dignity even though i know absolutely nothing and am learning as i go. They also have great prices. 2 thumbs up, 5 stars, and every other way possible of saying this is an awesome business!
A hidden gem for folks like me with an older model vehicle. Cheaper to get a salvage part than brand new, especially if it's body panels or other non-mechanical pieces.
Had a great experience with The staff they have great customer service(nick) and they actually keep their word even though the parts I got didn’t work for my vehicle they gave me my money back and told me that hopefully everything goes well for me. WAY BETTER THAN PICK-N-pull they take off the part before you get there satisfied
This place cypress auto and bad customer service I’ve been buying parts from here from 2008 I don’t feel like to go this place any more we own the shop I was stuck on traffic just I arrived at 505 pm and I did called but the guy on desk he simply denied to give service it was just waste my run to give some one business who don’t really care guys don’t trust guys after I walked out they where still open another 20 minutes they could just remove wheels and sell it to us some times people would understand when customer trying to give a business they would be treated respectfully because we not asking things for free we are paying for the stuff they show there attitude they thing they can tell any one to f’ off day his kind off workers don’t success in life. Hahahahaha ho just look at the needle on the clock
Was told I was "whining" but the owner when I asked for a call back for clarification on a price. Has to speak with 2 counter people before that, that couldn't get their information straight. Poor communication, poor customer service, and down right poor management. Will definitely go elsewhere to spend my money.
10X better than pick n pull and priced similarly. They inventory all parts online and bring the parts up to the register for you. The girl Sheyenne at the front is really nice and helpful.
Absolutely under no circumstances should these people be trusted. After our car broke down and had to be towed, our car wound up in the hands of these dishonest thieves who went through and took whatever they wanted of our possessions despite being told that we would be coming to pick up our things. Everything from personal documents to clothing and electronics was taken by the staff at this place and when confronted about it we were given nothing more than a shoulder shrug. Do not do business with these people! They will rip you off and lie to your face!
I called 10 shops and this one was the best in customer service... Mike was very helpful with the utmost diligence in helping me find what I needed. I would highly recommend this place for your auto part needs!
The online quote system doesn't seem to garner response, but definitely give them a PHONE CALL and they will set you up. I searched online on their parts lookup system to verify they would have the part I was looking for, a rear passenger window to a 2012 Suzuki SX4. SX4 are hard to source parts like this for since Suzuki left the US market in 2013. Aftermarket support through the usual supply channels for the glass shops has dried up.
Cypress was very courteous on the phone. They verified the part was in stock and pulled it and prepped it for pickup without requiring a down payment or payment. They called like they said they would to let me know the actual part was ready for pickup. They DO deliver to shops within 40 miles, but the shop we're working with to do the window replacement work told my wife (its her car) that they would not accept deliveries. This is weird to Cypress and myself, but ok - they are local so we went to get the window ourselves.
The shop staff was friendly and was aware of our part being pulled. The shop dog is the friendliest lab that has spot between the counters, and he loves pets! :D
This was a pleasant experience, and the window was inexpensive compared to other sources like Ebay with Chinese aftermarket glass available. The window is in GREAT shape. Sure it was dusty from being stored in a warehouse, but it cleaned up easily.
This is much better than having to crawl around a U-pull on your own with your tools trying to extract the proper parts, or even locating the desired vehicle, etc. I'll gladly do business with them again.
This place answer your call quick, wants to take your money quick, also lies and will cheat you on the part price and conducting business.
Save yourself the hassle and look at other options, the owner is extremely rude and disrespectful.
These are great people to deal with. Blocks and blocks of cars and parts. Very helpful and if they have it you are out of there fast. Cheyenne is great on the phone and very knowledgeable. Thank you!
The staff is very helpful, friendly fast and efficient. I needed a part which Unfortunately they didn't have but were quick to guide me in the direction of the people that had the part.
They had an extremely hard and rare part to find and was able to service me quickly and efficiently with exactly what I wanted at almost 90% off what I would have paid from the dealer
