I was stuck on the side of the freeway with cars flying by. Geico sent All Above Towing, and they kept delaying me almost more then 2 hours I felt unsafe waiting that long. This is not acceptable and Geico should not be using these companies.
I had a terrible experience with Geico roadside because of the towing companies they use. First, I was assigned All Above Towing, who texted me saying the driver would be there in one hour. After I waited, they texted again saying it would be another 35 minutes but no one showed. Finally, a driver from Towing Time (Fremont, CA) called and said he was 35 minutes away, and he eventually came.
This whole process was unprofessional, confusing, and left me stranded for way too long. All Above Towing wasted my time with false updates, and Towing Time showed up very late. I even called Geico and told them directly they should not be working with these companies. Completely unacceptable service.
All Above Towing does what's best for its customers. Recently my car would not start, and my insurance company arranged for All Above Towing to tow my car to the mechanic. Upon his arrival and hearing that the car would not start, the All Above driver first checked to see if the problem could be caused by a drained battery. And he was right! He jump-started my car, and everything was fine afterwards. I am so grateful that the driver was smart and put customer's interest first! I would highly recommend All Above Towing to anyone who needs a towing service.
My car broker and unable to move at all. Called other tow company to do the service, however it’s failed as the drive way was so narrow and my car could not move and was parked in my garage. It stuck. Thank God! Abdul was sent to tow from this company , within minutes, he had my car drove from my garage, towed and drove to the service center. Abdul was Excellent! Experience in cars! He did a perfect job! Recommend for his service.
Jaweed is the best tow truck driver and they helped me get my car towed 100+ miles for the best price EVER !!!! I highly recommend to use them and if you don’t then you are really missing out !!
Got a battery changed less than 13 months ago. Battery went dead under warranty coverage. Been trying to call them for weeks and no one picks up the phone
There driver they sent out was not knowledgeable. He ask me where should he hook up the hooks to pull my vehicle up.. and he took off some plugs left it on the floor and not out it back from where he took them off.. would not recommend
All Above Towing helped out tremendously when I unexpectedly popped a tire on the highway and had to get to the airport super quick for a flight. I was nervous to leave the car unattended but they got there so quick, and let me know that they had it, I didn't have to worry anymore. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!
Absolutely horrible experience with this tow company. Lied to me twice about when they would arrive, had me waiting for nearly 2 hours in a very dangerous area with a 100k car. Damn near happy I’m still alive. Surprised these people are still in business.
These guys should lose their business license, he almost broke the axle on my car and then said the damage was before he hooked up to my car. Sad day for the beginning of 2025, at least my insurance company agrees with me
very unprofessional unreliable and unbelivable. my car got stuck somewhere and i need a roadside service. and this towing company said its one hour, then after one hour i called them again and they said another hour. and i called my insurance company and they gave me another service provider. and the dispatcher of this towing company is unprofesional and Rude if i can just give them negative 1 star i would. i promise you this all above towing i will spread the word to every friends and families next time they needed a roadside service they will tell their insurance not to give them all above towing. because you know why? you dont deserve to get a service and your bussines name should be All Below Towing. you are unprofesionall unreliable and unbelievable. your damn no good in bussiness.
Do NOT use this company. The worst towing service I ever have, I waited for more than 4 hours for the driver. They couldn’t find any drivers to help me at that time, I called them couple times, they kept telling me the fake ETA. Don’t recommend to anyone, unless you want to wait for 4hours.
Came 5 minutes late then decides to wait 5 minutes then leaves when before I get vehicle outside. Avoid this low end tow service as they were contracted by my insurer for some reason.
My car was broken into yesterday and the tow truck person was so helpful. I wasn't quite thinking straight due to the sudden stress and he went out of his way to sort some things out with me.
I highly recommend this place and thank them for their kindness yesterday.

One of worst service provider in Bay Area. I had worst experience while for getting services from so called All Above. Actually name should be All Down services. Ajay dispatcher of this service is big liar. I was waiting for an hour, earlier he told me that tow track came at my place, when I checked in outside home cameras recording, no one show up. I called and Ajay changed the statement that truck came near by my place and in front of home. Never show up after waiting and calling for more than hour.
Nov 16,2022 I called OnStart towing services. They send this towing company and the guy they send seem like he was new or didn’t have that much experience. He was having trouble getting my vehicle off the towing truck. He keep on trying to lower it and then the exhaust pipes and back bumper would be scraping the ground. He would rewired it and bring it back to the towing truck. He keep on doing this for a very long time. The car is tilted the rear end is touching the ground and the front of the car is a few feet off the ground. He decides to put the rollers on the tires in the ground and he jacks up the front when the front is on the top of the towing truck. That led to my vehicle start rolling and he started running to the back and trying to stop it with his body. The front of the car went to the edge raising the bumper and it broke. You could hear when the bumper broke. I told the guy and he said he didn’t hear anything.
That’s why I’m giving a one start. It’s been a long day with the car problems and he tells me that it was already like that.
These guys were awesome. Showed up right on time when my daughter was stuck in Fremont at work in my vehicle. They got in quickly and fixed the battery cable on the car that ended up being the cause of the issue. I highly recommend! Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter!

They came to drop off an neighbor's car, then apparently the driver offered to move the guys other car for $50 but after 15min of not being able to pull the car onto the flat-bed he got frustrated and abandoned it, blocking us in while we were waiting for them to finish.
Went up to the driver saying he can't leave the car there, that we're trying to leave, said it was not his problem and that he has other things to do. So I called his office they said they couldn't do anything about it because he was there to do a different job and wasn't supposed to he doing any side business.
I called these guys, I thought I needed a tow but it turned out I only need a jump. They initially charged me $315 for the tow, the operator guy told me he would only refund me $115.00. He told me right there and then that he had initiated my refund and that I should expect and email confirmation shortly.
I have been waiting for my refund of $115.00 since February 3rd. Every time I called, the same operator guy would tell me my refund has been initiated and that I should wait 3-4 days. He refuses to email me a receipt or give me a confirmation number of my refund being initiated. And that was despite my repeated request for some form of confirmation other than simply taking his word. It has been 7 days now and I have neither received my refund nor any other form of confirmation.
I called him 4 days later, after haven’t received any confirmation email or refund into my bank account, he reassured me my refund has been initiated and that he would look into it, then contact his Boss, and then call me back in 3-minutes.
3 days past and I did not hear or received anything from him. When I called him again today, he hung up on me. I called him again, he said he needs to hang up to talk to his Boss again. He called me back 3-minutes later and told me he just initiated the refund and I should be expecting an email confirmation. He still refused to email me a receipt or give me a confirmation number of my refund being initiated. He insisted I should just take his word and he refused to hear me when I said I can no longer rely on his words.
At this point I feel like I am being scammed. I still have not received my $115.00 refund. I am not sure who the Boss is that this operator guy keeps referring to, but I need help.
MR These guys were expected to come in 30 minutes but came in only 10. I was locked out of my car.. but They did the job as expected and they’re really nice people. They helped me go through my day as painless as possible, strongly recommend their services as they not only help you get into your locked car but other services as well.
