Incredibly rude, incompetent, and lazy staff. Unreliable is the lowest of the low worst communication on planet earth. Take forever and a day to service and give any and every excuse as to why they can`t send someone out.
Only had a small interaction to release my car to my insurance company, but the woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful with filling everything out. I was concussion in the accident, so her help and understanding was greatly appreciated.

Allen’s Towing and Recovery in Pacifica is the bad one
Currently I've been waiting for a tow for 17 hours. They stopped updating me on my tow time around 6 pm last night (it's now almost 10 am the next day) and they started ignoring my phone calls last night around 8 pm, four hours after I first called them. Zero chance I'll recommend them to anyone. Choose safety - call a different company.
Looking place to have your 6.0 Powerstroke repaired, this is the place. Technicians are knowledgeable , honest and fair. They installed BPD egr and oil cooler several years ago. Truck has run great since. Recently needed a new FICM, they diagnosis it and installed a new one provide details and updated to the repair. My experience has always been positive with this shop, I have other choices in the Trivalley for diesel repair, but go out of my way to have them work on my truck.
These rates are astronomical for retrieving a towed vehicle! If you are short $7 don’t fret, they have three bathrooms you can clean to cover the difference! Great candy bowl on their counter, I suggest you take advantage of it.
This company cannot afford private parking for their trucks. They park these big commercial trucks in our neighbors - unsightly and dangerous. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY
My starter went outand the AAA tow truck driver recommended this shop and im not disappointed.they were really friendly and prices were about average with other shops. They got the work done quick on my car and kept me updated with the whole process and even gave me a ride to the rental car place across town

HORRIBLE...waited over 1 hour for a tow ...when they arrived, they brought a regular tow truck when a flatbed was ordered...then just laughed and left....this is the second time this company has promised to bring a flatbed tow truck ...waited over 1 hour each time...the first time the flatbed truck already had a car on the flatbed ...REALLY??? why even show up....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
