Gave an ETA of 10am. Arrived 40 minutes early @ 9:20 so I missed them. Rescheduled with an 11:30 ETA. Never showed or called. Extremely poor communication.
Bobbi and her guys Jacob and Louis came to my wife’s rescue while I was in Denver. I have never been treated so great from any service in my life. The shift linkage cable disconnected on a Silverado while my wife was at the gas station. I called and Bobbi sent her guys out and they were there in a heartbeat. Tried to fix it right there on the spot, needed something to reconnect it, towed the truck back to their shop, patched it up so she could drive it again and let’s just say, they didn’t charge us a damn thing. The thoughtfulness, kindness and genuinely Godly action that these people gave us was absolutely amazing. I love these folks for how they treated my wife. I am just blown away at how good we were treated. These people are genuinely good people. Do not hesitate to reach out to them if you need towing service. I’m telling you, they are the kindest people you will ever meet. Thank you, folks. You gained a friend and lifelong loyalist from our experience with you. God bless you guys.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Bobbie was so kind and helpful in a moment of stress and chaos. I was saved from being stranded with a toddler! She sent over Jacob who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He moved all his personal items to accommodate my toddlers car seat! We were towed to their yard where they quickly fixed our problem. Should anything arise we will absolutely be calling them again. Thank you guys so much!

Horrible service. Guy missed me on the side of the freeway (obvious location) - was charged $630. It should have only taken an hour total. They bill @ $315/hr and decided because they missed me and had to turn around, that was billable for 2hrs. 10/10 would not recommend. Have fun if you decide to use them.
David helped me unlock my vehicle, exceptional service. He went above and beyond, very kind and gave me tips for the future regarding my battery. He didn’t have to do that. Best experience I’ve ever had with a towing company. Thank you!!!

Bobbie was incredibly helpful from the start—she kept in touch and constantly updated me on the ETA. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly.
John was beyond fantastic. He’s not only knowledgeable and clearly knows what he’s talking about, but also went above and beyond to take care of my car. He was so warm, funny, and just a great person to deal with. I could tell he really cared and took pride in his work.

Mrs Bobbi was exceptionally well written and well spoken very knowledgeable about my vehicle and assured me that she would take care of my unfortunate situation she was very professional and helpful and pro active even though Geico requested I stay with my vehicle she allowed me to leave the keys and she personally gave me updates from her private number and also had the driver call upon pick up and delivery of my vehicle. I will continue to work with United of Livermore and request them always
Noah, from United Trucking was great! Because my dead battery was in the back corner of my Prius and my trunk latch is broken he had to crawl in from the side door to replace the battery making it a lot more arduous to get the job done. He was very thorough & professional. Grateful to have my car up & running again!
Noel was professional and friendly. I asked him if he could check on a couple of things before towing my vehicle to the mechanic and he helped me out, even providing pictures of the undercarriage. Would definitely recommend!

This is a review for Noel specifically. He was amazingly kind and helpful and smart and efficient- I am totally grateful to him, he saved me and relieved my stress about my car situation as well.
I had a flat tire on highway, 280 when I was driving at high speed in the left lane. I drove on it for a bit before I realized it and completely shredded the tire. I pulled over to the right shoulder, but it was a terrible place to wait. Noel came and saved the situation. He was super efficient and figured out how We could use the situation to get towed to a tire center so that I could Solve my breakdown and move on as quickly as possible. Once we had a
plan, he told me to go ahead in my boyfriend’s car so that I could start buying the tire while he made his way there. He was so kind and I was such a basket case and I felt 1000 times better because he saved the day
Quad was really friendly and had super good service . He sent me an ETA and showed up right on time. He also towed my vehicle with ease and was very careful not to damage anything. Not only was the service amazing but he is also fun to chat with. Thank you Quad!
Noel and Jimmy were excellent. They called agreed to confirm details of my situation and my location and provided an accurate ETA and ensured I had an EV that required a flatbed. Loaded my vehicle quickly and drove me safely to my car dealership. Came in with me to confirm where the dealership wanted the car to be placed and to make sure I didn’t have further questions or concerns. Profession and courteous and excellent service.
Noel was great. The car that needed to be towed hadn’t been moved in over 20 years. He handled everything with ease—inflated tires when my mom forgot the car keys and needed it run back, helped get it in neutral even though the stick shift was stuck, and figured out how to get it stored in the backyard of the new location as it had over a 60 degree slopes driveway.
My smart car broke down today on Christmas eve? And Noel my roadside tow truck driver was my garden angel? He showed up a little before the time? That he told me. Noel helped with towing my Porsche. Very nice and professional individual. Was able to tow my car with no issues and no damages while loading and unloading the lower than usual car.
Can’t say enough good things about this service. Noel was professional, courteous, and an excellent communicator. He called me to verify my position, and even coached me through how to send my position from my phone, since I was stuck between exits on a busy highway that I don’t often travel. He was punctual, guided me through the towing process, and helped me with after-hours procedures at the auto shop, which was also new to me. Super grateful for the amazing help!
I had a great experience with United Towing service!! I unfortunately got a flat tire. When I called them, they answered right away and were friendly and helpful over the phone. The driver, Quad, came out to me within 15 minutes and was kind and professional. He took me and my car to the tire shop. The tow truck was clean and smelled nice. If you are looking for a towing company, this one is great and professional. I felt taken care of from start to finish. I’m hoping I don’t need a towing service soon, but I will definitely call them first!
