The Assistant manager Franky was amazing and provided stellar customer service. After going to multiple shops with little to no luck getting any help finding the part I needed, Franky took the time to physically measure every spec of the part and found it that way. Now we have the parts, part number, name and all the information we’d need for future reference.
These guys were helpful & knowledgeable, assisted me in finding the right battery for my new motorcycle and all the extra accessories, car wash fluids and fasteners were in stock. This is now my go to spot, thanks!
Don't remember the guy who helped me, but he didn't know much. Was sticking to the by the book. So I guess it's not a bad thing. I was trying to upgrade lights 1 step up to be brighter. By part number. I guess I know too many tricks... Markers and signals. Aftermarket headlight assembly for an old Jeep...
I have been a customer at this location for many years without any issues. In fact, I normally get excellent customer service which is the primary reason why I keep coming back.
FYI - Employee “Ryan” needs some more training. I just spent five minutes standing in line when nobody else was around while he was playing on his smart phone behind the counter. Tried to get his attention but he was deep into whatever he was watching. I finally asked him loudly “are you working the register” and his response was, “yeah”. He finally rang me up for 4 quarts of Lucas racing oil and he didn’t even ask me for my phone number to enter it in the computer.
Stopped in to have a trouble code read. Was immediately greeted and assisted. Robert gave us our code and was super courteous and friendly which is a rarity these days!!! We were on our way in no time. Thank you for your superior service!!
We had the best experience here! Robert was extremely helpful, my children were given head lamps for an upcoming hiking trip and everyone was so happy and kind.
Been coming here since 2007 and I love the staff not once have I ever had a problem. I get anything I need for my car. Ordering parts are always fast. Usually have everything I need in stock too. I recycle my oil and oil filter here. The list goes on and on. Thanks for the awesome service.

This is a typical "mouse milk" store. It is good for shade tree mechanics. The staff is young and only moderately trained. Don't expect them to know much about cars.
I was not that impressed. They ordered the wrong part for me and after arranging for it to be installed found out. No apology what so ever and cost me a bunch more for the correct part. They just did not seem to care at all. I will go to a different store next time.
Frank was diligently speaking all knowledge to educate me on the 1000 watt inverter I purchased. He was patient, knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions, even with just a few minutes prior to store closing. He was quite helpful. I f I could afford to, I'd hire Frank as a Consumer Relations Manager. Job well done, and above the call of duty.
Went to buy new wiper blades for my 2006 Honda Pilot. No instructions with the Rain-X blades on how to install. O'Reilly sales clerk came out to help me with install. Really GREAT customer service!!!
Great experience. Went to get cabin air filters for two vehicles. One was out of stock but they ordered and was there the same day! One filter did not look like the filter in a You Tube video on how to change it but it was the correct filter, You tube was wrong. The woman who assisted me was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
They have everything! They even rent tools that you might only need once. However it's not easy to find the parts you need. For example they really push their own brands and don't even put out guides on what oil filter to use for the other brands.
5 September AD 2019 around 5pm: I stood at the check out register for almost 5 minutes with out even being acknowledged by 3 employees. So l left the item I was going to purchase there and left.
I spent a week in town getting an old van which had been in deep storage ready for the road. O'reilly had or, received within a day, all the parts I needed. The staff were always friendly and helpful. They knew what parts I needed as well as options available.
We have gone here occasionally when something goes wrong with the car. They always have the parts we need. The customer service here is very good and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend this store to others.
