Fabby, CSR department was absolutely amazing. I had scheduled a bulky pickup weeks in advance and received a call from my primary care physician informing me of a surgery date prior to the bulky pickup date which meant I physically would not be able to set out my items for pickup on the then scheduled date. Not very optimistic due to such short notice I called Livermore Sanitation to see if I could switch my bulky pickup prior to my surgery date and after checking availability Fabby informed me there was no availability based on my service day. Fabby asked to give her a moment and to my amazement Fabby squeezed me in! Thank you for your professionalism and amazing customer service Fabby! If you’re not a team lead you sure as heck should be!

Fabby was amazing! I have lived in Livermore for one year now and the interactions I’ve had with Livermore Sanitation have always been great. Fabby knows the meaning of customer service! She was helpful, courteous, professional, knowledgeable etc etc!!! This is something we don’t often get these days!! Thank you Fabby and Livermore Sanitation!

Wow. Have a garbage can somebody swap out with a busted lid on it on me Just called in and got the most rude lady.I've ever talked to turn left. You're better off training email cause these people hate their job!! and they hate their customers!! based on what I just experienced That was a horrible experience

For years I've always had good experiences with Livermore Sanitation. They've never missed a bin with the regular weekly pickups. Customer service was polite and helpful when scheduling bulk pickups. The billing and autopay is easy. Rates seem fair and have not been inflated as much as the other bills Livermore residents have to pay. I like the compost giveaways that take place outside the office.

We received recycling info in last garbage bill and I saw we could get a Kitchen pail for wet garbage just by stopping by the office, so we did. Fabby, the receptionist, was great and very helpful. My 25yrs in Livermore have been better than expected! Everyone from Parks and Rec to LPD, and now to L'more Sanitation have treated us with kindness and respect. Not to mention everyone being very professional.

What other utility has a human and a super sweet human at that which answers the phone? No other. I had to call a different utility and it took a half hour to get through to a human. I think the representative that I spoke to is named Fabi, she is very helpful and kind. Our collection is always at the same time and never a mess left. Only mess I have seen have been customer error, like a neighbor had ashes and after dumping dust traveled in the air, not the drivers fault. Trucks are clean, I’d expect them to be super dirty like when I was a kid, not ours here. Our driver Nick (truck has the drive name on driver door) is the best. He makes our grandsons day, always gives us a wave and a smile. I hope he knows how many kids he makes happy! We used to watch from the window and now we sit in the driveway at a safe distance away and watch the truck. He always drives safely, you won’t see his truck flying down the street. He always somehow manages to get those lids closed. Thanks Nick!

I asked for a big "clean-up" and Fabby called me within 1 hour! she was amazing. So friendly and professional. She scheduled my appointment for my next regular pick-up day which was only 3 days away. Fabby gave me all the info I needed in an easy to understand way. It was so easy.

Customer Service is very hit or miss, they missed this morning. Was requesting a "bulk pickup" and CSR was short and rude with answers. Seemed to be angered by the fact I wasn't using the correct terminology "yard cleanup". They've been better in the past. Maybe this an area where AI would be better. Last note when Livermore had Waste Management, never had this issue plus they'd replace your can when it broke. Livermore just replaced my cover which it had fallen off, not the whole unit even though the bottom has a huge crack.

I didn't put out my cans until after the truck had left, and the truck came back without me calling and picked up my cans... it feel like this monopoly actually cares about me, and my family, and providing great service. Weird, in the best type of way.

I think Fabby, in the Livermore office, is a fabulous CSR, Any time I have come in into the office, she has been the person who has not only helped me while treating me with respect and making me feel very good about m being there. Being a CSR can be a tough job but she makes it look easy ... the company is very lucky to have her working for them!!!

Really like this company. I've never interacted with a government enabled monopoly that actually cares about their customers, and is genuinely helpful. I made a mistake of not putting my bins out before Thanksgiving, which... is pretty much the worst day to do that. Even though they had an extra hard week, Livermore Sanitation rerouted a truck so my family wouldn't be stressed out over the holiday, and they didn't make us pay extra, or sign a form, or do any of the weird stuff monopolies usually force you to do to extract every dollar they legally can. I wish I could clone your company so everybody could get the service you give.

Today I went to the Livermore Landfill. I had a one item, a recliner.They charged me $71. But, that is not where the charges ended. They told me I needed a hard hat. The charged me $10 to rent it to me. To me the charge for the hard hat is nothing more than a gouge. Safety is fine, gouging is not. They could have loaned it to me as a courtesy. I took my buisness elsewhere.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Livermore "Sanitation." Their lack of care and disregard for sanitary practices are simply unacceptable. Recently, I had an unfortunate encounter with one of their drivers. Instead of providing the expected service, the driver knowingly knocked over my trash bin onto my property and then callously drove off without cleaning up the unsanitary mess he had made. This goes against the very name they claim to uphold - "sanitation." This experience has left me not only frustrated but also questioning the professionalism and responsibility of this company. Such carelessness and indifference to the community they serve is disheartening. This, along with a couple of prior incidents we've experienced with them, is a testament to their lack of commitment to basic sanitary practices and customer service.

uhh not sure what's been going on for the past month or so but they gotta be gentle when collecting waste because our garbage container lid was found broken rolling on the street as well as my neighbors / garbage container just slammed on the ground (pretty much for the entire street)...I mean it's darn obvious that these drivers are handling containers roughly. I had to call for a replacement and was told that I was scheduled for "today" (nov 1) but somehow it got pushed back to next Wednesday -_- come on guys, let's get some sense!

We are so lucky that we have people who care about their work. Our trash cans are emptied, the lids are flipped back on top and the cans are placed against the curb after emptying. Even on a windy day, there is no trash blowing around the neighborhood because of the pride these drivers take to contain it. Thank you so much for helping keep our neighborhood clean as you do a much appreciated job.

I was incredibly pleased with the service I received from Livermore Sanitation for one of there "free pick ups". I have held back on having my done for over 20 years or however long they have offered them. So I finally bit the bullet and scheduled one. I am so glad I did and I could not be happier. It was just one quick phone call and they came on my normal garbage pick up day. Use your free pick ups. They are very worth it!! Do not let them go to waste.
