Terrible! Car was ransacked, papers on floor and glove compartment/ storage was all opened up with grease prints. Staff was arrogant and rude. Stay away from these crooks!
The older lady on the phone will give you the wrong price. Unfortunately, it will take some time as the older lady will repeat the same sentence over and over without listening to what you are actually saying. The driver was nice enough, but he didn't secure my truck enough so you could see the back end swaying on turns. That stress, along with billing and management's objective, is to mislead you and overcharge you. Please do not waste your time and money with this company. There are so many other honest companies in Livermore and surrounding areas.
Tow truck driver was very professional and brave. He found my car on the freeway and jacked it up while cars were driving by on the freeway. I had a great experience with this company
They offered me the best deal compared to the local competitors. They also towed my car in the back of a flatbed which was less stress on my vehicle. Worst service you could ever get for a towing company. Tried scamming my family after insurance took care of prices. Unreliable and untrustworthy. Don’t recommend.
I can’t tell how awful this company is, from the drivers to the dispatch. Dishonest and curt! Told me they would arrive in an hour, four hours later still saying next 30 min.. called back and found out they took another job! I would give negative stars if I could!
Central towing was fast and courteous and even dropped me off after picking me up from the scene of an accident. Obviously as tow truck companies go there are costs which you have no control over, but as I was in an accident, they were helpful and didn't make my experience any worse. My only complaint would be how dirty the cab of the truck was. But again, what do you expect from a tow company
Dad almost died in a car accident. Central towing picked up his truck.
A few hours later and about 3 hours of central towing holding his truck (yes 3 hours) while he fought for his life in the hospital, and central towing decided we owed $670.
Brendon, who was working January 25th 2018, Decided to threaten our family. He said that he wouldn’t even talk to us unless we gave him $100 upfront. He wouldn’t tell us the total price or if our truck was even there.
Brendon of central towing called this a “gate fee”. I guess Brendon of central towing didn’t realize that my brother is a retired police officer and that he saw the sign behind him stated “Livermore gate fee: $65”.
They also charged for two entire days of storage even after the car was there for 3 hours.
$670 for basically central towing decided to charge a disabled senior citizen who was fighting for his life in the hospital.
$670 for basically 3 hours of storage.
$670 to basically pick up a car and tow it a few miles.
Central towing- and Brendon- will be sued.
