Left me stranded! First they said they'd come in 45 minutes, 2 hours later they said they had difficulties and still could not come. Would not recommend to anyone who needs a timely tow. The customer service lady was also extremely rude and did not understand the stressful situation I was already in.
Great service reasonable price in the event of an emergency. Jonathan was very helpful when I was stressing about what had happen. He was also very friendly we talked the entire time on the way back. Calling a tow truck is not something we want to do. But I would definitely call knowing they have my back in helping me get my car home.
So I locked myself out of the car with the keys inside in Castro Valley at 8:30 PM.

They immediately answered and sent over a representative within 45 minutes

Drivers and dispatch lie about the pickup time. Said it would be 30-60 min wait for pickup, ended up being almost 2 hours and they want to charge 150 to go less than 1 mile and they tried to add on hidden fees which is illegal and to top it off the driver dragged my tow hitch on the ramp when he droppedit off. JD is a BOSS. Was stuck on a curb up in the Berkeley Hills. Was a really tricky situation and could’ve torn the whole front end off the car but we game planned and he was able to back it off without a single scratch. This was a rental car and I had just finished a catering too so you can imagine the stress I had being stuck on my clients driveway curb. JD you saved the dinner, the day and my sanity. Answered right away(on a Sunday) Price was on point for the service I needed. Showed up ahead of schedule!!! My battery was dead and hood wouldn’t open on my Mercedes but the driver ( his name is GUY) knew exactly what he was doing!! He parked my car in my driveway PERFECTLY. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone.
I had a great experience with the 10-4 Two Of Hayward. They gave me a quote and estimated time of 30-50 minutes and got there on time, the process was quick and easy. The driver was friendly and helpful. Hopefully I won't need a tow again but if i do, im calling them again forsure.
