I have been using Doris Auto Wreckers since 1976. They offer great parts at fair prices and most of their stock is pulled and maintained in a computer system that allows them to rate each part.
One of the best places to find old car parts. A fuel pump assembly is sold new in AutoZone for $499, while only $38 from Dorris Auto, and it's OEM rather than 3rd party aftermarket. Most importantly works well!
Overpriced compared to pick n pull. Went for a door for a Yukon, told me $250 - pick n pull had a whole selection for $80 and a promotion at the time for $30
Nothing is cheap these days so sometimes a good used part can save u some $$$

I was looking to replace my car window and thought they closed at five. The man advised 4:30. It was just a few minutes before closing yet he's was willing to go out to see if they had a window I could come and pick up the following day. He asked if I could call back in 15 min. And I said yes but I totally forgot. Then it was too late to call. I called the following day and they didn't have a window that I needed, but both fellas I spoke to were kind, diligent, and seemed happy to do what was neccetto give me accurate answer in regards to what they had available. I mean that's slot to ask when it's a self service junkyard. Good job, job well done
This dismantler is special because it specializes in pre-pulled used auto parts, along with a decent sized yard full of inventory.

Every time I call, “ can you please hold”, yeah sure. 13min later still on hold...how many people are in the facility that I have to hold for over 10min? Or am I been ignored or forgotten? What kind of phone customer service they have here.... When you visit facility it’s faster and better service. Honest opinion they shouldn’t have the front desk person answer the phone they should have an independent operator to do that.
Same people no drama if you can't get parts there then I'll always love this place every time since I go to Hayward I've been going to Hayward for many many years since I was very very young truth be told not to leave me alone unless you have to smile or say something nice to me. I simply asked if they had any years of the model of the car I was looking for and that I needed wheel studs I got a rude no and then I asked if there were any other once I might be able to use from another car if it's the right size, then I got told rudely to go ask google or autozone. Couple of months ago I got a bunch of things for my dads car all for great price but recently I've noticed they price deferential on who's buying it I've been told two prices at times.
