I got stuck in a ditch up in North Hayward and called these guys for help. They were great! The driver arrived promptly and skillfully pulled my car out without any damage. He was very reassuring and professional.
The only downside was that the initial call took a bit longer to go through due to high call volume I guess. But given the great service, I would surely use them again if needed.
My car overheated somewhere in San Lorenzo while on a road trip and I called this towing company. The driver was very quick to arrive and really friendly. He towed my car to the nearest mechanic and even gave me a ride to a nearby hotel.
The only thing that could be improved is their phone support. I was on hold for a while before speaking to someone. But the driver’s help was excellent and I’d definitely call them again.
I needed a tow for my car down by Old San Leandro and I called these guys. They were awesome! The driver knew exactly how to handle the situation and made sure it was secure during transport. He was very professional and friendly.
The only issue was the dispatcher wasn’t very clear on the phone. I had to call back to get more details. But the driver’s expertise and service more than made up for it. I’ll use them again for sure.

If I could give Silver Line Towing a negative rating, I would. The customer service I received from Stephanie was horrible. She argued with me over her mistake and gave me incorrect information. She refused to let me speak with her manager or the owner. I had to insist several times I wanted to speak with her manager or the owner. She put me on hold and said she needed to see who is available......that tells me I will not be speaking with the manager. She would not give me a name so that tells me you are not being honest.
So, as I thought, Stephanie lied about her name. Her name is Julie according to Lee who stated he was the manager. If you are not guilty, why give a fake name? Just as Stephanie/Julie did, Lee got so upset when I asked to speak to his manager or the owner. He tried to bully me by yelling and speaking loudly over me. Lee also tried to minimize their actions by acting like he didn't hear why I was calling. I told him several times why I was transferred to him. His behavior as a manager or human being is appalling and despicable. Lee is probably friends with Stephanie/Julie and gave me a fake name as well. If the owner sees this post, I would like to speak with he or she.
Encountered a strange problem (turned out to be a MAP sensor and electrical failure) and car shut down. Service was quick and not only did they try a jump start but also was able to immediately tow the car after finding out my battery wasn’t the issue. Quick, efficient and professional
My husband made an appointment for a tow and waited three hours for them to no show. He reached out several times to inquire where they were and they deliberately lied and said the tow guy was on the way and he was not. The tow guy driving the truck told my husband he was pulling up to the address and was no where to be found. I called the office once to find out how far away they were and the man was very rude and unprofessional and hung up on me. At any point they could've said they were too busy or rescheduled but what really bothers me is that they lied multiple times and were rude about it. The guy even tried to charge my husband for a cancellation fee when they were the ones who didn't show up on the time(s) agreed! Save your time and just find another tow company to do business with!
They were on time and patient with us when we requested a tow and the driver was very nice but the manager was a nightmare. We tried getting our car towed to a certain location and the manager tried to double the fee! Over an address mix up. After explaining the situation, the manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. The driver was great, but the manager was terrible.
They were earlier then I expected them to be and got my car to the dealership without any problems or incidents. I didn’t know how to get there and they let me follow them so I knew where I was going. All around good experience!
I called Silverline to pick up some equipment from our building, and our building is right down the street from them. When you call in, they answer "service", not even Silverline. Its pretty clear that they are just a clearing house for requests from customers and calling independent tow companies. In other words they have no control over the drivers. I was told they would be on site at 9 am, at 9:30 I called to find out why they were late. "he'll be there in 20 minutes", Ok, I waited longer, at 10:00 I called again "he's right around the corner, will be there in a couple minutes" 10:20 I called again, "he can be there in 20 minutes" WHAT? I had myself and another person waiting for an hour and a half. Three hours of wasted time. I canceled the service, closed up my building and drove away. Then a tow truck operator called me 10 minutes later and said he could be there in 20 minutes, I told him "no", told him the story, and he said he would give me a $30.00 discount. They don't get it, they consistently lied to me, and wasted my time. Just sharing my personal story.

I called to request service at 4:48 for my son that was stranded and needed to be towed to local Tire shop 2 miles from his location. When I called to place order I was told it would be a 45-1hr wait ETA I was ok with that but was cutting it close with tire shop because they were closing at 5:30 but Manager said he would wait a few min for us to arrive. I called back dispatch around 5:25 just to get a better idea so that I could follow up with the tire shop, I was then told again 45 to 1 hour again but then she said "so around 6:30" I said 6:30 that's not 1 hr? and she said "Yeah its ETA" so its an ESTIMATE?? but when your telling me 45-1hr I'm expecting worse case 5:50 since latest she said was an hour!! I told her I ordered tow with expectation of someone being there within the hour because the tire shop was waiting, she then went on and said well that's why you got that price? which I'm not sure what that meant? when I initially called before I requested tow with her, the man that answered reduced the price by $20 for me since it was only a 2 mile distance but with the customer service she offered I would of gladly paid the extra $20 to not deal with a rude person on the other end. The dispatch operator that helped me, her name was Maria and is extremely RUDE I suggest she get further customer service training on how to talk to potential customers!! Other then that the driver (Juan) that arrived to tow the vehicle was fast, efficient and kind once he got there. My issue was with dispatcher "Maria" if that was even her real name she gave me?

I broke down yesterday and had a hard time with my insurance finding me a local company to come help tow me home. I googled some tow companies near me and this one came up. They were fast,affordable and the dispatch was friendly while helping me get a tow. The tow truck driver came to me within 35 minutes, as estimated, and got me home.

I picked this tow truck service because it was 1.2 miles from the location of my vehicle. I called they told me it would be an 20 to 30 minutes. 30 minutes goes by no phone call and no tow truck. I finally call to get an eta. The tow driver calls me saying he's there. When I called about how late he was they didn't seem to care. Plus they are twice as expensive as any other tow truck service. I didn't ask how much he service was which I guess is my fault. I called three other tow services after and they were all half as expensive. I'd go elsewhere for tow services.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encounter. Wanted my motorcycle towed due to me being in an accident and just had surgery, so I physically couldn't be there, but had a friend take care of everything. I called and gave them my card information thinking they could charge by phone like a billion other places. So the driver calls me and said we have to swipe your card. My friend left and I had another guy come and pay. So instead of letting me know I couldn't pay by phone without permission the manger Nicole calls my phone and goes off yelling and saying she will have my bike IMPOUNDED. So not only that she catches an attitude while she is talking and keeps blowing her breath because she claims the driver keeps calling her which I am texting and calling him every step of the way. I would not recommend this company to any one at all if you want to get treated like dirt and over price $150 for a 3 mile tow, but on a good note the driver Leonardo Montez is a straight up professional excellent customers service and wanted to help find a solution and not create a bigger problem. Much respect to you sir. I HOPE YOU ALL READ THIS BEFORE ACCEPTING THEIR TERMS.
Honestly this is the best company no doubt. I was stranded on the hyw with a flat tire I had no idea what to do my phone was dying and this towing company save my life they send the nicest technician he arrived in 20 min and he was the nicest guy if I could recall his name was Jimmy. I'm so thankful I will never use any other company after aaa had me waiting on hold for almost 40 min this company got to me in 20 min.
