If you need any type of service help for your vehicle, ask for CD. He is the best service advisor that I have worked with at Toyota Fremont or even any other dealership. Very genuine and truly wants to help with any issues you are having. Friendly and caring is an understatement for describing his personality. He was able to fit me into his schedule for my 2025 4Runner eventhough front desk would not give me an appointment for that day and made sure my vehicle was checked out by the head foreman for brake squeak noises. He also went above and beyond to get me a lyft back to work in San Jose. Truly amazing individual. Will be working with in the future to make sure my vehicle is taken care of.

Fremont Toyota service dept always take care of me and my 4runner. They’re honest and won’t try to get you to service things you don’t need. My service Advisor Pat is also amazing! My car has been paid off and I’m out of “covered” services but I continue to take my car there for service because of the quality of service I receive.

We recently purchased our car and Frankie and Simon helped us. Both were very good but I must give extra kudos to Simon.
He is attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He went out of his way to get us a spare key and helped with other stuff even after the purchase was complete. Many won’t even respond to calls or text once the transaction is done.
If you go, ask for Simon he is the best.

The experience at Toyota Fremont was very pleasant. They listened to our needs and found us something in our price range. They have excellent customer service and we are so happy with our car purchase.
Our Sales Manager was Veronica and she was so impressive, knowledgeable, and made us feel like family. We started with a test drive, and left with a used 2024 grand highlander xle. It was the perfect fit for our growing family of 5 that refuses to be seen in a minivan. The paperwork was so fast and so clear. Do not trust this place those the Office manager is a scammer. Seems like a nice guy but do not trust those people. On the top of the technician that work on the vehicle damage my car talking about 2025 Toyota forerunner those guys don’t really know how to work on those vehicle take a guesses that this is what I need to get done but destroyed my car cost me a lot of time/money and energy to find the right place to do that. I will repeat myself and said again do not trust this place. Find any different Toyota or dealership that can give you to the right attention on the top of that we’re about to start the process against this place. I do have a videos and pictures the same day that we did the service again please be careful from this place.

I want to share my positive experience with Mike Liu @ Fremont Toyota. We went in to look for a car to replace our minivan, and was interested in Toyota bZ, the electric car. He was very warm to greet us and introduced himself, a people person, and showed us the features of the car. Throughout the process, we were impressed by his demeanor. I’ve worked in the automotive industry for a long time and I’ve bought many cars….i haven’t had a red carpet experience quite like this in a long time. Pero was fantastic. Tim and Michael checked in often to ensure I was being taken care of and I rolled out with a brand new Tacoma that I’m in love with. I’ll gladly drive an hour away and right past several other Toyota dealers to bring them my future business.

I called and got an appointment the same day! Once there, they came out right away and I told him how much my budget was, and he worked with that. I picked up my car a few hours later, and crossed that off my list. I even used a coupon from the dealership website. Everything went well and if you have a toyota, I would definately take your car here. Definately.

I went in on Saturday to test drive the 2026 BZ EV at the Fremont Dealership and salesperson, Tan Hoang, helped with the process from beginning to end. I cannot say enough good things about Tan. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. When I told him this was my first time getting an EV, he walked me through how to use the charging cables, setting up the Toyota app, and making sure I understood how to properly use the car’s interface system. I especially appreciated him telling me what to do in the event my adapter should get stuck at a Tesla charging station. He said, “Don’t panic just remember to use your fob and hit the unlock key”. I really appreciated all this helpful advice. Tan went above and beyond to get me a great deal and answered all my questions. It made me feel that he wasn’t there just to lease me a vehicle but to make sure I had all the necessary information to have an enjoyable experience with my new EV. I would definitely recommend Tan to both friends and family when it's time for them to get their next car.

I came in for a recall advisory that required a software update, and the service team went above and beyond by also completing my 5K service since it was coming up. That saved me an extra trip, which I really appreciated. Even with an appointment, the check-in and check-out process was quick and seamless. Sanad and Antonio were both extremely helpful and made the entire experience easy and pleasant. Great service overall.

Omar at Toyota Fremont was friendly and professional, and he made my purchase of a GR Supra incredibly smooth. I had been looking for the Absolute Zero color, which is quite rare to find new at a dealership. After I contacted Omar, he responded quickly and scheduled a test drive so I could secure the car before it was taken. The rest of the team was also kind and knowledgeable, helping me sort out some DMV issues with my trade-in, which truly saved my day. I highly recommend buying a Toyota from this dealership. I had my car serviced yesterday at Fremont Toyota and had a great experience working with Mickey. He was incredibly thoughtful and detail-oriented, and very open and honest about the services I needed—while also being mindful of my budget. He kept me updated throughout the process, respected my time, and was genuinely kind from start to finish. Customer service like this really makes a difference. Highly recommend asking for Mickey!

Sales woman was good. Management and “finance” department were terrible. I walked in with financing in place. Every time I have purchased a vehicle that way, paperwork was a 20 minute ordeal. This purchase took over 3 hours. Sales manager said they have to run my credit “for registration process, to make sure I am who I say I am”. They told me I had to sign a contract with their financing on the contract (2 points higher than I secured prior to walking in).
Told the guy I’m not signing the contract because I didn’t agree to their financing. He tried telling me some bs that it was only a back up “in case my financing didn’t come through” even though I should him all the necessary documents proving financing was secured. I even asked him if they wanted ACH deposit or a paper check (he chose paper) prior to him trying to get me to sign their contract. After he realized there was no way I was going to cave, he tears up the contract and prints another with the correct information. Completely wasted my time.
If the car my wife and I went there to purchase didn’t check all our boxes (used vehicle), I would’ve walked out in a second. Avoid this place like the plague- I know I’ll never be going backJan 02, 2026 -

Not real happy actually. I’ve been going here for more than 20 years. Went in to get my FJ tuned up before the holidays. When I picked it up the tire low pressure light was on. Tires under inflated. Also paid to have the fuel injector treatment. Found two full standard 10 dollar fuel injector cleaners in my front seat. So was it down? Doubtful, nice to know I’m paying 180 bucks for something I could do myself at AutoZone for 10 bucks!

We had a great experience working with Matt. We came in pretty unsure of what we wanted and were hesitating between a Prius and a RAV4. Matt took the time to walk us through the options without any pressure. After looking at the RAV4, we weren’t fully convinced, and he was totally open to that.
We then looked at the Prius, and Matt really helped us refine which model and configuration made the most sense for our needs.
Along the way, we noticed the Toyota Crown, which we honestly hadn’t seriously considered at first, but after seeing it and talking through the differences, it ended up being the perfect fit for us

Very happy with my purchase. True story, I was looking at a used F150 down the street. The dealership advertised a good price on the truck then I walked inside to talk numbers, suddenly this used truck has an additional 4k of dealership installed BS. Told them that was their problem and walked out the door, went to the Toyota dealership and well, this happened. I’m very happy with my purchase, I’ll go back to this dealership.
