Had an early appt, was told 2 hrs, car was done in an hr! They’re remodeling at the moment so the lounge/waiting area is in the parking lot under a covered tent. The space has chairs, tables, a tv, fridge w/water, and coffee is still inside. It is cold, so make sure you bundle up. You can go to the other building where the showroom is, as it’s open, but didn’t want to make the walk. Otherwise, my time was a quick in and out!

I called to buy a 2017 SUBARU WRX LIMITED, they pulled my credit and got me approved. I was willing to sign the document electronically and asked if I could put a deposit down for the car so it wouldn't be sold, they told me they don't do that and said I was approved but for 60 months at 14.95% when I called the financial institution I was approved they told me I was approved for 12.89% for 48month. When I was going to text them about it they told me "we sold it" I really don't recommend anyone buying a car from them and to call the financial institution your approved for to make sure your getting the right rate.

I recently purchased my very first car at the Toyota dealership in Fremont, and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Matt Alokozai. The advisor and technicians did a fantastic job and resolved the issue that my car had very quickly. It was covered under the warranty so I didn’t have to pay, which was also great. But I wanted to mention that I have been very disappointed with Toyota and my Rav4 since, despite being only 1.5 years old, it has given me a lot of headaches in terms of its sensors functionality and made me visit the dealership several times now.

I received the best service from Toyota Fremont. I recently moved, and decided to try this place my routine maintenance. My advisor, Maria, provided great information on my previous maintenances, and was able to provide the most cost effective service. I would definitely recommend for anyone with a Toyota.

Everyone I interacted with at the Fremont location was friendly and helpful. I brought a coupon without realizing it was only valid at the Hayward location, so they couldn’t honor it. Since I had already waited nearly an hour, I decided to stay and get my oil and filter changed anyway. Yvonne was especially helpful—she let me know about another coupon they offered. It wasn’t quite as good as mine, but still a decent deal, and considering I had waited close to an hour already, it made sense to go ahead with the service. I was surprised by how busy it was for a Wednesday afternoon. I had tried to make an appointment beforehand but was told I could just drop in. In total, I was there for about 2.5 hours. While the wait was longer than expected, the service was good, and I’m glad to have that task checked off my list. Yvonne was great. I was told about some other items I needed done, but didn’t feel pressured to move forward. At this time I was not financially able to proceed with more repairs.The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the time spent waiting, but overall, it was a positive experience.

Wow, where should I begin. It's not everyday that we are able to buy a vehicle of our dreams. I did that just yesterday. It was a used vehicle that was in outstanding condition and I just knew that it was loved and cared for always. I went to Fremont Toyota and found the employees were very professional and more importantly they were very friendly. Chris is the used car manager who thoroughly answered all my questions about my car and calmed my anxiety about buying my car here. I took advantage of buying the extended warranty for reassurance of future issues. I met with Naqib who is the Finance Manager and a gem of a man. He took care of all my paperwork in a skilled and precise manner and is a true professional. And I can't forget the main man of action, David, who is the superstar of this superb dealership. He facilitated my trade in and gave me a very reasonable price for my former chariot. He also made sure that he got me the right people to help in my decision making process. He is a very cordial and sincere man and is rightfully in the commanding position. Since he retired, Service Manager Ramiro Orozco took over to take care of my car. Since day one the customer service has been incredibly professional and friendly! I wanted to share my experiences with the Fremont Toyota dealership, as I’ve encountered some troubling issues. (Both cases Mickey was the advisor) Firstly, when I brought my Highlander in for a check engine light, I was charged $270 for the inspection, and the fee wasn’t applied toward any repairs. After the inspection, I was told there was no problem with the vehicle, which seemed unusual. Secondly, with my Toyota Prius, I faced a similar problem when replacing the 12-volt battery under warranty. I was asked to pay an additional $275 for an inspection, even though the battery was clearly faulty and under warranty. Because of this charge, I ultimately decided not to proceed with the battery replacement, which meant that no actual service was provided. This experience made it clear that, for them, the warranty doesn’t hold much value or meaning. these experiences have been disappointing, and I want to caution others about this dealership. I’ve had much better service in Arizona, where these kinds of issues didn’t occur. In summary, I want to caution others about this dealership and encourage anyone who reads this to consider escalating these concerns to consumer protection authorities. I hope that by sharing my experience, we can prevent similar issues for other customers.

Had my car serviced here and Maria in the service department was great — friendly, thorough, and thoughtful. The wait was expected, but she offered a free car wash (first time in 4+ years I've been offered that!) and even lent me a phone charger while I waited. The customer service staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Adrian was my service rep on my recent visit. He explained the process to diagnose my car’s problem and answered my questions in full. His courtesy and range of knowledge was reassuring. The service department took care of my car’s issue (which turned out to be minor) and the charge was minimal. They also washed the car free of charge. I will be buying my next Toyota from Fremont Toyota! Thanks service team.

I had an excellent experience at Fremont Toyota. In particular, Mert was a wonderful salesman to purchase my first vehicle from. He was attentive, patient and generally incredibly helpful in answering all my questions. I'm extremely happy with my 2019 Nissan Rogue SV and I'm grateful to have received such excellent service from Mert and the Fremont Toyota team. I would happily recommend them to others.

The largest Toyota deal ship I have ever been to in my life ! I made an online appointment with Mert and he helped me get the car I wanted ! Monty help me get a car I wanted within my budget ! Manuel the finance manager got me a better rate than my bank offered ! When I buy another Toyota , I will purchase it here! I went to Hayward , they were not helpful . I went to Oakland , they added all these extra fees. Fremont Toyota was helpful and no extra fees !

The staff needs a thorough training on effective communication with clients and more importantly, they need an extensive course on how to not waste clients’ time. Because time is money. I brought my GR-86 for its usual service appointment. I arrived promptly at my 9am appointment. They estimated 2-3 hours of service so I was fine with waiting at their under construction temporary waiting lounge. 2 hours turned into me waiting there pretty much the entire day. Only to found out my car was already done at 11:30. I found this out at 3pm. Very disappointing service. They wasted my time instead of promptly letting me know that my car was already done. I will not be coming back.

Very happy with my purchase. True story, I was looking at a used F150 down the street. The dealership advertised a good price on the truck then I walked inside to talk numbers, suddenly this used truck has an additional 4k of dealership installed BS. Told them that was their problem and walked out the door, went to the Toyota dealership and well, this happened. I’m very happy with my purchase, I’ll go back to this dealership.

He didn’t push and he was respectful with our time. We agreed on texts and he honored it the next day when I showed up. Jason Terada was my finance manager and he was good at what he does. Patrick, service guy, great. Always is. Had tires get done today, but drove off and my tire light is on. I want to work so havr not been able to chevk what it is. And there is a white hunk all over the rim, which I am guessing they used to live the tire to put it on. I still need to stop and chevk air pressure and see what issue is as this is not resolved yet. They did wash my car which was great. But dash warning light on after service is not how I wanted my day to go.

Recently purchased a Corolla Cross XLE from Sam/Vivian at Fremont Toyota for my mother-in-law. At first, they did not have the color she wanted, but they were able to find and transfer the trim/color we wanted from their sister dealership within 48 hours! We made an appointment, worked with Sam to finalize the deal, went through the finance process, got the Toyota App working, and delivered the new car to us. The only real issue I have with going to Toyota is the pricing—it’s significantly higher than what you'd pay elsewhere. For example, when my son lost his car key, I was quoted $450 for a replacement at the dealership. Outside, it was nearly half that. The markup is just outrageous. I also stopped getting oil changes there for a while since I wasn’t driving much. But they pulled me back in with a “buy one, get one free” offer—where the catch is you have to return within 11 months to use the second service. I later found out they count on people forgetting to come back in time, so they don’t have to honor the second service. To top it off, the coupon they advertise is usually for regular oil, not synthetic—so when you show up, the final bill ends up being much higher than expected. That said, I keep coming back largely because of my service manager. He’s fantastic—honest, helpful, and always takes good care of me. If it weren’t for him, I’d probably take my business elsewhere.
