I went to West Coast Tires for an alignment on recommendation from my regular mechanic. I had an appointment for 9 am, when they're supposed to open, and there was another customer there waiting who also had an appointment. We waited until 9:15 when the guy finally waltzed in, no apology or explanation for making us wait. Fine. Things happen.
I left my vehicle and went over to Suju's to wait for them to call and let me know that my vehicle was ready. One hour. Two hours. Three. Finally at 12:30 I walked back over and found my vehicle sitting in the parking lot. OK. So I went inside and talked to the guy. Turned out it had been ready for over an hour. No apology or explanation for not calling me but he did mention that I needed new shocks all around (which I already knew). I said ok, how much for that? He said he would call me to let me know and then we could schedule it. Ok.
One day. Two days. Three. Finally I called to find out what was going on. The guy said sure, we can schedule you, but of course had no explanation for why I never got a call. Fine, whatever. People get busy and forget to follow up. I get it.
So the day for my appointment for the shocks arrives and I take the vehicle in. Again, no one is there at 9 am. I waited five minutes and then someone who was already inside unlocked the door. I went in and said that I had an appointment for all four shocks. The guy looked at me as if I had lobsters crawling out of my ears. "Shocks?" "Yes. I made an appointment last week." He checked the calendar and then looked up at me with confusion. Alrighty. "OK," I said, "You don't have it. I'll find another shop." And I walked out. Forever.
A small bit of advice: If you ignore your customers, eventually they'll go away. Best of luck to you!
I started visiting West Coast Tires since last year 2023 and I am regular from then for all my car servicing needs to repair. I found work done very sincerely and had good after sales service. Price and labor charge was much better than the Company service center. I will recommend for my friends and family. So now m recommending you too.
Shout out to Emmanuel ! Did an awesome job helping with my check engine light issue. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Gave me transparent, sound advice which I really appreciated. The center has my business as a new resident to the area.
This is the 2nd time, I came back to west coast because Emanuel did an exceptional job on my suspension the first time, and again an exceptional job. The coolest part is the other place I use to use broke a bolt when they replaced my tires and denied it and on top of that said best option was to replace the whole unit, Emanuel just removed the broken one with no issues the last thing after the job was done he showed me the old parts on both jobs and explained what the issue was. I’m sticking with Emanuel and West Coast!!

Sunday evening 8 PM. I was at the workshop to repair flat but employe denies. I was ready to pay any price.
They don’t know anything about automotive plus they’re so rude and Hopeless. Quality of work is the worst In the Fremont area avoid this shop at any cost Also Owner will try to charge extra be cautious.
Poor service and a focus on profits. We had to repair a flat tire that had a plug from the night before. When we called them in the morning, they said they could remove the plug and repair it. When we arrived at their business, someone in the store indicated that they didn't have the patch and would install a different plug. I was quite disappointed.
I brought coil overs I bought to his place to get my car lowered. I had a 9am appt dude kept my car until 9pm. I gave reference pictures to 2 different people and still the wasn’t low as I had asked for or what was shown in the reference picture. As soon as I started driving the car I noticed a rattling noise coming from the car. I’ve brought the car back 2 or 3 times in 10 days and still the noise is coming from the coil overs that can be heard from people when I pull up to places. Not only that the last time I brought it back I asked that whatever he does don’t adjust the looseness of the coil overs as I don’t want to be bouncing around in my car and that’s exactly what he did and now it’s an uncomfortable ride. I just have to take my car somewhere else to get the job done.
Very satisfied with the promptness, quality and timeliness of work at West Coast Tire & Auto. They go above and beyond to act in their customer's best interest. Would definitely recommend!
These guys charged me 4K to replace my clutch. The job took a week longer than expected due to unauthorized work they did. The repair lasted two weeks before the clutch completely failed again and they wanted to charge me the exact same amount, without warranty on their work. Now they want to charge me a storage fee for not moving forward with them for repair. These are typical, deceiving mechanics with religious propaganda behind their pay counter to make you think they care- they don’t. Go elsewhere or these guys will try to take you for all you’re worth too.
Got a leak on my rear left run flat Perelli. Rolled in here at 9:15am. Was out by 9:45am
Professional, courteous, and laid back. But efficient. He checked the other tires and put some air. Smooth. $30. Coming back here for my tire needs.
He finalized the price for two new tires and to repair a flat tire. When I was paying, he charged me an extra amount for the flat tire. What a terrible experience!
This place is so AMAZING! They came through for me when I needed new tires for my car before my trip to LA. They were open past 6 and the customer service was amazing. I recommend to talk to Rudy about any of your tire needs. 5 star performance!!!

Came into the shop early on Sunday as the appointment I had set up was set for 1pm so I decided to be there by 12:30pm. Thank goodness I did as the young gentleman was about to leave for the day and he had NO clue on my appointment. I can tell you his customer service came out and I will give him a round of applause. He needs to have a paid day off during the week for this day. He stayed, he completed my car, and he did it with such grace. Thank you so much! These guys did an awesome job fixing my transmission issue. The dealership would have charged me twice as much. I plan on coming back here for all my car maintenance from now on.
Were can I start. I brought my Hino Box truck in for repair. They worked tirelessly with my warranty company to get my parts to get me back on the road. Through all the headaches with my warranty company they got the job done! If I could give them 10 stars I would.
5* shop! Came in over a month ago for a tire emergency. Young gentleman assisted with ordering and had them the next day. Installed all 4 tires . Also assisted with an alignment service which was quick.

Came in with a vintage classic car to get new tires put on, which they did. However, they incorrectly seated the factory original hubcaps and 15 minutes later on the freeway, they popped off, never to be seen again. We called to try to have them provide a credit only for the replacement cost of the hub caps and they refused to take accountability and have since avoided answering my calls or responding to my emails. This car had its original hub caps since 1974 and 15 minutes after they worked on it, they fall off, it is apparent to me and my brother who is a Mechanic that they are at fault.
Very polite, friendly and professional staff. Shop was clean and well set up. Were willing to do a small job, which was done quickly, for a fair price and to my satisfaction. Planning to return to have them replace the tires on my car in the near future. Highly recommended.
