Had an accident can’t walk because I just had back surgery and they said my family can’t retrieve the car with my ID the Title of the car and me on FaceTime, they want to steal my car and still charge me on top of that. They are scam artist and I am seeking legal action. They are very rude and have terrible customer service
Huge racket being ran by this company and Fremont PD watch out they’ve been illegally holding my car and property now since early November what as shame people like this exist in the world hopefully they get justice served against them for being tyrannical.
We live in the United States people have a right to travel freely and not have property stolen by cops and held by shitty tow yard that want to argue to give you stuff back
I came to take care of my business they close @ 5 I got here I was told from staff staff he needs be off at 3 I’ve arrived 2:50 to put pressure on me it’s not my fault their are short staffed I’ve called here twice befire hand I’ve been waiting for 2 hrs now for a staff to help me they don’t care abut it’s like they want to keep on getting charged their slow on customer service but REAL QUICK TO GET YOUR MONEY SMH
they just don't like releasing people's vehicle, they like to hold them and charge them, poor customer service, unprofessional and rude owner, the guy in front desk was trying to work things out but he needed permission from owner.

Like many here state, they’re an absolute scam, no doubt about it. I don’t know how these people sleep at night but here we are. I hope I can give you info on how the keep the costs lower after our incident.
If your car is towed off the road; get a release asap. Even though this place says it’s closed, still pick up the release from the police immediately. Our car was towed off our street when we were on holiday. Upon figuring out where it was, we were told on the phone this place was closed (4th of July) so we picked up the PD release form the next day. This was a weekend, we were still told they were closed. When we arrived on Monday (the door was closed on opening hours because he “forgot” to open them after lunch, but that’s another issue) we were told that you can pick up a car whenever, you just need an appointment. So we didn’t want to pay for the days they told us on the phone were “closed”. The guy told us to go to this HQ.
When we explained the issue, they still said we didn’t “try” on the 4th cause the release is from the 5th. After a lot of heated back and forth he was going to cut the costs of the weekend off. When we agreed, he went back and came back and told us they gave us the “wrong fee” and it would still be more for our district. Meaning; we’re still paying almost exactly how much it was before the “generous discount”. Also fun to add, that because I was not going to let this slide and he kept changing my words to try and fool the situation, he just started ignoring me and spoke to my husband only. The guy is called Adrian, and he’s supposed to be the manager.
Don’t be fooled, you CAN pick your car up even though they tell you otherwise on the phone!
Additionally, if you made it this far, someone in line told us they scam people on accident tows too. The cop will name the price, but as soon as they leave, they’ll try and scam you by saying it’s wrong and it’s actually 3 times the price. When the person in line then called the cop to clarify, the cop TURNED AROUND, and came back to the accident site and yelled at the towing employee the actual price. You can find these prices online or the cop on site can tell you how much it is. Make sure you note it down as well as the officers name.
I doubt the employees will ever read this, but dang. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves scamming people in this economy.
Told me 1 price over the phone and then once dropped the vehicle off charged me MORE . Rude office lady and owner as well .
Be careful . There are cheaper and honest business tow trucks elsewhere .
If zero was an option. Beginning of December in Livermore @ fourth had an accident needing a tow. The long hair driver I think names was "Jose" stole from wallet on seat. Needed insurance for tow& police it was left out . Because of holidays upon us so lots of cash for shopping & if the accident wasnt traumatic enough its gone just gone.
The pony tail Segal looking tow truck driver was rude and hostile. His foul language was disgusting and I don't understand how someone would consider employing him. Do not recommend this tow company to anyone.
They are abusing the customer. The guy he was helping us with the car was so rude , yelling and screaming on us. I called the office she was so rude too instant off helping us. She told us go complain to ever you want and hung up the phone. I called them again no response.
Purposely difficult to work with. Multiple calls to them, multiple time they stated they did not have our vehicle. Only after informing them our vehicles are GPS tracked and it shows to be at their location did they find it on their lot. They charged storage fees in the process.
Ok so first the disclaimer, yes they were expensive and towed a vehicle despite the signage on the window stating there was a tow company in route, (they followed the property owners demands, Murco mngmnt who despite assuring me otherwise 2hrs prior forced the tow) however the guy was at least pleasant to deal with. They could have made things tougher on me but chose to be helpful and polite and that I really appreciated. We had to orchestrate a handoff of a large van between two wrecker companies and they made it simple, this is something they could have tied up with redtape costing me hundreds more so I can only say thank you. Treat the staff with respect, there's a fair chance they will treat you the same.
ZERO Stars...Worst towing company I have dealt with...my car was towed there by the local police after a car accident. First, the driver never gave me any paperwork to sign but a business card just to call the company before towing my car away at the site. He never informed me of the applicable fees or paperwork needed to release my car. Then, when I called to release the car to my insurance company on the next day, they asked me to come by to file for paperwork with proof of ownership. Later, when I got there to show them the paperwork they asked for at the end of the day, they wouldn't release my car using the excuse that my name was not on the title. I even showed them my insurance card with my husband's name on it. They refused to accept it and ask me for a power of attorney from my husband--not what the receptionist had previously told me on the phone. No explanation was given.
A week later, I received a letter from them about a pending lien sale for my car. My car has already been released to my insurance company for towing. it was only stored there a week. They filed for the lien sale while in possession of my car for less than a week. In addition, they charged us an outrageous fee of $210 for towing my car for abt 2 miles during the day. Absolutely untrustworthy! This company is a scam! Don't ever use them!
Another lesson learned here is NEVER let the tow truck take your car to the tow yard you are unfamiliar with after a car accident, despite the advice from the police. Tow it to your own mechanic, instead.
Made my daughter come back FIVE times over a 2 week window before they would release her car to the insurance company! Such an abuse of a customer so they can milk the insurance company. Did I mention they were rude on top of the profit taking. Find another towing option.
The workers at the towyard take stuff out of the cars att rge time. Make sure you take your valuable out your car before letting their towtruck driver leave with your car. I have lost phones, tablets, jewlery, laptop, and other nice things the few times they towed my cars.
Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Kerri Redditt needs a lesson in phone manners. Besides cutting me off multiple times, when asking for names of superiors, she continued cutting me off. When I asked her to please stop interrupting me, she promptly hung up on me. AWFUL AWFUL way to treat customers!
Found out my car got towed so i called them and ask if I can bail my car out, he said I can wait by the gate then he calls me before I get there and tells me the driver went to a police call and the he never showed up!!! Waited hour and half my precious time, the next day picked up my car was $180 more than last night. I assume they did this on purpose, towing companies are brutal. When I went to get my car, the owner put 2 x's with whiteout on my front bumper, which I'm pretty sure that's vandalism but I'm guessing the owner of ooma is a spiteful white female so the cops won't do a thing.
I never write reviews but this man at the Fremont location made me so mad! My mom doesn't speak English very well and my dad just had a stroke, so his speech is slurred. I live in Texas...just trying to help my mom out since she was just in a car accident yesterday and got her car towed to this location. I needed to get my mom's car towed to her insurance preferred repair shop, not the unauthorized location this towing shop was trying to send it! I needed to talk to the guy who was helping my mom so I can provide him with location of where we needed the car to be towed. I can hear him in the background very rudely say " For what? Why? No, your car is gone!" and just refused to take my call. **Key here...is my mom's English is so bad, she couldn't even tell the guy it was because I needed to give them a correct towing address!** So after going back and fourth, my mom continuously asking the guy to please speak with her daughter...he gets on the phone. FIRST thing he says is " WHAT?" I was pissed! I responded with why wouldn't you just pick up the phone when my mom asked?! I need to give you the address of where I need her car delivered. He responded with " I do not need to talk to you!" and HUNG UP! I called back on their line...tired to tell him the same thing...hung up on me again! So I called back again...talked to dispatch, told her he keeps hanging up on me. She laughed but said she can help! I gave her the information of where to send my mom's car! If it wasn't for her...they would definitely get one star! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE for NO DAMN REASON!!
I truly feel he was just trying to take advantage of them because they do not speak English well and they are senior citizens!
Don't get your car towed here and left overnight because it is expensive. The tow drivers are nice but reception was not willing to help with getting car out close to closing. I was lucky the tow driver helped me with me car. Complex is clean but hard to get to depending on which direction you come from.
Jack James towing is the ish. They poop on everyone. When I called 5 different towing company's they all let me down, could not tow my oversized vehicle. Jack James towing had no problem and gave me that reassurance that I would be getting towed within 30 min.
