Hey guys, my name is Mo. I bought couple days ago from this store motor oil for my car and oil filter and one old lady didn’t know nothing. They give me the wrong oil filter and bad customer service. This lady has it. I hope they understand she’s not good and she is so rude and mean and give wrong product for me too. She’s only she’s old worker. In

My battery positive clamp was corroid very bad that it will no tight back to the post. All other places tolled me that I need a new cable and that is going to cost an arm and leg. Sam saved my life by installing the new battery and use a the hose clamp to tighten up that battery and got me home. God bless you Sam and Thank you. You're an angel.
I had a great experience and got the great support from Josh. When I came in a had my owners manual in hand attempting to change my own headlights. Stressed the entire day over whether or not I can actually change my headlights without messing up my entire system, Josh kindly asked “ Will you be needing help installing those today”? Such a relief and burden that lifted off my mental! What a blessing. He did it all with a smile and even helped me with my windshield wipers. This experience made my year. Now I can drive to and from work with no worries pertaining to a missing headlight or loud wipers when it rains. Thank you so much Josh. May God bless you, as you have blessed me. :)
Great service and energy is great!!!! However, can we start answering the phone???? Even, if it's a, "thank you for calling O'Reilly, please hold." Courtesy is all it takes. Other than that keep up the great work.
There manager doesn't have certain items and David particularly doesnt call when 2 items I ordered in early may..they don't remodel or redo the floors for updating and appearance..But there conveniently close.
Great service! O got the battery from them about 2 years ago. The battery started to behave badly but was still under the 3 years warranty. They replaced it right there for free in under 10 minutes. Awesome service!
I burnt out a car light I went to buy the light and when I asked the employee for help he told me I'm sorry but we didn't provide that service I told him I understand but just tell me how I do it he says I'm sorry but I'm just here By my self don't have to no one else and I told him and the other employee who is there he said yes but he is busy and he can't go out, wow what’s a bad service they give at that location the truth is I don't recommend that place I don't go there it is not nice pay for items and no get service, I was paying for it was not free so don’t go there not good employees don’t looks happy
The employees are all childish and don't know what their doing. They lie lot, you order parts and they say pick it up the next day and they never ordered it, and when they get you the parts they always get the wrong ones. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR!!

Will never mark pickup orders ready for pick up. If the store owner pays me $100 I can teach the employees how to mark orders "ready for pick up"in their system. I am going to cancel my order and go to autozone from now on.

If they don't have it, they can get it! Used to be Kragen auto parts which was always a one stop solution for what you need, O'Reilly , for me has continued the excellent service that Kragen had! Super friendly and knowledgeable! Don't change anything! Went there today and they had everything in stock. Excellent!
Nice place to get auto related items. Not that night, so things are pretty easy to find. They will install windshield wipers for you on the spot, good service
I find this place to be hit-and-miss. Sometimes the pre-purchase service support is very good, very helpful, very knowledgeable. But about 25% of the time, it is deplorably and irritatingly bad. I generally go there to purchase windshield wipers, oil, spark plugs, batteries, etc. The guys behind the counter tend to be younger and, in my experience, their knowledge varies greatly. I could do without the pre-sales guys referring to me as "boss" when providing answers to me.
I went there cuz i had a problem with my back tire. The dude over there, i think his name was Jose, went above and beyond to help me. He helped me a lot and explained the problem. I honestly suggest that he deserve a raise

My experience with this store is very low service.
Rav which is the store manager has hang up on my several times, cause he can find the right part. Last time when I turned in my core he gave me $5 less what he was supposed and gave me as excuse that I didn't have my credit card with me!!!
