Isabelle at O'reillys Fremont is the worst. Store used to be the place you could ask a question and one of the team will help you guide you and even take a quick look.Dad always told me anything happens find an O'reillys they are honest and will help you. Not tonight!!! Isabelle doesn't help the guy in front of me in line but stops to take a call from her son while her ringer blasts during ringing him up. My turn. I ask her if someone can help me check my oil level right in front of the door as Im buying oil. She says no one is free but there's 3 employees standing around. Then says they have never done that. Mentioned to her i had been coming here for 7 years and the team has always helped with wiper blade install, oil level checks etc. That's why our commercial truck company uses OReilly's. Guess its time to switch ....Avoid her.

Mostly bad experience from start to finish. Went here for a new battery, hoping to take advantage of free installation. Should be simple. First, there was only one guy working, so the wait was long. When we got to the front of the line, he asked us to wait even longer, since his colleague was coming back from break soon, and our request was gonna take a little longer than other people in line. We said sure, no problem, and waited for like 10 minutes. When the other guy showed up, he sold us the battery. Of course, he automatically grabbed the "extreme" version, which was more expensive. We just wanted to get it over with, so we didn't argue. He sold it to us, and we asked him to install, but he said he didn't have time right now, he was on his way to do a delivery or something. But he assured us we could do it ourselves, it was easy; and if not, we could come back tomorrow and they would do it. Ok, we went home to do it ourselves. Watched a video, we were ready to go, but turns out we didn't have the right tool. Ugh. Next day, we go back in. "Hi, could you guys install this for us? We don't have the right tool, haha!" They ask about the make and model, look it up, and tell us it has to be professionally installed and they can't do it! Why the heck didn't they look that up yesterday?! So now we're at a different business to see if we can pay someone else, yet more money, to install this battery for us. Next time, we will definitely just go somewhere else, no reason to go here with this poor level of service. I guess on the bright side, everyone was polite...

Daisy and J were phenomenal! They helped check my battery, starter and alternator to make sure everything was firing up. Hooked up my windshield wipers and tried to fix my key fob. SUPER helpful and friendly!

Been here a few times and the employees always know how to be very helpful and give good information on things I don't know. Avi in particular is one employee who's been very helpful and very kind, knows his stuff!!

Super helpful although they didn’t have my paint color the friendly associate pointed me in the right direction. I didn’t catch his name but he had nose piercing definitely coming back when I need help. Thank You!

Another wonderful experience at a different O’Reilly store. My headlight went out and got pulled over by the police because of it. Went to the nearest O’Reilly to get the lightbulb replaced right away. The worker Zane was extremely nice and helpful. While he wasn’t supposed to help with the installation, he offered to help take a look and pretty much did everything for me. He probably sensed my helplessness. Zane for sure went above and beyond. Thank you, Zane! Thank you O’Reilly for always hiring the right people and ensuring the customers have great experiences.

Things are not organized for easy browsing. The section aisle that has oil filters marked for display has none and they are in totally different places in the store. Selection of oil filters was also limited.

Isaiah went above and beyond to give good customer service. I had questions about some battery acid that fell in the bed of my truck and he was very attentive and helpful in suggesting products to solve my problem.

My Windwiper has been broke a part for some reasons.Googled the nearest store is here.The Store Attendant Kevin was very nice.he patiently illustrated me how to install this step by step,then came inside when I install properly.i am very regardful.

Just called this location and was pleasantly greeted by Kevin. I’m getting quotes on some suspension work for my truck and was searching the internet to kinda price check the individual prices of the parts I was told I needed. Knowing I wasn’t going to buying the parts directly from him Kevin still took the time to look up the prices of different brands for the item in question. Never felt rushed and he gave me above and beyond the customer service you would expect from any establishment. Thank you Kevin and when I need to buy anything I’ll be coming her for sure!

Great work towards service, Mr. Diego, J and others were very good. Although, I had to visit twice within two hours, even though I asked on the phone before going to the store, as one of the staff forgot to order a part. Parts almost double the price compared to online, about 20-40% more compared to other local retailers. Fast register service. So a mixed experience on service, but they are trying. Good inventory, pricing compromised.

Waited at counter for 10 minutes with zero customers or employees in the store. I called out for help to see if someone would answer. Finally, I gave up and walked outside to find 2 store employees and one other standing outside chatting. No apologies, just an attitude that their customers are the problem. Don’t go to this store for service because they don’t deserve or work for you.

The prices at this auto parts store are very competitive compared to other stores. The quality of the parts is excellent. I never have to worry about buying a faulty part. The return policy is fair and hassle-free. The staff are friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help.

Don't believe they will install wiper blades for you. I explained before purchase that I needed the free blade installation as advertised and wanted the best blades, not necessarily the most expensive. The woman on duty (one of two employees at the counter) was happy to sell the most expensive blades to me. Then, after I had paid, I had to remind her that I still needed an installation. This is when she stared unashamedly into my eyes and said they were short-staffed and I could drive miles to another O'Reilly's in north Fremont. I had to ask her to call that store to inquire whether or not they would actually install for me, and she did that. When asked, she said she did not know the cross street for the second Fremont Blvd. store, nor did she find out for me. I wasted time on this errand. The north Fremont store did have a person who could install for me as she had said, and helped me learn how to install, too. Way better service there. Next time, I will likely either do it myself, go to the nearby Firestone, or another business that can be depended upon. But don't just trust O'Reilly's to do as advertised!

Has most of what you need but employees are hit and miss. Some are friendly but others can be rude. O'Reilly has moved to a new location. The store seems slightly smaller but everything is clean and organized and the staff was friendly. 09/28/22 Bumping to 5 stars.

I like to shop my car stuff from Oreilly, but this store is weird. Once I dropped by to buy a CV hose, two staffers were flirting loud regardless multiple customers in the shop. Another time picking up an online order, the dude was simply dim, took 10 minutes to figure out how to process an online order pick up.

All the guys & gals that work are this place are so knowledgeable and very helpful it's hard not to recommend this O'Reilly. It's conveniently located in the brookvale shopping center they have mostly what's in their ad and they'll do things for you like put your windshield wipers on or you know put oil in the car for you or just just about anything that you ask them to they're very very helpful

Sold me the size windshield wipers. Lady manager said their computers are never wrong. Showed her she was wrong about the sizes. She never apologized, but gave me the correct sizes after using a tape measure on my old wiper blades that I still kept in the trunk after buying the new ones. The drivers side blade was 2 inches too long. It kept crashing into the drivers side blade. That was the issue.

Bought $60 truck latch actuator from this store trying to fix my car trunk not lock issue. I installed part but it didn't fix the problem. Then I took the part out right away and wanted to return it in its original box. I found the problem is that the truck wire was broken. That part is in perfect shape and clean. The guy in the store told me that since I installed it and he deemed the part as used so he couldn't accept return. I never had problem with return in such good with any other store store before. This is my first time shopping in this store. I will definitely avoid this store in the future.

Worst service I've ever received at an auto store from 'store manager' Weis. I went in to deposit oil, I had a 5 gal bucket, which was refused "because it's in a chlorine bucket" which has never been an issue for me before, but fine. THEN, in addition, I wanted to return an incorrect air filter I had purchased, but somehow it wasn't 'in the system' under my phone number and they couldn't do a return at all... this is an obvious uNtouched still in the box air filter, AND I was purchasing the correct and more expensive air filter at the same time, there should have been no issue or confusion. But this guy refused me, wouldn't call his dm or superior, didn't have name tag or tell me his name. Really really bad service. I will not be coming back to this location.

They didn't have the part I needed, but the real problem is that they had 6 customers in the store and only 1 employee in the whole place! That one guy was working hard and doing his best (which is why they get 2 stars instead of one) but you just can't run a business that way.

Always a pleasant experience. Always get the help i need, and the product i want is usually available. Good prices. Friendly people. Nice clean store. Layout is great, so it's easy to find items.

This is the waste store, because I got wrong item even after I shown the Picture of the item. I visited to buy a snow chain. I gave $110 to chain which costs only $40 in Walmart. I took a picture of tier and show to the staff. Based on the picture the staff gave me a the chain. I did not check the chain and took it. When it was snowing I tried to fit into the chain to the tier. It could not fit. As per instruction I drove nearly 20 feet for re-adjustment, still it did not work. After return back from the trip, I tried to return back the chain, staff told me to come back on Saturday, when manager would be there. I went back with hope that I will get refund. The manager refuse to refund because I used the chain. I can tell I am paying the price due to carelessness for the store staff. Due to this reason I hate this store. Also I can tell all items in this stores are very costly and staff are very care less. I will never go to this store again. Also I advise all who is reading this, don't go to this store.
