My car got a 3 inches long scratched on rear passenger door , I made appointment and brought in my car, the tech service conducted the initial checking and explained in details with two options, they would try to polish and see they were able to remove it, it's my lucky day I did the right choice to come to this service center, they helped me to get rid of it without a trace, it's the best thing to start my week, thank you so much, thumbs up!!!
Had my car serviced there… big mistake.. fender liner not installed properly, rim not painted all the way, horrible job in general. Also I had my center console lid broken in the process and the service writer took no accountability. What made me more upset is that Savannah tried to make it as if it was no big deal and came off a not condescending as if I did not know the mechanism of my Lexus. Until I told her that I was a certified Lexus Tech. Can’t fool someone that knows the actual mechanics of the vehicle and make me feel as I am an idiot in the process of it all. I called multiple times to speak to a manager with no call back for the damage. I highly advise not take your car here for repairs!!!!!

I didn't have a great customer experience here. Other locations no problem. The 2 ladies (Savannah and Rachel) working at the time were contradicting and belittling.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, however, the repair service was exceptionally poor. Their warranty is not worth the paper it's printed on; when problems arose, they offered no solutions. I strongly advise go find someone else.

My car was fixed here and it seems the alignment of the tires were also done. Almost 5 months later, I noticed that alignment was an issue on the tire that took the hit. I went back to them and they graciously did the alignment again.
I got my front bumper repaired on my jeep 2 weeks ago and let me tell you I had a great experience. The admin Kristina was super helpful and explained everything to expect during the repair process. She really put my mind at ease while this was my first collision repair ever! Very professional. The repairs did not disappoint and was on time. Highly recommend the shop!
Amazing 5 Star service! I had a shovel flew at my car on the freeway that caused some damages and my AAA insurance sent me to Crash Champions. I met with Ahmed, the estimator, and he helped explained to me the process and continued to update me on progress and changes that had to be made. When I picked up my car it felt brand new again and the inside of my car was nice and cleaned too so I appreciated that. They even send you updates thru texts messages. Happy with the service
Receptionist was very clear about everything and the team keep update you when the car will be ready to pick up. My friend had similar problem with my car and and ot it fixed at other place and told me it took them 3 weeks to get it fixed but mine they fixed it in only one week.

We have good experience with Service King’s repair. Very pricey but we got our car like new. Punctual, well described about our problem and it is authorised service of many branded Insurance company.
No comments on people I met here. All good and easygoing. My brand new (1 month old) car collision repair done here. Felt it’s costly (repairs cost is 35% of my car price) and I feel my car is ok. getting little issues(AC repair, it took a week. Dropped on Tuesday and heard from them that my car ready on Monday evening ).
Here I'm seeing many people said service done in 24 hours even for bumper change. I don't think so its possible or not. if go for claim or even the customer pays from their own pocket as estimate itself takes a day or at least an half day and then go for insurance approval.
Deducting one star because they didn’t keep us updated on the pick up day and there was an issue with suspension for which we had to go back to the shop. But the work done is superb!
Carlos is your guy, he is very good and educated us on our options. He is technically sound and helped us in understanding the faults in the car.

They were great exclamation mark my car looks fabulous after they fixed the dent they even detailed my car period there was plenty of parking and enterprise rent a car picked me up from there and then when I picked up my car I was able to just leave it at service king and go on my way period I did have a problem the first week after getting estimate period it was very difficult to get through on the phone period so comma I called my claims adjuster and he had Service King get a hold of me and it was smooth sailing from there. Even with the phone issues I give them five stars.

I was in a traffic collision (everyone is okay) and I filed my claim through my insurance the same day it happened. My insurance recommended Service King Collision and I am so glad they did. I was able to drop off my car at their satellite location in Dublin which is only a mile away from my house so it was very convenient. From there they transferred my car to their Fremont location free of charge that very afternoon. Manny from the Fremont location called me that very afternoon to let me know my car arrived safely and an estimate of how long repairs would take. I received a call the following day from Manny and he let me know the extent of the repairs that needed to be done and answered all my questions. I received a call on a Wednesday saying my car was ready, two whole days before the original completion day! Service King Collision made this such a seamless and care free experience. I couldn’t be happier!

Great work done and incredibly fast at that. The person in charge of my car is name was John Bravo and the man was extremely polite and equally informative. The estimated completion date of my repairs was spot on with what he gave me. From start to finish, he made my 1st time experience with Service King a real pleasant one. Professional, knowledgeable, polite, thorough and efficient--theirs should be the standard for the highest quality service of its kind. We brought in our car for minor repairs to our bumper. Throughout the process they kept us informed--and delivered ahead of schedule. They provided transportation back to our home,and after they finished, the car was washed and delivered to our home.
