I bought a Groupon and it said call for an appointment. 1 week he says for appointment so I said how long for the wait time walk in 30 minutes which was fine for me I would’ve waited 45 minutes but he says you can’t use the Groupon for walk in. Business is business I was willing to wait I found your shop on Groupon advertisement good reviews but sorry I feel if a customer is willing to wait you should take his business especially prepaid through advertising you want
Took my car in for a smog test and was in and out in about 20 minutes. The service advisor was very good and efficient. If you are planning to use a Groupon, make sure you make an appointment AND mention you have an appointment when you arrive, otherwise that can cause some confusion due to their system. Overall, great experience with Cosmic and I have already recommended this shop to my friends who need a smog test.

The most honest place we have been too. We needed few items done on our car which was recommended by dealer and when we dropped off the car at this shop and met with Jesse. He called us back after an he and told us we don’t need brakes in front and rear. Saved us all the money. Very nice service. Jesse is very friendly guy.

Took the car in for an oil filter housing gasket replacement. I was able to book an appointment in the morning, and repair was completed in the afternoon. My first time using Cosmic Automotive, and I needed a Star certified smog test. I made a phone call after being disappointed by another Smog test provider (Check Yelp for the full scoop). This was the first time i visited this place. I was recommended by one of my friends. I went to the dealership ship for a recall and they recommended some work on my car. But the cost was too high so i brought it over to cosmic automotive. I dropped my car off with them and 2 hrs later jesse called and told there is no work needed on my car. The dealer estimate was $2500 on repairs of some oil leak. Jesse said there is no leak and everything else is fine with the car. And they didnt even charge me anything for the 2 hrs my car was there. They are very helpful and friendly. I will recommend them to more friends.!
Been visiting here for past 3 years and they always honor Groupon price. This time around they refused to because inflation and charged almost 60$ for usual smog check when most other places would do it for 30-35$ (yes, even after inflation). I don’t like surprises so a bit disappointed.
Car tires were running low on air and didn’t have the courtesy to fill that either before I asked and they obliged.
If you choose them, confirm prices upfront to avoid surprises.
Jesse and manny did an amazing job. Before going here, I spoke to bmw dealership about the suspension issues but they were charging me a lot. My friend recommended me this shop and I gave it a shot. I spoke to Jesse first and man he squeezed me in as soon as they had appointment open. They were so friendly and honest about the issues with my bmw. I would highly recommend going here because these guy know what their doing. They definitely took care of my car! Will definitely go here from now on.
I went here for my Tesla alignment, tire rotation, break fluid, and cabin filter change which was recommended by Tesla. I also had my rear truck shock replaced. I was able to get great service from Jesse. He was quick to response to any of my questions I had. I will definitely go here for my future maintenance and repairs.

Place is fantastic. My family and I have been coming to Jesse for many car issues and he very honest. Other mechanics will insist that your brake pads are wearing down and my father went to confirm, Jesse let us know that they in fact did not need replacement. Very honest man and overall great shop to have your vehicle serviced.
These gentlemen are absolutely the, "real deal!" They are the fairest, friendliest and best mechanics I've ever found! Prices are more than fair and they're definitely not out to rob or hustle their customers! It's rare that I find a place where they put emphasis on being upfront, honest and sincere about their work and customer service. They have a top-of-the-line laser alignment system, and if you tell them that Luís from Costco sent you, they'll take good care of you! I do most of my mechanic work but when I need a job done that I can't do, I come straight to, Cosmic Automotive!!
Very impressed by these guys. Only after I went here did I also look them up on Yelp and saw they had 5 stars after 97 reviews (they were actually surprised when I said I found them on Google saying they didn't know they had reviews on Google!). I was even more impressed to find out that they have only been open for 7 months! How are they getting so many great reviews? Extremely knowledgeable, quick, honest, personable, reasonably priced. Can't get any better than that. Just two brothers running it - told me that they used to work for BMW before starting their own thing. Didn't charge me for a special oil filter since they forgot my car required it when we talked price. Such a great experience. I'll be back!

I went here really early one morning to get an oil change and I was greeted & helped right away by Manny. He was extremely helpful and had me in & out the door in less than 20 min. I paid $50 for a full synthetic oil change & filter, which I thought was pretty reasonable He also brought to my attention that my tires were bald, which I had noticed but not to the extent of how bad they were. He offered to look into tires for me and wasn't pushy about it. All in all I was happy with the service, price & his friendliness. Thanks!
