Great service! Called on a Sunday with a totally blown out tire on the 680 and Shafi showed up within 15 mins. I couldn’t get an answer from any of the competitors. Perhaps they may not work Sundays but Quick Towing does and responds.

They live up to their name. It truly was quick towing. My BMW got a flat from hitting a pothole on the 880 at 9pm. Karim showed up 15 minutes later with a flatbed and towed my car to Santa Clara. Everything went smooth, it was good experience with great service.

My daughter borrowed our electric car and ran the battery out. She got it towed to our driveway while we were on vacation, but when we got home we realized the charger was two feet shy of an outlet and completely dead! My roadside would not cover since it had already towed it and I got got quoted $185 from another company. I called and spoke with a gentleman at quick towing. He said he could help, but actually suggested I try something else that would at least turn the car on. It worked and we were able to move the car! He walked me through it (and it took me a while to catch on) and was patient and kind. He could have charged me and come out, but decided to advise me for free and I am so grateful. Will definitely use this service if I find myself in need again and recommend it!
Excellent and efficient service. Only needed a battery installed. Other places (call about 10 places) were quoting $75-175 for such a simple installation. These guys priced fairly considering the other options. Would definitely use again. Mohammed was quick, informative and friendly.
Quick Towing was the worst experience. It is a m9ney making business at every cost to benefit them. I can tell you they have a crooked business. I do nit want to elaborate. Please do not ever get Quick tow as they do not care about you but hand you over escalated tow bill.
Driver was over an hour late on the first scheduled tow. Driver was unresponsive on the second scheduled tow (did not show up). Drivers “boss” increased price by 4x on the 3rd scheduled tow. Wouldn’t trust these unprofessional liars to tow anything
Please consider sending credit card authorization forms before doing the job as opposed to harassing clients once the vehicle is dropped off. That way you can process the payment without harassing customers and arbitrarily deciding to charge $2 per min after drop off.
This company has great service. I contacted the off duty tow agent and he sent me in the right direction. The women that answered the phone was very helpful and let me know immediately that my vehicle was in route to the shop location of my choosing. They went above and beyond to help me and I am great full for the help.
Yeah ...i asked AAA for a tow to San leandro for my 2018 Corvette....and after waiting for 2-3 hours for a tow ..the driver showed up and loaded my vehicle...but because I waited so long I had changed my mind on where to tow it...so I asked the driver to tow it to a local dealership he insisted on still towing it to San Leandro...after going back and forth with him over where I wanted it towed for 20 minutes while it was already loaded on his truck . because he said he wasn't a" local " which didn't make a difference to me ...and speaking with AAA and them telling me he should tow it wherever I wanted....THE DRIVER PROCEEDED TO LIE ON ME AND TELL HIS DISPATCHER AND AAA THAT I PUT MY HANDS ON HIM AND THATS WHY HE WAS REFUSING SERVICE TO ME.
IF ANY OF THAT WAS TRUE ...HOW COME THE POLICE WASN'T CALLED AFTER ALL... THAT'S WHAT THEY'RE TRAINED TO DO ...SO LONG STORY SHORT I ENDED UP CALLING A DIFFERENT TOW CO.
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS TOW COMPANY BECAUSE THEY EMPLOY LIARS AND A TOW TRUCK DRIVER THAT TOWS OUT OF CONVIENCE TO HIMSELF....

I called in for a tow around 5:00am this morning and needed a tow from Fremont to Milpitas. The tow truck arrived within 10 minutes and the guy was really fast and professional. I really appreciated that he was willing to give me a ride back home to Fremont so I didn't have to Uber home (granted he was at the end of his shift and he lived in the Fremont/Newark area). Thank you for going the extra mile!
I was told to expect a 30-40 minute wait, but this took 2 hours. When the driver did arrive, he didn't know which way to go, declined to have me repeat the address, and drove 10 minutes in the wrong direction.
I gave 2 stars because the phone operator was polite, and my car ultimately ended up at a repair shop (by which point they were closing). However, based on today's experience, I would not recommend this service.
I called in today 2/15/19. Around 2:15am for a tow truck service around that time if they are open 24 hours and this was the first call I made and within less then 30min I got my service and the person who name who answer my call name Max was very helpful and guide me to a very friendly helper name Shabir. He help me to a safe location and was with me through out the whole time. I am very thankful and blessed for the service that were provided. I am very satisfied of the time consuming and the liability given from this quick tow service. I would like to say thank you very much. You guys are dependable.
quick tow came to give me a tow at where my car was parked overnight and the tow truck started my car of FIRE. The tow co and AAA assured me that they would make it right. After finding out how much it would cost to fix it, they then denied their tow truck driver started it on fire. Beware of the owner MAX. he is extremely dishonest and the tow truck drivers don't know what they are doing
Hi everyone I am one of the drivers for Quick Towing Company I would like for all of our AAA members and customers To know how great it is to be working for sucha great owner Max he takes great care of all his drives and always true and honest care that he gives to his employees like a wise man once said happy employees happy customer and I hope all of our customers and aaa members understand sometimes we will be late because you guys all break down at once and the iPads start going off like crazy as the drive I can tell you it’s not easy for any towing company to satisfy everyone with perfect timing but we sure as hell try and we do succeed more then any other towing company all thanks to the owner Max for taking such great care of his workers. Timing and customer services is our goal.
My girlfriend unfortunately locked herself out of my newer bmw and for some reason the first tow company I called refused to do it because they said “it was too complicated “ and that I would have to go through bmw directly to get in, so when I called Quick Towing I spoke with Mark who answered the phone and when I told him what the other tow Co said about my car he couldn’t believe it but did say that there are certain procedures that need to be done in order to get into my type of vehicle, and that it was not going to be a problem for his guys, so somewhat relieved I asked for him to send someone out to help us into my car, and to my surprise Mark who I just spoke with on the phone, showed up about 15 mins later to help us out, I thought it was awesome that he obviously knew what he was doing, and was also extremely professional, and courteous as well, I’ll definitely be using quick towing again in the future if I ever have any sort of problem like this again! No one would help us because they were too busy! I was even turned away once by them, called back and they made a way to take care of us! I was quoted a 2 hour wait and they were there within 30 minutes! Truly thankful for Quick Tow saving us tonight! My husband said the drivet was "really cool" Thank you!!!!
These guys moved 16 vehicles for me in one day. My customers stated that the drivers were professional, courteous and efficient. Really amazing job from these guys!
I called Quick Towing whenI had my Chevrolet Impala towed. The shop manager (Abraham) was friendly and helpful. He sent a driver to me as quickly as possible. My car was towed quickly and carefully. Everyone was professional, helpful, and friendly. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. I would definitely use their service again and suggest them to friends.
the owner max came and picked me up one night when I broke down on ca-84. AAA didn't want to guick me up so quick towing was outsourced, very good customer service and very fast, I will use them again in the future!
My sister's car broke right in the middle of freeway. They made sure She is in a secure away from traffic. Towed her car to mechanic shop and gave her ride home. price was just good. I recommend them very much. The owner Mr. Matthew was great man.
My car broke down on 880, I managed to get my car to a gas station in Fremont. Called them, they got here within 10 mins, and we got to the dealership within the hour. Awesome service.
The service is amazing, they are super fast got my car towed within 25 mins just like they stated. Driver was friendly and had AC on. Price was super great, they did not try to overcharge and they accept credit cards and no additional charge for using a card. Loved their service and would recommend them to anybody.
