After 40 years of renting, loss, grief, and immigrant upbringing, my childhood home had more clutter and mild hoarding than I could individually deal with as I prepared to fully transition away to my new home. The team at Nixxit is probably the best choice I could have made—they were so compassionate, friendly, and very punctual. When I made the quote for the estimate, their text messaging system kept me updated in real time as to who was meeting me at the home and at what time. They called and texted me regularly which gave me a lot of comfort that I always knew what was going on next. Bryce was so kind and personable when he met me, telling me that the home wasn't too bad and he gave me different levels of estimates for my budget. He was also clear that any space I didn't use wouldn't charge me.
The overall process was so easy—I gave them access to the house and a point of contact, walked them through everything that was staying or going, and they just got to work! I didn't have to lift a finger, and many months of anxiety were resolved in a few days. Yes, this is a costly investment, but I felt the Nixxit team's pricing was fair for the effort as well as the overall service and experience they gave me in such a timely manner. If I needed similar work done in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
The crew from Nixxit was great. They showed up within the time slot I requested. They hauled two tall wine coolers down 30+ steps from my house and had both of them on their truck within 30 minutes of their arrival. They were very careful while maneuvering them out of the house and down the stairs. I would definitely hire them again!
Do not hesitate to hire. Fair assessment and pricing with a dedicated team. When they completed the job with a courteous sweep, and some provided bags I knew the two hauls worth the effort.

This is a great company! They were totally responsive to my inquiries, and the scheduling process was smooth and easy. The crew did an amazing job with a very difficult assignment, They had to move a very heavy desk down a set of stairs with a difficult spiral turn, and it all went very well. They were considerate of our house and good natured about the challenge, and it all worked perfectly. They are the best!

I have used Nixxit Junk removal several times, most recently last weekend. They are easy to schedule, fairly priced, have great customer service, and their crews are terrific. Efficient, friendly, respectful of your home, and most importantly, the company donates or recycles the majority of what they pick up. I highly recommend them.
The two men who took our stuff today were prompt, polite, professional, and clear about pricing. They also offered to help move things. Equally important, they really do try to recycle as much as they can and avoid landfills. The prices are reasonable. What's not to love? I highly recommend Nixxit.
Excellent customer service: on time, polite, took all of the items I set aside as well as several things I decided to get rid of at the last minute. They were respectful of my time, home and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use Nexxit services again when I declutter more things. I especially like that they will recycle as much as possible and find a place for items that are in good condition, just need a new home.

This review is way overdue! I’ve hired Nixxit four or five times over the past year for a range of decluttering projects, and every experience has been fantastic. Everyone I’ve worked with has been so friendly, helpful, and respectful of our home and belongings. They even helped me carry a couch down a flight of stairs during one visit, and on another occasion, saved the day by moving an armoire to a different home so I didn't need to hire a TaskRabbit at the last minute. I’ll definitely keep using their services and have already recommended them to several friends who’ve been just as happy!
Having someone come in to your home who is vetted was important for me. I alao wanted a company that would choose the best place for what I had to remove furniture. Is it going to be dumped or donated. I’m glad they have the connections to direct what I have tothe best place. Plus this is a local woman owned business. I value supporting this. The Nixxit crew is always timely, friendly, and professional. I have used them several times now and have had nothing but positive experiences.
