Nixxit was prompt in responding to my request for a quote. The cost was reasonable and in line with competitors. They were very responsive, communicating via text to schedule the pick up, and accommodating when I requested a Certificate of Destruction 2 days before pick up (which required a redirect because that meant the truck would need to go to a different facility). I'll definitely use them again!
I recently closed my business and contracted Nixxit to help me remove and dipose of many heavy and bulky items. Dimitri and Eric arrived promptly and went right to work. Having someone come in to your home who is vetted was important for me. I alao wanted a company that would choose the best place for what I had to remove furniture. Is it going to be dumped or donated. I’m glad they have the connections to direct what I have tothe best place. Plus this is a local woman owned business. I value supporting this. I would highly recommend using this company for junk removal. They gave me a window of 2 hours and called me with an approximate time they would arrive and came at that time. It was great because my pick up was at a storage place and I only had to wait a few minutes for them to arrive. The two men that came were very nice and polite. { I wish I could remember their names, I'm old and bad at that. ) It was also fast. Great company.
Nixxit is an amazing company. They are professional, flexible, and efficient. They cleared out my mom's house in a day and a half and there was A LOT to move out - 60 years of things! Discovered Nixxit on the web and was looking for a locally owned business that would provide an understanding and experienced service to take care of a house full of unnecessary stuff that my 80 year old brother accumulated over the years. I felt very fortunate to have found Nexxit and the people who helped with the scheduling, estimating, and hauling of unwanted stuff. Bryce, the estimator, was experienced with hoarding, knowledgeable of the process to handle moving things out, and offered helpful hints. The haulers were efficient and personable and finished within the time estimated, two hours to fill about 2 truckloads… could not have been a better experience with locally owned business with good people… best wishes to Nexxit for future success

Great service! I went through every single closet and drawer in my place in order to make some space. What took me a month and a half to clean and box up took them 35 minutes to clear out. The pricing was fair and clearly explained. Booking was easy; communication and reminders provided certainty that they would arrive on time. The haulers themselves, Eric and Josh, were incredibly friendly and professional.

What a great experience. The communication and service is truly second to none. I contacted Nixxit on a Thursday afternoon and had a FaceTime meeting with a representative shortly thereafter during which time I received an extremely reasonable quote. By 10am the next day, all of the items I wanted removed, were gone. I highly recommend these folks!

I m very happy with the results of using nixxit for clearing out recycle and donate items from our house. Sarah was very informative when setting up the appointment. She is very kind and her people , Martin & Lucas ,who came to take the things were very efficient and on time and easily moved a heavy chair by taking it apart as it was made to do to fit through the doors. Nixxit arrived on time and was very efficient in removing appliances and furniture very quickly from the property. They quoted a very low price before hand and charged us as quoted. We were very pleased with the employees as being friendly and courteous. The Nixxit truck was completely full by the time they left. We had a good experience and will use Nixxit again.
I had several items from the backyard that needed disposal. The Nixxit crew were so accommodating, helpful and professional. In a short amount of time, everything was loaded, and they fit an extra item at my request, keeping within the medium load price range. This company is very community focused, and tries to pass along any and all usable items, a business practice I really like supporting. Nixxit rescheduled to accommodate me. I had my appointment on Friday but they were able to accommodate me for Thursday on a days notice. The guy’s are very professional and kind. They took out all our junk and tore down our shed in a zippy. Cleaned up really nice and made my life so much easier. I recommend them, I’m sure I’ll be calling them again sometime soon.
Nixxit has come to our rescue three times this spring! When my parents passed, they left a large house packed with forty years of stuff. Nixxxit came and conquered with professional and efficient service. They took an insurmountable task and made it almost pleasurable!
